Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum schnellen Einrichten oder Umrüsten einer Webmaschine, der für einen Artikel- und/oder Kettwechsel Kettbaum und Fachbildungshilfsvorrichtung entnommen beziehungsweise zugeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Webmaschine ein Harnisch zugeordnet ist, der zum Einrichten oder Umrüsten unter Lösen beziehungsweise Schließen von Verbindungen zu einer Jacquardmaschine sowie unter Freigabe beziehungsweise Festlegung im Bereich einer Niederzugvorrichtung als Einheit entnommen beziehungsweise zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter Erhalt der Einheit eine Mitentnahme beziehungsweise ein Einsetzen des Webblatts erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter Erhalt der Einheit eine Mitentnahme beziehungsweise ein Einsetzen eines Kettfadenwächters erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter Erhalt der Einheit eine Mitentnahme beziehungsweise ein Einsetzen eines Chorbretts erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Lösen beziehungsweise Schließen der Verbindungen zu der Jacquardmaschine Schnellverschlüsse der Harnischfäden geöffnet beziehungsweise geschlossen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur im Bereich der Niederzugvorrichtung erfolgenden Freigabe beziehungsweise Festlegung des Harnisches mindestens ein mit dem Harnisch verbundenes Halteelement von mindestens einem Aufnahmeelement gelöst beziehungsweise an diesem befestigt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bereits fertiggestelltes Gewebe zur Freigabe vom Warenbaum durchtrennt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Einrichten oder Umrüsten einer Webmaschine, gekennzeichnet durch die Ausbildung als Harnischtransportwagen (28), der Aufnahmevorrichtungen für eine Entnahme beziehungsweise Aufnahme von Harnischschnüren (2), Chorbrett (7) und Niederzugvorrichtung (11) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Harnischtransportwagen (28) Aufnahmevorrichtung für eine Entnahme beziehungsweise Aufnahme von Kettbaum (18), Kettfadenwächter (22) und/oder Webblatt (23) aufweist.
