Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Wechseln eines zur Herstellung auf einer Webmaschine vorbereiteten Artikels, wobei der Artikel mit dem Kettbaum, dem Webblatt, den Kettfadenwächtern, und den eingezogenen Kettfäden unter Beibehaltung eines voreingestellten web- und artikelgerechten Abstandes a zwischen dem Kettfadenwächter und den Webschäften auf einer fahrbaren Baugruppe angeordnet und von dieser in die Maschine eingesetzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Artikel mittels einer Hilfsbaugruppe von der Baugruppe abgenommen und in die Webmaschine eingesetzt bzw. aus der Webmaschine herausgenommen und auf der Baugruppe angeordnet wird, um den Artikel bei abgewobenen Kettbaum zwecks Neulegung bereit zu stellen oder bei teilweise abgewobenen Kettbaum zwecks Wiedereinsetzung auf Lager zu legen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Verlauf der web- und artikelgerechten Einstellung die Kettfäden geordnet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen dem Kettfadenwächter und dem letzten Webschaft eingestellt wird.
- Einrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, mit der fahrbaren Baugruppe (1), auf welcher der Artikel im web- und artikelgerechten Abstand a zwischen Kettfadenwächter (12) und Webschäfte (13) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine fahrbare Hilfsbaugruppe (31) vorgesehen ist, um den Kettbaum (11) sowie die im web- und artikelgerechten Abstand a befindlichen Kettfadenwächter (12) und Webschäfte (13) unter Aufrechterhaltung des Abstandes von der Baugruppe abzunehmen und in eine Webmaschine (39) einzusetzen bzw. aus der Webmaschine herauszunehmen und auf die Baugruppe anzuordnen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Vorrichtungen (40) zur Aufnahme der Webschäfte (13) in einer webmaschinengerechten Anordnung vorgesehen sind, die im Abstand zueinander an der Hilfsbaugruppe (31) angeordnet und dazu bestimmt sind, mit Führungen (51) aufweisenden Organen (50) der Webschäfte (13) in der Webmaschine (39) in Eingriff zu kommen, um die Webschäfte einzuführen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Aufnahmeeinrichtung (40) zwei Zentrierorgane (52, 53) aufweist, die mit dem Führungsorgan (50) der Webschäfte (13) in Eingriff bringbar sind, um die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (40) auszurichten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die fahrbare Baugruppe (1) zwei Halter (3) mit Auflager für die Kettfadenwächter (12) und zwei Haltevorrichtung (4) für Webschäfte (13) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Halter (3) eine Einstelleinrichtung (21) zugeordnet ist und dass das Auflager bezüglich der Haltevorrichtung (4) verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Klemmeinrichtung (17) für die Kettfäden (15) in Kettfadenlaufrichtung vor der Haltevorrichtung (4) angeordnet ist und dass die Einstellvorrichtung (21) eine Stange (24) aufweist, über welche die Kettfäden geführt sind und die dazu bestimmt ist, die Kettfäden während der Einstellung des Abstandes a gestreckt und geordnet zu halten.
