Claims (5)
- Frein à sabot pour un engin de traction ferroviaire avec des essieux formés de disques de roues (3) reliés par un corps d'essieu (2) sur lequel sont placés des corps (7) de frein symétriques de rotation, avec un cylindre de frein qui coopère par l'intermédiaire d'une traverse (11) avec une timonerie de frein liée à des sabots (14) de frein qui sont appliqués radialement de chaque côté sur les surfaces périphériques extérieures des corps de frein, caractérisé par le fait que la traverse (11) articulée sur le cylindre de frein est agencée en triangle et est guidée axialement par des glissières (20) latérales placées sur le bâti (6) ou le sur le châssis du véhicule ferroviaire.
- Frein à sabot selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu au moins un sabot (14) de frein de chaque côté du corps d'essieu (2) et que lors de l'actionnement, les deux sabots (14) de frein sont appliqués sur la surface périphérique (8) extérieure du corps (7) de frein en agissant radialement sur le corps d'essieu (2).
- Frein à sabot selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que deux ou plusieurs corps (7) de frein sont disposé sur le corps d'essieu (2) et que pour chaque corps (7) de frein, un sabot (14) de frein agissant sur ledit corps est disposé de chaque côté du corps d'essieu (2).
- Frein à sabot selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que les corps de sabot sont suspendus à des biellettes (10) de suspension de sabots de frein et sont montés sur une traverse (11) de frein.
- Frein à sabot selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que chaque sabot (14) de frein est guidé axialement sur le corps (7) de frein.
