Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Walzen von Fertigprofilen aus einem Vorprofil mittels einer im Reversierbetrieb arbeitenden Walzgerüst-Anordnung, die eine Kompakt-Walzgruppe bildet, bestehend aus einem eingangsseitigen ersten Universalgerüst (U1) einem ausgangsseitigen zweiten Universalgerüst (U2) und einem, zwischen diesen Universalgerüsten angeordnetem Stauchgerüst (SG), wobei das Vorprofil ein aus einer Stranggußeinrichtung kommendes Profil ist, das beidendig eines Steges dem späteren Fertigprofil entsprechende Verstärkungen aufweist, und die Abmessungen des Vorprofils auf vorgegebene Abmaße wie Steghöhe, Stegdicke und/oder Flanschenbreite des zu walzenden Fertigprofils so abgestimmt sind, daß dieses Vorprofil entweder direkt in das erste Universalgerüst (U1) der Kompakt-Walzgruppe eingeführt und dann in dieser zu dem Fertigprofil mit den vorgegebenen Abmaßen fertig walzbar ist oder der stegartige Abschnitt und/oder die flanschartigen Verstärkungen des Vorprofils zur Erzielung von anderen, von der ursprünglichen Vorgabe der Steghöhe, Steckdicke und/oder Flanschenbreite abweichenden Abmaße in des, in der Kompaktwalzgruppe fertig zu walzenden Fertigprofils vor Einführung des Vorprofils in das erste Universalgerüst (U1) der Kompaktwalzgruppe in einer dieser vorgeordneten ein Stauchgerüst (VG) aufweisenden Walzeinrichtung reduzierend walzverformt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die reduzierende Walzverformung in einer parallel zur Walzlinie (W2) der Kompakt-Walzgruppe (U1, SG, U2) verlaufenden Walzlinie (W1) mit freiem Auslauf erfolgt und das Vorprofil in eine Position unmittelbar vor der Kompakt-Walzgruppe (U1, SG, U2) quer verschoben in diese eingebracht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorgeordnete Walzeinrichtung aus einem Vertikalgerüst (VG) besteht, welches
die flanschartigen Verstärkungen des Vorprofils im Sinne einer Stauchung des stegartigen Abschnitts des Vorprofils beaufschlagt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem Vertikalgerüst (VG) ein Horizontalgerüst (HG) zugeordnet ist mittels dessin der stegartige Abschnitt des Vorprofils beaufschlagt wird. - Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 2 oder 3
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Profil in einem als Duo-Gerüst ausgebildeten Vertikalgerüst (VG) oder Horizontalgerüst (HG) mit glatten Walzen gewalzt wird und daß der Profil streng mittels einer Kanteinrichtung gekantet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass hinter der Stranggusseinrichtung ein der ersten Walzlinie (W1) vorgeordneter Wärmofen (WO) vorgesehen ist, und dass das giesswarme Vorprofil durch ein dem Wärmofen (WO) vorgeordnetes Horizontalwalzgerüst (HVG) insbesondere in seinen flanschartigen Verstärkungen vorgeformt wird.
