Definitions
- the invention relates to a paper roll for unwinding a paper web in a roll - rotary printing machine, at least is surrounded on the jacket side by a packaging layer and the between your paper wrap and the packaging layer Tear wire has to remove the packaging layer serves.
- the invention also relates to a Paper roll unpacking station for unpacking the invention Roll of paper and a procedure for unpacking the roll of paper in the paper roll unpacking station.
- DD 97 389 already describes a method and a device for Known removal of the packaging from a roll of paper.
- First Cutting tools are used to remove the end faces of the packaging and second cutting tools for removing the packaging from the Lateral surface of the paper roll.
- DE 943 040 describes packaging of roll-shaped objects, in particular printed paper rolls or patterned rolls of textile or plastic materials, such as e.g. B. cabinet paper, known in which the roll to be packed below their Packaging is provided with a tear tape, the end of which over the packaging protrudes and can be gripped by hand. different types of knives are necessary, shows that this Unpacking station is technically very complex. Furthermore it does not ensure that the outer paper layers of the winding roll not get hurt.
- the advantage here is that the removal of the damaged Layers of paper saved that removing the front and the jacket side packaging with the same technical means succeed and that no dangerous Cutting tools that can injure operators, are needed.
- the paper roll unpacking station has two essential components on, two rotating rollers arranged parallel to each other for storage and for turning the paper roll on the one hand and a tear table on the other hand. These two components are relative to one another arranged movably. So it is sufficient if one component is stationary and the other is movably arranged. This will do so realizes that either the rotating rollers are movably mounted, for example on a driverless transport vehicle, which is also serves as part of the paper roll unpacking station or in that the rotating rollers are stationary, but the tear-off table regarding the rotating rollers and thus regarding the paper roll is arranged movably. In this case, however, the paper roll first unloaded onto the rotating rollers by a transport vehicle will.
- a paper roll 1 (Fig. 1), which has a multi-layer around a sleeve 2 has a paper roll wound paper web is on her outer jacket side covered by a packaging layer 3.
- a tear tape 4 preferably clockwise, between the two End faces of the paper roll 1 helically around its outer surface wrapped.
- the tear tape 4 preferably ends in one layer on the End faces.
- the tear tape 4 instructs on the front end face a catch tab 5 at its front end.
- the catch tab 5 is for example a loop or a piece of sheet metal, as in FIG. 1 shown.
- the paper roll is not necessarily both jacket and roll packed on the face side, it is sufficient if they only is surrounded on the jacket side by a packaging layer.
- one helical winding of the tear tape 4 can also only two loops either on the jacket side nearby to the end faces or on each of the end faces near the Form shell side, while it is only on the shell side runs parallel to the longitudinal axis of the paper roll 1.
- the pull tab 5 can also be the tear tape 4 in any other, end to be gripped by a gripping device. Before unpacking, this is either below the packaging layer 3 so that it is either by hand or automatically removed from the packaging layer 3 and from the Paper roll 1 must be spread, or it is already through a Gripping device arranged from outside.
- the paper roll 1 is by a Transport device, for example a driverless one Transport vehicle, and by means of a lifting device on a Unpacking station 6 (Fig. 2) unloaded.
- the paper roll 1 is on two Rotating rollers 7a, 7b (Fig. 4) rotatably mounted. In the direction of the arrow A is by means of a positioning drive 8 on the rotating rollers 7a, 7b displaceable.
- the positioning drive 8 is driven by a motor 9 (Fig. 4) driven.
- the paper roll 1 is on from one the positioning drive 8 attached driver 10 in the direction Stops 11 (Fig. 4) moves until the paper roll 1 against the Stops 11 bumps. This is the unpacking position of the paper roll 1 reached.
- the driver 10 is so on the positioning drive 8 stored that this, as soon as the paper roll 1 against the stops 11 bumps, folded over, dipped away under the paper roll 1 and into the Starting position moves back.
- This has the advantage that the motor 9 only one direction of rotation is required. Furthermore, the control does not have to Information about the roll width.
- the paper roll unpacking station 6 has a tear-open table 12. He is on a by means of at least one motor 13 (Fig. 4) and preferably a second motor 14 (Fig. 4) and associated Screw drives 15, 16 movable frame 17 in the radial direction the paper roll 1 movable.
- the tear-open table 12 has a catch hook 19 (FIG. 3) for catching the catch tab 5, a reel 20 carrying the catch hook 19 for Winding the tear tape 4 and a motor 21 for rotating the Reel 20 equipped.
- a light transmission and Receiving element 22 At the level of the hook 19 is located also on the tear-off table 12 a light transmission and Receiving element 22, the light towards the paper roll 1 sends and then receives again when it comes from the reflector strip 23 is reflected back.
- the reflector strip 23 extends over the entire length of the rotating rollers 7a, 7b or preferably over the length of the frame 17.
- the position of the catch tab 5 on the paper roll 1 is detected will. This is done by rotating the paper roll 1 by means of Turning roller 7a until the beam path of the light barrier through the Catch tab 5 is interrupted.
- the catch tab 5 can now open the side of the catch hook 19 or offset by about 180 ° to this are located. So that the catch tab 5 when positioning the catch hook 19 is not in the way, the paper roll 1 becomes 90 °, for example rotated so that the catch tab 5 is certainly not in the way.
- the tear-open table 12 moves on the frame 17 in the direction of Arrow B (Fig. 4) so far to the paper roll 1 until one at the Tear table 12 attached limit switch 25 the paper roll 1st touched, and the movement of the tear table 12 toward the Arrow B (FIG. 4) due to a signal from the limit switch 25 is stopped.
- the catch hook 19 is now in one position in front of the front of the paper roll 1, around the catch tab 5 to record. After less than a full turn of the paper roll 1 in the direction of arrow D (Fig. 3) counterclockwise the catch tab 5 is caught by the catch hook 19. Due to the through the catch tab 5 and the tear tape 4 on the catch hook 19th applied tension, the motor 21 is now set in motion, which drives the reel 20.
- the tear tape 4 as in Fig. 1st shown in the form of a right-handed spiral on the paper roll 1 is wound, this turns it counterclockwise rotated that the rotating rollers 7a, 7b in the direction of Turn clockwise.
- the front side are applied Layers of the tear tape 4 from the paper roll 1 onto the reel 20, which also turns counterclockwise, wound up.
- the reel 20 is preferably dimensioned so that it the amount of tear tapes 4 a day when unwinding the Can hold rolls of paper in a print shop.
- the tear-open table 12 must be parallel to the longitudinal axis of the paper roll 1 are moved on the frame 17 while the paper roll 1 rotates simultaneously, the ratio of the peripheral speed the paper roll 1 and the feed speed of the tear table 12 corresponding to the tangent of the pitch angle of the tear tape 4, the tear tape 4 on the lateral surface with the longitudinal axis the paper roll 1 forms, is to be selected.
- the light transmitting and receiving element 22 registers if after the tear-open table 12 is moved past the paper roll 1 on the long side is, light is reflected from the reflector strip 23 again. Then the movement of the tear table 12 in the direction of arrow C (Fig. 4) stopped and after a further rotation of the paper roll 1 by 360 °, the tear tape 4 to the end of the second End face of the paper roll 1 unwound.
- the tear table 12 is now again by means of the motors 13 and 14 moved away from paper roll 1 in the direction of arrow B. and against the direction of arrow C in the starting position pulled back.
- the paper roll 1 is opened again by means of the lifting device driverless transport vehicle loaded and for example to one Roll changer of a printing machine transported away.
- the paper roll unpacking station 6 is preferably about an axis of rotation 27 (FIG. 3) can be pivoted upward in the direction of an arrow E. arranged. In the swung-up position, packaging waste falls off the paper roll unpacking station 6 down and can be disposed of. After this process, the paper roll unpacking station 6 is again ready for use.
- Paper roll unpacking station 6 can also be relative to one another by two movable components can be designed.
- the first Part is a storage for the paper roll 1 with the Swivel rollers 7a and 7b.
- the second component is the tear table 12. At least one of these components is related to the other movably arranged.
- the rotating rollers 7a, 7b trained as part of a driverless transport vehicle, so that the paper roll 1 remains on it during unpacking.
- the rotating rollers 7a, 7b rotate, so that the tear tape 4 in the circumferential direction of the paper roll 1st is unwound, and when the paper roll 1 and the tear table 12th move away from each other, causing the tear tape 4 in Longitudinal direction of the paper roll 1 is peelable from the same.
- the Pulling off is done by means of a pulling device that either is preferably attached to the tear-open table 12 or for example, a stationary rotating arm that is Tear tape 4 by a rotational movement away from the paper roll 1 from deduces the same.
- the gripping device is preferably attached to the end of a winder so that in of the embodiment described above is designed as the reel 20 which is driven by the motor 21.
- a paper roll 1 is created, which has a tear tape 4 on its outer surface.
- the tear tape 4 again has a catch tab 5 at its front end.
- Such a paper roll can be easily from her Packing layer 3 in an inventive Free paper roll unpacking station 6.
- the paper roll 1 is rotatable on the paper roll unpacking station 6 filed; one in the longitudinal and transverse directions to the paper roll 1 movable tear table 12 has a catch hook 19, which the Catch tab 5 of the paper roll 1 when the tear table 12th is positioned accordingly on the front of the paper roll 1.
- the position of the tear-open table 12 is determined by means of a Light transmitting and receiving element 22, the light on one Reflector bar 23 emits, controls.
- the tear-open table 12 becomes parallel to the longitudinal axis of the paper roll 1 moves on the frame 17 while the paper roll 1 rotates at the same time to the processing of the tear tape 4 until the Tear table 12 on the second face of paper roll 1 has arrived, which in turn through the light transmission and Receiving element 23 is detected.
