From DE 40 15 938 A1 and the corresponding WO 91/18155, in particular its FIG. 7, are methods and Devices for magazining jugs known. This makes it for the can gripping device possible, either an empty or full pot or an empty or full one Place the jug on the empty jug parking space.
By using the magazine as an interchangeable Memory it is possible in an advantageous manner a magazine with filled cans against replace a magazine with empty cans (Claim 2). This means downtimes largely avoided when filling cans. Less filled cans are removed from the magazine than fed into the magazine by the machine the fully filled magazine manually or automatically removed from the machine are replaced with a magazine with empty cans become.
A filled one is advantageously removed Jug from the magazine at a time, too who has another jug outside of the magazine e.g. when filling the jug is (claim 3). To At this time there is an empty can parking space in the magazine. An orderly storage of the cans on the magazine and thus the possibility slight movement of the magazine a change of cans is to be carried out when the filled Jugs on one side of the magazine and the empty ones Pitchers parked on the other side of the magazine be (claim 5).
It is advantageous for a full jug to be made out of an empty jug is taken from the magazine into the Magazine provided (claim 4). So there are and always the same after the can changing process Number of cans in the magazine. For order maintain in the magazine it is beneficial if the jug is always removed from the magazine for filling which is from the direction of the full cans seen, the first empty can is (claim 6). this According to the principle, it is also advantageous if the one following the row of empty cans full jug is first removed from the magazine (Claim 8).
The empty ones are advantageously changed Jug against the full jug so that on the magazine between the empty cans and the full cans a parking space is available after the change. On this The parking space becomes the one in the machine for guidance Kanne put back and closes the line full of pitchers. The deferred next to this full jugs empty jug is after a Postponement of the magazine by one pitch removed from the magazine and the machine fed for filling. This in turn is a free one Parking space emerged from a can transport vehicle used to dispense an empty jug can be (claim 11). There is an empty one Pitcher parking space on the can transport vehicle the side of the full cans of the magazine, so is one Delivery of the full jug and delivery of the empty one Jug without large displacement or multiple times Positioning of the magazine possible.
According to the invention, the can magazine is a carriage, the along a stop of a can transport vehicle in the for the admission and delivery of Cans required position is movable (claim 16). At one end of the car there are empty ones Jug and at the other end of the car the full Cans are parked (claim 19). By this arrangement the empty and full cans on the cart is in particular the method described above in perform advantageously. The carriage is on both sides its longitudinal direction is open, so that it has cans can be loaded and unloaded (claim 21). That’s it possible that gripping devices placed on the car Grab cans from both sides of the cart and can move. By means of a friction wheel drive, which engages a friction surface of the car the car can be moved by one pitcher position (Claim 22). Through a shoulder in the counter roller of the friction wheel drive is the height alignment of the car can be carried out in a simple manner, that the gripping devices at defined locations Can grip and move cans (claim 25).
The cans are on the car in pitches parked with side guides (claim 26). The side guides create a defined one The cans have reached their location.
If there is more than one pitcher space on the car for the cans to be filled are provided, see above is particularly useful in the case where only empty or there are only full cans on the cart Exchange for a full or empty cans after same procedure as for a mixed load of the car enables (claim 27). The pitcher change can also e.g. at a point where not a can to fill a machine is taken from the magazine.
If the carriage width becomes smaller than the can diameter or the length of the can, is due to the protrusion the cans over the car the reception of the Cans relieved (claim 28). A can gripping device can reach under the cans and this from or push it onto the trolley.
To position the car in relation to a Jug parking space to a can gripping device it is advantageous to place the car in the pitcher a positioning means is assigned (claim 30).
By arranging a sensor is the can transport vehicle willingness to accept or deliver can be displayed by cans of the car (claim 17). This prevents the gripping device of the can transport vehicle onto the cans accesses the cart while a just filled jug is delivered from the machine to the trolley. In addition, the machine can be indicated that a Can change with the can transport vehicle for Time is carried out so that the removal of a jug not through the transport device of the machine can be done.

volle Kanne 2. Die leere Kanne 1 wird durch die Greifvorrichtung
30 auf den leeren Kannenstellplatz 5 des
Wagens 10 geschoben. Durch Zurückziehen der Greifvorrichtung
30' wird die volle Kanne 2 von dem Wagen
10 auf das Kannentransportfahrzeug 3 gezogen. Die
Greifvorrichtung 30 wird aus der leeren Kanne 1 ausgekoppelt
und ebenfalls zurückgezogen (Figur 1c).In Figure 1b, the

Kanne wieder aufzunehmen.The can transport

In
The magazine is shown in more detail in FIGS. 2a-2c.

Neben der Transportvorrichtung 22 ist ein Reibradantrieb
24 vorgesehen. In dem Reibradantrieb 24 wirkt
ein Reibrad 25 mit zwei Gegenwalzen 26 zusammen.
Durch den Reibradantrieb 24 wird der Wagen 10 hin-
und herbewegt. Dazu wird der Wagen 10 mit einem
Holm 11 zwischen das Reibrad 25 und die Gegenwalzen
26 eingeführt. Das Reibrad 25 drückt somit gegen den
Holm 11, welcher sich wiederum an den Gegenwalzen
26 abstützt. Dadurch wird ein ausreichend starker Reibschluß
erzeugt, durch welchen der Wagen 10 antreibbar
ist.In addition to the
eingeschoben. Der Wagen 10 befindet sich zu Beginn
des Füllvorganges in einer Endposition des Schiebebereiches
21. Über die Transportvorrichtung 22 wird eine
Kanne aus dem Wagen 10 entnommen. Dadurch entsteht
ein freier Kannenstellplatz 5 auf dem Wagen 10.As shown in Figure 2b, at the beginning of the

In diesen leeren Kannenstellplatz
According to Figure 2c, the
verbunden.FIG. 3 shows a side view of the
The
In dem Holm 11 sind Sensoraussparungen 15 angeordnet.
Die Sensoraussparungen 15 wirken mit zwei
Sensoren 28, 28' (Fig. 2) am Magazin zusammen. Die
Sensoren erkennen jeweils das Ende einer Aussparung
15. Damit ist ein exaktes Positionieren der Kannenstellplätze
5 im Bezug auf die Transportvorrichtung 22 aus
beiden Bewegungsrichtungen des Wagens 10 möglich.
Die Sensoren 28, 28' sind neben der Transportvorrichtung
22 angeordnet, so daß sie den Transportweg der
Kannen nicht behindern. Dementsprechend befinden
Wagens 10 ausgewechselt werden.A
10 vorliegt. Der Holm 11 muß demnach so ausgestaltet
sein, daß sie eine Positionierung des Wagens 10
mittels des Reibradantriebes 24 auch für den letzten
Kannenstellplatz ermöglicht.FIG. 4 is a top view of a
The
30 bzw. 30' des Kannentransportwagens 3
ergriffen werden kann. Dabei hat sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen,
daß ein Haken unter die Kanne 1 geschoben
wird und beim Zurückziehen die Kanne 1 mitnimmt. As can be seen from Figure 5, the jug protrudes

A further process sequence is shown in FIGS. 6a-6c

leeren Kannenstellplatz 5 zugeordnete Kanne 2 befindet
sich in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel auf der Transportvorrichtung
22, welche die Kanne 2 der Maschine
20 zuführt. Das Kannentransportfahrzeug 3 meldet sich
über einen Signalgeber 31 bei einem entsprechenden
Sensor 32 der Maschine 20 an. Über diesen Signalgeber
31 und Sensor 32 wird dem Kannentransportfahrzeug
3 signalisiert, ob ein Kannenwechsel zwischen
Kannentransportfahrzeug 3 und Wagen 10 durchgeführt
werden kann. In dem Fall, daß über die Transportvorrichtung
22 gerade ein Transportvorgang durchgeführt
wird, wird der Kannenwechsel nicht freigegeben. In Figure 6a, the can transport
When approval is given, the carriage is shown in FIG.
Das Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß der Figuren 6a-c
zeigt einen Wagen 10, welcher ohne Führungen 23 in
dem Schiebebereich hin- und herbewegt wird. Zur Sicherung
gegen mechanische Einwirkungen auf den Wagen
sind Führungsrollen 27 an dem Magazin angeordnet,
welche den Holm 11 des Wagens 10 umgreifen. Dadurch
wird eine exakte Führung des Wagens 10 bewirkt. The embodiment according to Figures 6a-c
shows a
In jedem
Common to all of the exemplary embodiments is that
the can transport
Of course, the invention does not relate
only on the long cans shown in the figures
but also on round cans. The pitcher change

In diesem
20 frei für einen neuen Wagen 10.Depending on the degree of automation of the system, it can
be advantageous if the
A change process is shown in FIGS. 7a-7c

In Figur 8 ist schematisiert eine Vorrichtung unmittelbar
vor dem Kannenwechselvorgang dargestellt. In
2 angeordnet.A device is shown schematically in FIG

Gemäß der dargestellten vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung
der Erfindung transportiert das Kannentransportfahrzeug
3 mehrere Kannen.
Wagens 10. Sodann wird der Wagen 10 wiederum weitergetaktet,
bis die als nächste erreichbare volle Kanne
der vorher ausgewählten drei ältesten vollen Kannen
dem leeren Kannenstellplatz des Fahrzeuges 3 gegenübersteht.
Anschließend erfolgt die Übergabe der vollen
Kanne 2 wiederum an das Fahrzeug 3. Dementsprechend
Wechsel vorgesehen.According to the advantageous embodiment shown
of the invention transports the can transport
The decisive factor with this change principle is that
not the oldest jug is changed first, but
that from the number of cans to be changed
always changed the jug to be reached first
becomes. This results in significantly shorter change times,
since the
Im folgenden wird beispielhaft die Kommunikation
der beiden Lichtschranken 31 und 32 beschrieben. Jede
2.The following is an example of communication
of the two
Is the corresponding exchange position of the
Durch die Signale der Lichtschranken 31 und 32
wird sichergestellt, daß der Kannenwechsel von dem
Wagen 10 auf das Fahrzeug 3 und umgekehrt nicht
durch einen Kannenwechsel an der Strecke unterbrochen
wird. Diese Unterbrechung würde unter Umständen
zu einer Verzögerung und Störung des Kannenwechseis
führen.By the signals from the
erfolgen. Hierbei wäre das Lager mit verschiebbaren
Wagen 10 ausgestattet, welche nach ihrer Entleerung
gegen Wagen 10 mit vollen Kannen 2 ausgetauscht
werden. Die Erfindung ist nicht auf die beschriebenen
Ausführungsbeispiele beschränkt. The illustrated invention is not on a magazine
limited to a sliver producing machine,
but can also be made independently of the
