Abstract

L'invention a pour objet une structure de paroi composite thermiquement isolante et son procédé de montage dans un réservoir de transport et/ou de stockage de gaz liquéfiés. Selon l'invention, la structure de paroi 1 comprend une barrière secondaire 3, une paroi isolante 4a, 4b, une barrière primaire 5 composée par un feuillard métallique pris en << sandwich >> par deux couches de tissu de verre. La paroi isolante est composée de lambourdes 4b montées suivant chaque arête des dièdres de la cuve et de la mousse de polyuréthane injectée directement au moyen de moules. Des dispositifs pour contrôler l'étanchéité des barrières primaire et secondaire sont implantés lors de la mise en place de la structure de paroi. L'invention s'applique notamment pour le transport de gaz de pétrole liquéfies.
