Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mobile crushing device with a crawler chassis with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such crushers with a crawler track are known. They are used in quarries to crush the extracted rock, but also the demolition material of buildings is crushed in such crushing facilities. Facilities of this type are extremely large and heavy. They are up to 4 meters high and approx. 16 meters long and approx. 45 tons heavy. They can be moved using their crawler tracks at the respective place of use. However, these crawler tracks are not suitable for road transport. Crushing devices of this type have so far only been able to be transported on low-loaders with special permits and escort vehicles in public traffic areas. With such a transport, not only the traffic areas are burdened by the enormous weight of the crushing device itself, but also additionally by the high weight of the low loader used here.
  • Such a mobile crusher for crushing demolition material and other building rubble is known from DE-OS 39 04 501.
  • a jaw crusher is mounted in an upright position on a crawler chassis and in the area of the upper jaw of the jaw crusher there is a material feed device which has a feed hopper and an oscillating conveyor.
  • a haul-off conveyor is also provided on the crawler chassis, the feed end of which is arranged in a low position under the crusher discharge.
  • the crushed material feed device is pivotally mounted in height and can be lowered by means of a lifting device from a high position for loading the jaw crusher into a low position in which it does not protrude, or does not protrude significantly, over the jaw crusher.
  • the jaw crusher is arranged on a crawler track.
  • this known construction is to design the mobile crusher so that it can be built comparatively compact in its transport dimensions and, above all, has a reduced transport height compared to older devices, so that he is characterized by increased mobility.
  • this known construction does not adequately solve this task, since low-loaders and special permits are still required for the transport of this known device by road.
  • the present invention is based on this state of the art and it aims to design a crushing device with a crawler undercarriage of the type mentioned in such a way that it can be transported in a simple manner on public traffic areas without a flatbed trailer and without special permits for each individual case required and without putting additional strain on the traffic areas. According to the invention this is achieved by those measures which are the subject and content of the characterizing part of claim 1.
  • the axle assembly consists of a plurality of wheel axles which are spring-mounted in a frame and are arranged next to one another and that the frame has bearing brackets provided in pairs on its upper side and preferably in its longitudinal central region, which brackets with bearing brackets on the frame of the conveyor belt by means of axle bolts or axle shafts are connectable. It is thus possible, on the one hand, to increase the considerable weight of such a crushing device over a large area distribute and support, on the other hand, the connection between the frame and the axle assembly is very easy to achieve; if necessary, only axle bolts or axle shafts need to be inserted and secured with split pins.
  • axle bolts or axle shafts connecting the frame of the conveyor belt and the axle assembly are parallel to the axis about which the filling shaft can be pivoted, then the interventions and measures that are necessary to convert the crushing device for road transport are on Minimum limited.
  • the upper boundary edge of the filler shaft facing the crushing tool is expediently sloping in a manner known per se against the crushing tool and its chassis frame containing the drive motor and that the angle of inclination of this slope corresponds essentially to the angle of inclination of the kingpin relative to the vertical.
  • a further advantageous measure for reducing the length of the crushing device for the transport case is that, in a manner known per se, the frame carrying the conveyor belt consists of at least two sections which can be pivoted relative to one another in relation to its longitudinal direction, and that the axle assembly is in or near that area of the section of the conveyor belt is articulated, on which the piston-cylinder unit which serves to pivot the conveyor belt vertically acts.
  • the feed chute and conveyor belt in a manner known per se on or on opposite sides of the chassis frame arranged so that the filler shaft can be moved from its operating position into its transport position without hindrance and without additional assembly or disassembly work.
  • the measure according to the invention could also be provided with a conveyor belt fixedly arranged relative to the chassis be when the mechanism connecting the conveyor belt and the axle assembly is designed to be height-adjustable.
  • the axle assembly can also remain arranged on the frame of the conveyor belt during operational use of the crushing device, since then, if the frame of the conveyor belt can be pivoted, operational settings of the conveyor belt can be achieved via this height-adjustable mechanism.
  • Fig. 1 illustrates the crushing device in operational use.
  • a chassis frame 2 is connected, in which a powerful, not shown drive unit is housed.
  • the actual crushing tool 3 here consists of two plates which extend at right angles to the plane of the drawing and which are only indicated in FIG. 1 by dashed lines.
  • One of the two plates of the breaking tool 3 is mounted in a fixed manner in the chassis frame 2, the other plate is set in oscillating motion by the drive unit (not shown) and via a flywheel and a V-belt drive, as a result of which this plate periodically moves back and forth in the plane of the drawing against the fixed plate.
  • Flywheel and V-belt drive are covered by a housing 4.
  • a filling chute 5 is provided to the side of the breaking tool 3, the design of which is not essential for the present invention.
  • the upper part 11 of the filling chute 5 is formed by outwardly directed rims 6 which delimit a funnel-like filling area, the upper boundary edge 7, which faces the breaking tool 3, sloping towards the chassis frame 2.
  • a horizontal grate is provided within the upper part 11 of the filling shaft 5 and above the upper edge of the breaking tool 3, through which small material falls through.
  • the upper part 11 of the filling shaft 5 can be set in vibration by means of a vibrator 8.
  • the upper part 11 of the filler shaft is supported by means of elastic support members 9 in relation to its supporting part 10. In the sense of the present invention, the upper part 11 and the support part 10 form the filling shaft 5.
  • This hopper 5 or its support member 10 is pivotally mounted about a horizontal axis 12 which is close to the chassis 1 and approximately in the middle longitudinal third of the same.
  • a piston-cylinder unit 13 which is articulated on the one hand on the supporting part 10 and on the other hand on the chassis frame or on the chassis frame, serves to pivot this filler shaft 5.
  • an oblique kingpin is fastened, which is part of a fifth wheel coupling as used in connection with tractor units.
  • the angle by which the kingpin 14 is inclined with respect to a vertical reference line corresponds to the angle of Incline of the boundary edge 7 of the upper part 11 of the filling shaft 5.
  • a conveyor belt 15 is pivotably articulated about a horizontal axis lying in the area of the chassis 1.
  • This conveyor belt extends into the outlet area of the breaking tool 3 and here takes up the material reduced by the breaking tool 3, but also that which has fallen through the grate of the upper part 11 of the filler shaft 5.
  • the frame of the conveyor belt 15 is formed from two sections 16 and 17 which can be pivoted relative to one another about a horizontal axis 18.
  • the section 16 is carried by a piston-cylinder unit 19 and the front section 17 of the conveyor belt 15 or its frame is articulated on a rocker arm 20 which is attached at its other end to a cantilever arm 21 of the chassis frame 2.
  • an axle assembly 22 is articulated, which is formed here from three spring wheel axles 23 arranged next to one another, which are received by a frame 24, on the upper side of which mounting brackets 25 are welded are.
  • These bearing brackets 25 receive axle bolts or axle shafts, which are parallel to the axis 12, about which the filling shaft 5 can be pivoted.
  • the connection between the axle assembly 22 and the section 16 of the frame of the conveyor belt 15 can be designed so that it can be released easily and without effort and without the aid of special tools.
  • the overall height of a crushing device of the type shown here is over 4 meters. The total length is approx. 16 meters, the weight of a crushing device of this type is approx. 45 tons.
  • Fig. 1 shows the mobile crushing device in the ready position.
  • a tractor unit 26 is used for this purpose (Fig. 2). This is brought up to the device on the side of the feed chute 5.
  • the feed chute 5 is now lowered clockwise around the axis 12 and the kingpin 14 is retracted into the fifth wheel of the tractor unit.
  • the conveyor belt 15 is lowered by actuating the piston-cylinder unit 19, the front section 17 of the same being folded up over the rocker 20.
  • the conveyor belt or its frame is lowered by means of the piston-cylinder unit 19 until the axle assembly 22 rests on the floor.
  • the middle part of the mobile crushing device is now raised, so that the undercarriage 1 is above the ground.
  • the crushing device can now be transported in the manner of a tractor-trailer.
  • the axle assembly 22 is articulated directly to section 16 of the conveyor belt or frame by means of axle bolts or axle journals.
  • a height-adjustable mechanism between the section 16 and the axle assembly 22, so that the axle assembly rests on the floor even during operational use of the crushing device (FIG. 1) and the frame of the conveyor belt 15 is supported with respect to the axle assembly.
  • the piston-cylinder unit 19 can be saved, but the height-adjustable mechanism must be designed so that it can absorb lateral forces without torsion, which act on the axle assembly during road transport.
  • the axle assembly 22 is fastened to the conveyor belt 15 even when it is raised.
  • this connection can be released when the conveyor belt is lowered, so that the conveyor belt can then be raised to its operating state without the axle assembly.
  • the feed chute 5, breaking tool 3, chassis frame 2 and conveyor belt 15 and chassis 1 lie in one plane, that is to say they are not arranged at an angle to one another. Crushing devices of this type are also known, in which these units are arranged at an angle to one another.
  • the proposed solution according to the invention can also be used in such a case, but here the structural units angularly arranged relative to the undercarriage must still be pivoted about vertical axes, so that all these structural units lie in a vertical plane during road transport or can be folded or pivoted into such a vertical plane are.
