Claims (8)

  1. Unité d'impression en creux avec un cylindre porte-gravure à impression en creux (1), qui plonge dans une cuve d'encre (13) remplie d'encre et pouvant être levée et abaissée et qui coopère avec un cylindre presseur, et avec un cylindre d'application d'encre (19), qui plonge dans l'encre d'imprimerie et qui coopère avec le cylindre porte-gravure à impression en creux (1), caractérisée en ce qu'un cylindre presseur (16), s'étendant dans le sens axial, rotatif, agissant depuis le bas sur la circonférence (6) du cylindre porte-gravure à impression en creux (1) en s'appuyant dessus et plongeant dans l'encre d'imprimerie, est agencé à l'intérieur de la cuve d'encre (13), en ce que le cylindre presseur (16) est logé rotatif dans des paliers (22 ; 23) qui sont en liaison fixe ou élastique avec un fond (21) de la cuve d'encre (13), et en ce que le cylindre d'application d'encre (19) est agencé de côté par rapport au cylindre presseur (16).
  2. Unité d'impression en creux selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la longueur (l) du cylindre presseur (16) est plus courte que la longueur de table (l1) du cylindre porte-gravure à impression en creux (1).
  3. Unité d'impression en creux selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre presseur (16) peut être déplacé dans le sens axial à l'intérieur de la longueur de table (l1) du cylindre porte-gravure à impression en creux (1).
  4. Unité d'impression en creux selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre presseur (16) peut être entraîné par un moteur séparé.
  5. Unité d'impression en creux selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les centres de rotation (10, 15) du cylindre porte-gravure à impression en creux (1) et du cylindre presseur (16) se trouvent sur une verticale (18) commune.
  6. Unité d'impression en creux selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les centres de rotation (10, 15) du cylindre porte-gravure (1) et du cylindre presseur (16) se trouvent sur une droite (20 ; 20.1) qui s'étend à partir d'un point d'origine placé au centre de rotation (10) du cylindre porte-gravure à impression en creux (1) avec un angle (± α) par rapport à une verticale (18).
  7. Unité d'impression en creux selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la cuve d'encre (13) est agencée de manière à pouvoir être levée et abaissée au moyen d'un dispositif de levage (32).
  8. Unité d'impression en creux selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre presseur (16) peut être mis en place contre le cylindre porte-gravure à impression en creux (1) au moyen d'un système de mise en place agencé dans la cuve d'encre (13).
