UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA LAMINACION DE PERFILES FABRICADOS A PARTIR DE UN PERFIL PREVIO POR MEDIO DE UNA DISPOSICION DE ARMADURA DE LAMINACION, QUE SE COMPONE DE UNA PRIMERA ARMADURA UNIVERSAL EN EL LADO DE ENTRADA, UNA SEGUNDA ARMADURA UNIVERSAL EN EL LADO DE SALIDA Y UNA ARMADURA REPRESADORA DE PROTECCION DISPUESTA ENTRE ESTAS ARMADURAS UNIVERSALES. EL GRUPO DE LAMINACION ESTA DISPUESTO PREVIAMENTE EN UNA ARMADURA REPRESADORA. EL PERFIL PREVIO PARTE DE UN EQUIPO DE COLADA CONTINUA Y MUESTRA REFUERZOS CORRESPONDIENTES EN AMBOS LADOS DE UN ALMA DEL PERFIL FABRICADO MAS TARDE. LAS DIMENSIONES DEL PERFIL PREVIO ESTAN DETERMINADAS SOBRE LA ALTURA DEL ALMA, ESPESOR Y/O ANCHURA DE BRIDA CON RESPECTO AL PERFIL FABRICADO A SER LAMINADO, DE MODO QUE ESTE PERFIL PREVIO SE INTRODUCE EN LA PRIMERA ARMADURA UNIVERSAL. A CONTINUACION SE PRODUCE LA LAMINACION DEL PERFIL FABRICADO CON LAS DIMENSIONES FABRICADAS PREVIAMENTE, O SE REALIZA EN UN TRAMO DEL TIPO DE ALMA Y/O CON LOS REFUERZOS INDICADOS DEL PERFIL PREVIO PARA LA OBTENCION DE OTRAS DIMENSIONES.,QUE SE DESVIAN DE LOS DATOS ORIGINALES ANTES DE LA INTRODUCCION DEL PERFIL PREVIO EN LA PRIMERA ARMADURA UNIVERSAL. DE ACUERDO CON UNA LINEA (W1) DE LAMINACION, QUE DISCURRE DE FORMA PARALELA CON RESPECTO A LA LINEA (W2) DE LAMINACION DE LA DISPOSICION (U1, SG, U2) DE ARMADURA DE LAMINACION CON SALIDA DE REDUCCION DE PRECONFORMACION DE LAMINACION, EL PERFIL PREVIO SE APLICA EN UNA POSICION INMEDIATA ANTES DEL GRUPO (U1, SG, U2) DE LAMINACION COMPACTA EN UN DESPLAZAMIENTO TRANSVERSAL.
