Abstract
L’invention concerne une cuve étanche et thermiquement comprenant une paroi de fond (2) fixée à une paroi porteuse (1), la paroi de fond (2) comportant : une membrane d’étanchéité (3) comportant une pluralité de tôles métalliques ondulées soudées,une barrière thermiquement isolante (4), la membrane d’étanchéité (3) et la barrière thermiquement isolante (4) étant interrompues dans une zone singulière par une fenêtre (7) la cuve comprenant une structure creuse (15) insérée dans la fenêtre (7), la structure creuse (15) étant agencé à travers l’épaisseur de la paroi de cuve (2), dans laquelle la cuve (71) comporte une plaque métallique de fermeture (23), la plaque métallique de fermeture (23) comportant un bord interne (24) soudé tout autour de la structure creuse (15), la plaque métallique de fermeture (23) comportant un bord externe (25) placé sous la membrane d’étanchéité (3) de manière à former une zone de chevauchement, dans laquelle la plaque métallique de fermeture (23) est soudée de manière étanche avec la membrane d’étanchéité (3) au niveau de la zone de chevauchement, et la plaque métallique de fermeture (23) est laissée libre par rapport à la barrière thermiquement isolante (4).
