Claims (20)
- Verfahren zum Zuführen von leeren Kannen zu einer Füllstation einer bandabgebenden Textilmaschine und zum Abstellen von gefüllten Kannen in einem Vollkannenmagazin, aus welchem die gefüllten Kannen abgeführt werden, wobei eine vorgegebene Anzahl von leeren Kannen (2, 20, 21) auf einem Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) in dem Leerkannenmagazin (3, 3a, 34) der bandabgebenden Textilmaschine ist, die zu füllende Kanne (2, 21) vom Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) der Füllstation (1, 13) zugeführt wird, von wo aus die gefüllte Kanne (20, 21a) einem im Vollkannenmagazin (4, 4a, 42) befindlichen, zunächst leeren Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) zugeführt wird, der nach dem Aufnehmen der vorgegebenen Anzahl von gefüllten Kannen (20, 21a) aus dem Vollkannenmagazin (4, 4a, 42) abtransportiert wird, woraufhin der inzwischen entleerte, im Leerkannenmagazin (3, 3a, 34) befindliche Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) in das frei gewordene Vollkannenmagazin (4, 4a, 42) überführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) vom Leerkannenmagazin (3, 3a, 34) ins Vollkannenmagazin (4, 4a, 42) durch wenigstens teilweises Anheben und/oder im wesentlichen drehmomentfrei überführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) im Leerkannenmagazin (3, 3a, 34) und/oder im Vollkannenmagazin (4, 4a, 42) arretiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) mit den leeren Kannen (2, 21) innerhalb des Leerkannenmagazins (3, 3a, 34) zunächst in eine Wartestellung (31, 31a, 340) gebracht wird, bevor er in eine Zuführstellung (32, 341) zum einzelnen Zuführen der leeren Kannen an die Füllstation (1,13) überführt wird, und/oder daß der Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) mit den gefüllten Kannen (20, 21a) innerhalb des Vollkannenmagazin (4, 4a, 42) aus einer Aufnahmestellung (40, 420), in welcher er die von der Füllstation (1, 13) nacheinander abgegebenen gefüllten Kannen (20, 21a) aufnimmt, zur Bereitstellung für den Abtransport in eine Abholstellung (41, 41a, 421) gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach Abtransport des die gefüllten Kannen (20, 21a) aufnehmenden Kahnnenträgers (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) der entleerte, sich im Leerkannenmagazin (3, 3a, 34) befindliche Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) quer zu der Zuführund Abtransportrichtung der Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) in das Vollkannenmagazin (4, 4a, 42) bewegt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von leeren Kannen zu einer Füllstation einer bandabgebenden Textilmaschine und zum Abstellen von gefüllten Kannen in einem Vollkannenmagazin, aus welchem die gefüllten Kannen abtransportiert werden, zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, mit einer dem Leerkannenmagazin (3, 3a, 34) zugeordneten Zuführvorrichtung (30, 342), mit deren Hilfe die Kannen (2, 20, 21), welche sich auf einem im Leerkannenmagazin (3, 3a, 34) angeordneten Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) befinden, der Füllstation (1, 13) einzeln zuführbar sind, gekennzeichnet durch eine Überführvorrichtung (7, 76) zum Überführen eines entleerten Kannenträgers (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) vom Leerkannenmagazin (3, 3a, 34) ins Vollkannenmagazin (4, 4a, 42), wobei die Überführvorrichtung (7, 76) den Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) wenigstens teilweise anhebt und/oder im wesentlichen drehmomentfrei überführt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch im Leerkannenmagazin (3, 3a, 34) und/oder im Vollkannenmagazin (4, 4a, 42) vorgesehene Arretiermittel (310, 311, 60, 61, 62, 620) für jeweils einen Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583)
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überführvorrichtung (7, 76) unterhalb der Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leerkannenmagazin (3, 3a, 34) mindestens eine Wartestellfläche (31, 31a, 340) zur Aufnahme eines leere Kannen (2, 21) mit sich führenden Kannenträgers (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) und eine Zuführstellfläche (32, 341) zur Aufnahme eines Kannenträgers (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) aufweist, von welchem die leeren Kannen (2, 21) der Füllstation (1, 13) zuführbar sind, und/oder das Vollkannenmagazin (4, 4a, 42) in eine Aufnahmestellfläche (40, 420) zum Aufnehmen eines Kannenträgers (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583), dem die von der Füllstation (1, 13) abgegebenen gefüllten Kannen (20, 21a) zugeführt werden, und mindestens eine Abholstellfläche (41, 41a, 421) zur Bereitstellung eines Kannenträgers (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) mit gefüllten Kannen (20, 21a) für den Abtransport unterteilt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellflächen (31, 31a, 32, 340, 341, 40, 41, 41a, 420, 421) des Leerkannenmagazins (3, 3a, 34) und des Vollkannenmagazins (4, 4a, 42) nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, gekennzeichnet durch einen sich bis zur Wartestellfläche (31, 31a, 340) erstreckenden Auflaufkeil (33), gegen welche die der Füllstation (1, 13) abgewandte leere Kanne (2, 21) zum Auflaufen bringbar ist beim Überführen eines Kannenwagens (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) von der Wartestellfläche (31, 31a, 340) auf die Zuführstellfläche (32, 341).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überführvorrichtung (7, 76) sich über die um die Breite einer Stellfläche reduzierte Gesamtstellfläche der nebeneinander angeordneten Stellflächen (31, 31a, 32, 340, 341, 40, 41, 41a, 420, 421) des Leerkannenmagazins (3, 3a, 34) und des Vollkannenmagazins (4, 4a, 42) erstreckt und in seiner einen Bewegungsrichtung ohne Mitnahme von Kannenträgern (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) in eine Aufnahmestellung und in ihrer anderen Bewegungsrichtung unter Mitnahme sämtlicher sich in seinem Erstreckungsbereich befindlicher Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) um die Breite einer Stelltläche derart bewegbar ist, daß ein im Leerkannenmagazin (3, 3a, 34) befindlicher Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) in das Vollkannenmagazin (4, 4a, 42) gelangt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) als Kannenwagen ausgebildet ist und mindestens eine in Bewegungsrichtung orientierbare Rolle (590) aufweist und die Überführvorrichtung (7, 76) zur Freigabe des Kannenträgers (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) eine Hubeinrichtung (74) für mindestens ein der orientierbaren Rolle (590) abgewandtes Ende des Kannenwagens aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Überführvorrichtung (7, 76) eine in der Höhe verstellbare Führung (73) mit einer Hubeinrichtung insbesondere in Form eines aufblasbaren Schlauchs (74) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Leerkannenmagazin (3, 3a, 34) und dem Vollkannenmagazin (4, 4a, 42) gemeinsame Führungen (60, 61) zugeordnet sind, welche sich parallel zur Bewegungsbahn der Überführvorrichtung (7) erstrecken und die relative Abstandsposition der sich im Leerkannenmagazin (3, 3a, 34) und im Vollkannenmagazin (4, 4a, 42) befindlichen Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) zur Füllstation (1, 13) sowohl während der Abgabe bzw. Aufnahme von Kannen (2, 20, 21, 21a) als auch während der Überführung eines Kannenträgers (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) vom Leerkannenmagazin (3, 3a, 34) in das Vollkannenmagazin (4, 4a, 42) sichern.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überführvorrichtung (7, 76) einstellbare Arretiermittel (75) zum Arretieren des Kannenträgers (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 15, dadurch gekenntzeichnet, daß das Leerkannenmagazin (3, 3a, 34) eine an die Breite des Kannenträgers (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) einstellbare Führung (62, 620) für den ihm zustellbaren Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Leerkannenmagazin (3, 3a, 34) eine erste Überwachungseinrichtung (9) und dem Vollkannenmagazin (4, 4a, 42) eine zweite Überwachungsvorrichtung (91) zugeordnet sind, die ein Überführen eines Kannenträgers (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) vom Leerkannenmagazin (3, 3a, 34) ins Vollkannenmagazin (4, 4a, 42) erst dann zulassen, nachdem der sich im Leerkannenmagazin (3, 3a, 34) befindliche Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) abgeräumt und ein zuvor im Vollkannenmagazin (4, 4a, 42) zur Abholung bereitgestellter Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) das Vollkannenmagazin (4, 4a, 42) verlassen hat.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) Führungsmittel (55, 56) aufweist, um die Kannen (2, 20, 21, 21a) in Reihe zu halten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kannenträger (5, 50, 500, 501, 502, 503, 51, 52, 57, 570, 571, 58, 580, 581, 582, 583) gleitreduzierende Mittel (540, 541) trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Füllstation (1, 13) ein Kannenwechsler (10) angeordnet ist, der die von der Zuführeinrichtung (30, 342) zugeführten Kannen übernimmt und/oder die gefüllten Kannen ins Vollkannenmagazin (4, 41, 42) überführt.
