Claims (80)

  1. Unité d'impression satellite selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de forme (07) présente une arête d'accrochage (116) pour accrocher une première extrémité (103) d'une plaque d'impression (101) et un dispositif d'accrochage (119) pour maintenir l'autre extrémité (104) d'une plaque d'impression (101).
  35. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 34, caractérisée en ce que la première extrémité (103) de la plaque d'impression (101) est l'extrémité (103) en position avant lors de l'application de la plaque d'impression (101) sur le cylindre de forme (07).
  36. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 34 ou 35, caractérisée en ce que la première extrémité (103) est l'extrémité (103) en position avant lors de la production ou l'extrémité (103) en position arrière lors de la production.
  37. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque groupe d'impression (03 ; 04 ; 21 ; 22 ; 28 ; 29 ; 31 ; 32) de l'unité d'impression satellite (16 ; 17) présente au moins un moteur d'entraînement (12).

Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 37, caractérisée en ce que chaque groupe d'impression (03 ; 04 ; 21 ; 22 ; 28 ; 29 ; 31 ; 32) présente précisément un moteur d'entraînement (12), et en ce que le cylindre de forme (07) et le cylindre de transfert (06) de chaque groupe d'impression (03 ; 04 ; 21 ; 22 ; 28 ; 29 ; 31 ; 32) sont reliés ensemble quant à l'entraînement.
  39. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 38, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de forme (07) et le cylindre de transfert (06) de chaque groupe d'impression (03 ; 04 ; 21 ; 22 ; 28 ; 29 ; 31 ; 32) sont reliés ensemble par l'intermédiaire de roues dentées (36 ; 37).
  40. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 38 ou 39, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de forme (07) de chaque groupe d'impression (03 ; 04 ; 21 ; 22 ; 28 ; 29 ; 31 ; 32) est susceptible d'être entraîné au moyen d'un moteur d'entraînement (12).
  41. Unité d'impression satellite selon l'une des revendication 37 à 40, caractérisée en ce que le moteur d'entraînement (12) est un moteur d'entraînement (12) à régulation de position.

Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque cylindre de forme (07) est susceptible d'être entraîné chaque fois au moyen d'un moteur d'entraînement (12) à régulation de position, par une liaison à ajustement de formes, indépendamment des autres cylindres de forme (07).

Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque cylindre de forme (07) est susceptible d'être entraîné chaque fois au moyen d'un moteur d'entraînement (12) à régulation de position, par une liaison à ajustement de formes, indépendamment du cylindre satellite (18).
  44. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 43, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre satellite (18) présente un moteur d'entraînement à régulation de position spécifique.
  45. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque cylindre de forme (07) et chaque cylindre de transfert (06) de chaque groupe d'impression (03 ; 04 ; 21 ; 22 ; 28 ; 29 ; 31 ; 32) est chaque fois supporté dans un montage en palier linéaire (224).
  46. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 45, caractérisée en ce que les déplacements de pressage et de dégagement, rendus possibles par les deux montages en palier linéaire (224) d'un groupe d'impression (03 ; 04 ; 21 ; 22 ; 28 ; 29 ; 31 ; 32), du cylindre de forme (07) et du cylindre de transfert (06) s'étendent parallèlement.
  47. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 45 ou 46, caractérisée en ce que les montages en palier linéaire (224) sont orientés de manière à permettre un déplacement de pressage ou de dégagement, en direction de rapprochement ou d'éloignement vis-à-vis du cylindre satellite (18).
  48. Unité d'impression satellite selon l'une des revendications 45 à 47, caractérisée en ce que la course de réglage (S), rendue possible par les montages en palier linéaire (224), s'étend au moins sensiblement perpendiculairement à la bande de matériau à imprimer (23), à imprimer par le groupe d'impression (03 ; 04 ; 21 ; 22 ; 28 ; 29 ; 31 ; 32) respectif, dans la zone d'impression.
  49. Unité d'impression satellite selon l'une des revendications 45 à 48, caractérisée en ce qu'un organe de réglage (236) spécifique est associé à chaque montage en palier linéaire (224).
  50. Unité d'impression satellite selon l'une des revendications 45 à 49, caractérisée en ce que chaque montage en palier linéaire (224) comprend respectivement un bloc palier (229), présentant un palier radial (226).
  51. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 50, caractérisée en ce que le bloc palier (229) est déplaçable dans la direction de réglage, le long de paliers linéaires (227 ; 228).
  52. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 27, caractérisée en ce que le au moins un cylindre de forme (07) présente en direction périphérique précisément une plaque d'impression (101).
  53. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 52, caractérisée en ce que la circonférence du cylindre de forme (07) correspond à une page de journal verticale.
  54. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 52 ou 53, caractérisée en ce que le au moins un cylindre de forme (07) présente, en direction axiale, deux, trois, quatre, cinq, six, sept ou huit plaques d'impression (101) disposées les unes à côté des autres.
  55. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la circonférence du au moins un rouleau encreur (41) est au moins sensiblement égale à la circonférence du cylindre de forme (07).
  56. Unité d'impression satellite selon les revendications 55 et 53, caractérisée en ce que la circonférence du au moins un rouleau encreur (41) correspond au moins sensiblement à une page de journal verticale.
  57. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque groupe d'impression (03 ; 04 ; 21 ; 22 ; 28 ; 29 ; 31 ; 32) comprend au moins un rouleau mouilleur (218), coopérant directement avec le cylindre de forme (07) correspondant.
  58. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 57, caractérisée en ce que la circonférence du au moins un rouleau mouilleur (218) est au moins sensiblement égale à la circonférence du cylindre de forme (07).
  59. Unité d'impression satellite selon les revendications 57 et 53, caractérisée en ce que la circonférence du au moins un rouleau mouilleur (218) correspond au moins sensiblement à une page de journal verticale.
  60. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le groupe d'encrage (39) comprend au moins un rouleau encreur (41) et au moins un rouleau de friction (51) associé au au moins un rouleau encreur (41).
  61. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 60, caractérisée en ce que la circonférence du au moins un rouleau de friction (51) correspond au moins sensiblement à une page de journal verticale.

  64. Unité d'impression satellite selon l'une des revendication 52 à 63, caractérisée en ce que, dans chaque groupe d'impression (03 ; 04 ; 21 ; 22 ; 28 ; 29 ; 31 ; 32), un cylindre de forme (07) à circonférence simple est associé à un cylindre de transfert (06) à circonférence double.
  65. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 64, caractérisée en ce qu'un rouleau encreur (41) à circonférence simple est associé à chaque cylindre de forme (07).
  66. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 65, caractérisée en ce qu'un rouleau de friction (51) à circonférence simple est associé à chaque rouleau encreur (41).
  67. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 64, caractérisée en ce qu'un rouleau mouilleur (218) à circonférence simple est associé à chaque cylindre de forme (07).
  68. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 64, caractérisée en ce que chaque groupe d'impression (03 ; 04 ; 21 ; 22 ; 28 ; 29 ; 31 ; 32) est associé à un cylindre satellite (18) à circonférence simple.

Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 1 et selon l'une des revendications 52 à 68, caractérisée en ce que, dans le cas de deux groupes d'impression (21 ; 22 ou 31 ; 32) de l'unité d'impression satellite (16 ou 17) selon un premier agencement, le groupe de mouillage (38) respectif est disposé sur le côté, opposé au groupe d'encrage (39) respectif, en observant par rapport au dispositif de changement de plaques (11), du cylindre de forme (07).
  70. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 65, caractérisée en ce que, dans le cas de deux groupes d'impression (03 ; 04 ou 28 ; 29) de l'unité d'impression satellite (16 ou 17) selon un deuxième agencement, le groupe de mouillage (38) respectif est disposé sur le même côté, en observant par rapport au dispositif de changement de plaques (11), que le groupe d'encrage (39) respectif.
  71. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 69, caractérisée en ce que les deux groupes d'impression (21 ; 22 ou 31 ; 32) du premier agencement sont deux groupes d'impression (21 ; 22 ou 31 ; 32) situés en position supérieure de l'unité d'impression satellite (16 ou 17).
  72. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 70 ou 71, caractérisée en ce que les deux groupes d'impression (03 ; 04 ou 28 ; 29) du deuxième agencement sont deux groupes d'impression (21 ; 22 ou 31 ; 32) situés en position inférieure de l'unité d'impression satellite (16 ou 17).
  73. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, chaque fois, deux cylindres de forme (07) sont disposés les uns à côté des autres en direction au moins sensiblement horizontale.
  74. Tour d'impression (14), comprenant deux unités d'impression satellite (16 ; 17) disposées l'une au-dessus de l'autre, selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes.

Tour d'impression selon la revendication 74, caractérisée en ce que l'agencement des groupes d'impression (03 ; 04 ; 21 ; 22) ou cylindres (06 ; 07 ; 18) d'une première unité d'impression satellite (16) est au moins sensiblement identique à l'agencement des groupes d'impression (28 ; 29 ; 31 ; 32) ou cylindre (06 ; 07 ; 18) de l'autre unité d'impression satellite (17).

Tour d'impression selon la revendication 75, caractérisée en ce que l'agencement des dispositifs de changement de plaques (11) d'une première unité d'impression satellite (16) est au moins sensiblement identique à l'agencement des dispositifs de changement de plaques (11) de l'autre unité d'impression satellite (17).

Tour d'impression selon l'une des revendications 74 à 76, caractérisée en ce qu'il est réalisé symétriquement à un plan médian (M) vertical, au moins eu égard à l'agencement des cylindres (06 ; 07 ; 18) ainsi que des groupes d'encrage (09 ; 39) et/ou des groupes de mouillage (08 ; 38) et/ou des dispositifs de changement de plaques (11).
  78. Unité d'impression satellite selon la revendication 1, 4, 48, 55, 56 58, 59, 61, 62, 63, 73, 75 ou 76, caractérisée en ce que l'écart est au maximum de 10 %.
