Claims (8)
- Dispositif mobile de broyage comprenant un mécanisme de roulement à chenille (1), un châssis (8) porté par le mécanisme de roulement à chenille (1), dans lequel sont prévus un outil de broyage motorisé, par exemple sous forme de plaques de broyage (10) disposées essentiellement à la verticale, par paires, en oscillation les unes par rapport aux autres, et au moins un groupe d'entraînement (11) pour l'outil de broyage, et comprenant un convoyeur à bande (12) pour évacuer le matériau broyé, dispositif dans lequel l'ensemble du châssis (8), avec les groupes qu'il porte, est pivotant autour d'un axe de pivotement (15) horizontal s'étendant parallèlement aux essieux des roues du mécanisme de roulement à chenille (1), et sur le châssis (8), sur les côtés du châssis (8) tournés l'un vers l'autre par rapport au mécanisme de roulement à chenille (1), sont disposés d'une part un pivot principal (24) d'une sellette d'attelage ou un élément (23) portant un pivot principal, et d'autre part un dispositif de préférence en forme de pattes de palier (21) pour la fixation d'un engrenage (26),
caractérisé en ce que
le châssis (8) est fixé au mécanisme de roulement à chenille (1) de manière pivotante autour de l'axe de pivotement (15) à l'opposé du mécanisme de roulement à chenille (1). - Dispositif mobile de broyage selon la revendication 1,

le pivot principal (24) est porté par une plaque (23) articulée en pivotement sur le châssis (8) qui, lors du transport, est soutenue dans la position de travail par une ou plusieurs entretoises (28) ou unités piston/cylindre. - Dispositif mobile de broyage selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
le pivot principal (24) est disposé du côté du châssis auquel est fixé une trémie de remplissage (9) pour le matériau à broyer. - Dispositif mobile de broyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif de fixation de l'engrenage (26) est prévu du côté du châssis (8) où se situe sur le châssis (8) l'extrémité d'éjection (18) du convoyeur à bande (12). - Dispositif mobile de broyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que
l'engrenage (26) présente deux axes. - Dispositif mobile de broyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que
le point d'articulation (4) de l'engrenage (26) sur le châssis (8) présente une distance d'au moins 2,5 m, de préférence d'au moins 2,8 m, par rapport à l'axe de pivotement (15) du châssis. - Dispositif mobile de broyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que
le pivot principal (24) et le dispositif de fixation de l'engrenage (26) se situent au niveau des zones d'extrémité du châssis (8). - Procédé pour transporter un dispositif mobile de broyage comprenant un mécanisme de roulement à chenille (1), un châssis (8) porté par le mécanisme de roulement à chenille (1), comportant un outil de broyage motorisé, par exemple sous forme de plaques de broyage (10) disposées essentiellement à la verticale, par paires, en oscillation les unes par rapport aux autres, et au moins un groupe d'entraînement (11) pour l'outil de broyage, et comprenant un convoyeur à bande (12) pour évacuer le matériau broyé, dispositif dans lequel l'ensemble du châssis (8), avec les groupes qu'il porte, est fixé au mécanisme de roulement à chenille (1) de manière pivotante autour d'un axe de pivotement (15) horizontal situé parallèlement aux essieux des roues du mécanisme de roulement à chenille (1), par l'intermédiaire d'une unité piston/cylindre (16), procédé selon lequel
dans une première étape on fait légèrement sortir un vérin (16) par rapport à la position de base complètement rentrée, ce qui provoque la descente du dispositif de fixation d'un engrenage (26) de préférence sous forme de pattes de paliers (21) prévu du côté du châssis situé à l'opposé du vérin (16) par rapport au mécanisme de roulement à chenille (1), et une liaison d'un engrenage (26) avec ce dispositif,
on fait sortir plus loin le vérin (16) dans une étape suivante, ce qui provoque simultanément une montée de l'élément du mécanisme de roulement à chenille (1) voisin de l'engrenage (26) et une montée d'un pivot principal (24) d'une sellette d'attelage disposé sur le châssis (8) du même côté que le vérin (16) par rapport au mécanisme de roulement à chenille (1), et
on amène dans une étape suivante un tracteur routier (3) sous le pivot principal (24) et on fait rentrer le vérin (16), le mécanisme de roulement à chenille (1) se soulevant alors complètement du sol.
