Claims (10)
- Vorgefertigter Aufbau zur Bildung von dichten und wärmeisolierenden Wänden für die Schaffung einer wärmeisolierenden Umhüllung zur Einschließung eines fließfähigen Mittels bei sehr niedriger Temperatur, wie eines Flüßiggases und derjenigen Gattung mit einer etwa biegsamen inneren bzw. primären dichten Sperre (2), mit welcher eine sogenannte innere Verteilungsplatte (52) fest verbunden ist, einer eine Halterung für den Aufbau (1) bildenden äußeren steifen Trennwand (3) mit welcher eine andere sogenannte äußere Platte (53) fest verbunden ist, sowie zwei sandwichartig zwischen den Verteilungsplatten (52, 53) eingefaßten wärmeisolierenden Zwischenschichten (42, 43) und zwar jeweils einer sogenannten inneren Zwischenschicht (52) und äußeren Zwischenschicht (53), wobei jede Schicht, die durch Nebeneinanderanordnung von isolierenden Platten (42a, 43a) aus dichtem Werkstoff, wie z.B. einem Kunstoffschaum mit geschlossenen Zellen gebildet wird, jeweils gegenüber einer Platte (43a, 42a) der anderen Schicht (42, 43) angeordnete Verbindungsstellen (62, 63) zwischen den Platten (42a, 43a) bestimmt, wobei jede Verbindungsstelle (63) der äußeren isolierenden Schicht (43) durch einen zwischen den beiden isolierenden Schichten geklebten Streifen (70) überdeckt und durch ein Verbindungsstück (80) aus dichtem isolierenden Werkstoff verstopft wird, dadurch gekennzeichet, daß die äußeren Verteilungsplatten (53) an der Außenschicht (43) durch gegenüber in der Außenschicht (43) von den Verbindungsstellen (63) entfernt gebildeten Löchern (435) angeordneten Schrauben oder dergleichen (35) befestigt sind und ein dichtes Verbindungsstück (80) aus isolierendem Werkstoff jedes dieser Löcher (435) und jede der Verbindungsstellen (63) ausfüllt und hermetisch an diesen anhaftet, damit die isolierende Außenschicht (43) sich durchgehend und dicht über der ganzen durch den Aufbau (1) gebildeten Fläche erstreckt.
- Aufbau gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abdeckstreifen (70) durch eine durchgehende Verstärkungsfolie aus Glasfasern gebildet wird, die sich über eine wesentlich größere Fläche als diejenige der nebeneinander angeordneten Platte (42a) der isolierenden Innenschicht (42) gegenüber der zu überdeckenden Verbindungsstelle (63) und vorzugsweise über die ganze Fläche der durch den Aufbau (1) gebildeten Wand erstreckt.
- Aufbau gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens die eine der vorgenannten Verbindungstücke (80) ein angebrachtes Stück (83, 85) mit einer derjenigen der auszufüllenden Verbindungsstelle (63) oder des auszufüllendes Loches (435) entsprechenden Gestalt ist, dessen wenigstens die äußere Umfangsfläche mit einem vorzugsweise schäumenden anhaftenden Werkstoff überzogen ist.
- Aufbau nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens das eine (83, 85) der Verbindungsstücke (80) durch zwei in bezug auf eine Zusammenfügungsmittelebene (P) etwa symmetrischen Elemente gebildet wird, deren einander gegenüberliegenden inneren Zusammenfügungsflächen mit anhaftendem Material überzogen sind.
- Aufbau gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens das vorgenannte eine Verbindungsstück (84, 82) in situ durch Einspritzen unter Druck des dichten isolierenden Kunststoffes in das auszufüllende Innere des Loches (435) oder der Verbindungsstelle (63) gebildet wird.
- Aufbau nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Verbindungsstücke (80) bildende Werkstoff (84, 82) über ein sich an der der äußeren Trennwand (3) entgegengesetzten Fläche der isolierenden Außenschicht (43) abstützendes und an dieser Trennwand gegenüber der auszufüllenden Öffnung des Loches (435) oder der Verbindungsstelle (63) befestigtes Werkzeug (100) eingespritzt wird.
- Aufbau nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch die vorgenannten Verbindungsstücke (80) in der Endstellung innerhalb der bzw. zwischen den nebeneinander angeordneten Platten (43a) der isolierenden Außenschicht (43) erzeugten Spannungen einen vernachläßigbaren Wert haben.
- Aufbau nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Stopfen (33, 33') aus dichtem Werkstoff, an welchem das Verbindungsstück (80) einer Verbindungsstelle (63) hermetisch anhaftet, zwischen der äußeren Verstärkungsplatte (53) und der äußeren Trennwand (3) zwischengefügt ist.
- Aufbau gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein nachgiebiges Verbindungsstück (62) zwischen den Platten aus isolierendem Werkstoff (42a), die die innere Isolierungsschicht (42) bilden, zwischengefügt ist und an diesen anhaftet.
- Aufbau nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein eine Verteilungsplatte (52) bildendes metallisches Winkelprofil (52a) zwischen der primären Sperre (2) und der inneren Isolierungsschicht (42) zwischengefügt und an dieser letzteren befestigt ist.
