Claims (8)
- Dispositif de brodage de cordelette pour une machine à broder, avec un donneur de fil qui est couplé au mouvement ascendant et descendant de l'aiguille et qui présente un anneau pour la cordelette, et avec deux guides de cordelette disposés dans la zone de déplacement de l'anneau, caractérisé en ce que les guides de cordelette (11, 12) présentent des mécanismes antiretour, un mécanisme antiretour empêchant le retour de la cordelette d'un pied à broder (6) au donneur de fil (7) et un autre mécanisme antiretour empêchant le retour de la cordelette du donneur de fil (7) à une réserve de cordelette.
- Dispositif de brodage de cordelette selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les guides de cordelette sont réalisés sous la forme de rouleaux (11, 12) avec des mécanismes antiretour associés, et en ce que les rouleaux (11, 12) sont disposés de part et d'autre de la trajectoire de déplacement de l'anneau (8) sur le donneur de fil (7).
- Dispositif de brodage de cordelette selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux (11, 12) sont disposés à la même hauteur.
- Dispositif de brodage de cordelette selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux (11, 12) sont disposés individuellement ou conjointement réglables en hauteur.
- Dispositif de brodage de cordelette selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux (11, 12) sont disposés dans un plan situé en dessous du milieu de la course de l'anneau (8) du donneur de fil (7).
- Dispositif de brodage de cordelette selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la surface des rouleaux (11, 12) est configurée ou revêtue de telle sorte qu'un coefficient de friction élevé est présent entre les rouleaux (11, 12) et la cordelette (14).
- Dispositif de brodage de cordelette selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux (11, 12) présentent des couronnes périphériques (13) de part et d'autre de leur surface circonférentielle.
- Dispositif de brodage de cordelette selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les guides de cordelette sont réalisés sous la forme d'anneaux, auxquels sont respectivement associés des moyens antiretour.
