Claims (10)
- Backofen, insbesondsere mit einer Einrichtung für pyrolytische Selbstreinigung, mit einer in einer Backofenwand vorgesehenen Wrasenöffnung, durch die hindurch der im Backofenbetrieb entstehende Wrasen nach außen abströmen kann, wobei der Strömungsquerschnitt der Wrasenöffnung selbst oder eines anschließenden Strömungskanales durch eine Drossel selbsttätig verstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellbewegung der Drossel (19) in Abhängigkeit von der Temperatur des Wrasens erfolgt, welche Drossel bei geringer Wärmeentwicklung im Backofen einen großen Strömungsquerschnitt bildet und bei starker Wärmeentwicklung den Strömungsquerschnitt vermindert bzw. verschließt.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellbewegung der Drossel (19) zusätzlich in Abhängigkeit von der Feuchtigkeit des Wrasens erfolgt.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drossel (19) am Ende eines vorzugsweise senkrechten Strömungskanales (16) mit Abstand von der Backofenwand (14) angeordnet ist.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Strömungskanal (16) einen an ein Kühlluftgebläse (9) angeschlossenen Kühlluft-Strömungsschacht (8) durchzieht.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drossel (19) als Bimetallelement ausgebildet ist.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Drossel (19) bei einer Temperatur von etwa 350°C des ausströmenden Wrasens in der Schließstellung befindet.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Strömungskanal (16/17) aus wenigstens zwei vorzugsweise winkelig oder senkrecht aufeinanderstehenden Kanalabschnitten besteht, daß am Ende des ersten Kanalabschnittes (16) die Drossel (19) angeordnet ist und daß das freie Ende des zweiten Kanalabschnittes (17) an die Ansaugöffnung (13) des Kühlluftgebläses (9) strömungstechnisch angeschlossen ist.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das freie Ende des Strömungskanales (16/17) unmittelbar an die Ansaugöffnung (13) des Kühlluftgebläses (9) vorzugsweise an das erste Drittel desselben anschließt.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine das gebläseseitige Ende der Begrenzungswand des Strömungskanales (16/17) gebildet ist durch eine vorzugsweise als Bimetallelement ausgebildete, in Abhängigkeit von der Temperatur und/oder Feuchtigkeit verstellbare Klappe (20), durch welche der sich an die Ansaugöffnung (13) des Kühlluftgebläses (9) anschließende Strömungsquerschnitt des Strömungskanales selbsttätig veränderbar ist.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Kanalabschnitt (16) den Kühlluft-Strömungsschacht (8) durchzieht und der hierzu zumindest annähernd senkrechte Kanalabschnitt (17) längs des Kühlluft-Strömungsschachtes (8) verläuft.
