Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum Auftragen einer Flüssigkeit, beispielsweise Öl, auf einen laufenden Faden mit einer in den Fadenlauf ragenden, drehbar gelagerten Walze (1) zur Aufnahme eines Flüssigkeitsfilmes an ihrer Oberfläche (1') aus einem Flüssigkeitsreservoir (9) und Abgabe der Flüssigkeit über Oberflächenkontakt, mit einer räumlichen Trennung von Walze (1) und Reservoir (9) und einem einendig in das unterhalb der Walze angeordnete Flüssigkeitsreservoir ragenden Docht, welcher anderendig auf der Oberfläche der Walze schleift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Docht (6) blattfederbeaufschlagt nur auf der unteren Hälfte der Walze (1) schleift und der in horizontaler Richtung durch Durchführungen (14, 18) laufende Faden (2) auf der oberen Hälfte der Walze (1) schleift.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine motorisch drehangetriebene Walze (1).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit der Walze (1) von einer elektronischen Steuerung (4) ansteuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (1) mit Fadenlaufgewindigkeit dreht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (1) quer zur Fadenlaufrichtung in Richtung (x) zum Fadenlauf verlagerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Docht mittels einer parallel zum Docht angeordneten Blattfeder (10) auf die Walze (1) gepreßt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze windschief zum Fadenlauf angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung einem Fadenspeicher (5) vorgeordnet ist und der Walzenantrieb mit dem Fadenspeicherantrieb synchronisierbar, bevorzugt im Proportionallauf bringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektronische Steuerschaltung mit einem Fadenspeicher in Signalverbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reservoir (9) von einem unterhalb der Walze angeordneten Behälter (19) aufgenommen wird, welcher im Betrieb bis auf den Dochtdurchlaß (24) abgeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorrichtung, welcher fadenablaufseitig ein Fadenspeicher (5) nachgeordnet ist, fadenzulaufseitig eine Fadenbremse (27) vorgeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch ein unterhalb des Reservoirs (9) angeordnetes, volumenmäßig größeres zweites Reservoir (28), aus welchem insbesondere mittels einer als Schlauchpumpe ausgebildeten Fördereinrichtung (40) Flüssigkeit ins erste Reservoir (9) befördert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als Schlauchpumpe (40) ausgebildete Fördereinrichtung coaxial zur Walze (1) angeordnet ist und insbesondere einen mit der Walze (1) gemeinsamen Antriebsmotor (7) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Förderleistung der insbesondere als Peristaltikpumpe (4) ausgebildeten Fördereinrichtung größer ist als die Förderleistung des Dochtes (6).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportmittel für die Flüssigkeit als Rohr oder Schlauch ausgebildet ist und die Flüssigkeit zufolge einer Rumpe durch das Transportmittel vom Reservoir zur Walze befördert wird.
