Außerdem ist das Bedienungsaggregat 25 mit einem Menüwählschalter 34 und mit einem Eingabeschalter 35 versehen. Mit dem Menüwählschalter 34 wird jeweils das angewählte Menü aktiviert. Mit dem Eingabeschalter 35 werden die jeweils mit dem Bedienungsorgan 33 eingestellten Parameter bestätigt. Das Bedienungsaggregat 25 ist zudem mit einem Disketten- oder Kassetten laufwerk 36 versehen, mit dem es möglich ist, auf Disketten oder Kassetten geschriebene Programme einzulesen.
Mit der Änderung der Streubreite von beispielsweise 6 m auf 4 m ändert sich automatisch auch die Anzeige der Streubildposition in der untersten Zeile des Bildschirms 25. In diesem Fall würde diese dann lauten: 3 m links von der Längsmittelachse 9 und 1 m rechts von der Längsmittelachse. Das bedeutet dann für den Fahrer, daß er eine entsprechende Verstellung des Streuorgans 7 durch Verkleinerung des winkels α vornehmen muß und zwar so weit, bis auf beiden Seiten der auch im Bildschirm sichtbaren Längsmittelachse 9 "2 m" erscheinen. Der Fahrer weiß dann, daß nur die rechte Straßenhälfte 17 bestreut wird, wenn er seine Fahrt in der Mitte dieser rechten Straßenhälfte fortsetzt. Die Streumenge läßt sich in analoger Weise auf andere Werte einstellen.
Claims (5)
- Winterdienst-Streugerät, das fahrbar oder auf ein Streufahrzeug (1) aufgesetzt ist, bei dem das Streugut mittels eines hydromotorisch fahrgeschwindigkeitsproportional angetriebenen Endlosförderers (11) in dosierbaren Mengen einem hydromotorisch angetriebenen, um eine im wesentlichen vertikale Achse rotierenden und auf unterschiedliche Drehzahlen und somit Streubreiten einstellbaren Streuorgan (7) zugeführt wird, das in bezug auf die Längsmittelachse des Streugerätes und/oder des Streufahrzeugs (1) quer zur Fahrtrichtung durch einen fernbedienbaren Verstellantrieb verstellbar ist und dessen Arbeitsstellung durch einen Streubildanzeiger angezeigt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Streubildanzeige durch eine elektronische Anzeigevorrichtung in der Weise erfolgt, daß neben oder anstelle der eingestellten Streubreite jeweils die tatsächliche Streubildposition in Form der Streubreiten quer zur Längsmittelachse (9) des Streufahrzeuges (1) bzw. des Streugerätes (3) der beiden rechts und links der Längsmittelachse (9) des Streufahrzeugs (1) bzw. des Streugerätes (3) liegenden Streubildabschnitte (15/1, 15/2) in Metern sowie die Streudichte und die jeweils befahrene Straße angezeigt werden,wobei zum Einstellen der veränderbaren Parameter - Streubreite, Streudichte und Streubildposition - eines Streuvorgangs ein von einem Steuerungsprozessor (26) beaufschlagter Regelungsprozessor vorgesehen ist, der individuell ein dem Hydraulikmotor (30) des Streuorgans (7) vorgeschaltetes Proportionalventil (29), ein dem Hydraulikmotor (12) des Endlosförderers (11) vorgeschaltetes Proportionalventil (31) und den Verstellantrieb (22) des Streuorgans (7) entsprechend einer Programmvorgabe einstellt; wobei für dieses Programmvorgabe das Bedienungsaggregat (25) mit einem Disketten- oder kassettenlaufwerk (36) versehen ist, über welches die Parameter der Programmvorgabe von einem Programmträger eingelesen werden können. - Winterdienst-Streugerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breiten der beiden rechts und links der Längsmittelachse liegenden Streubildabschnitte (15/1, 15/2) von einer elektronischen Rechnereinheit (Mikroprozessor) aus dem jeweiis eingestellten Wert der Streubreite und aus einem die jeweilige Arbeitsposition (Winkel α) des Streuorgans (7) wiedergebenden Positionssignal eines Positionsgebers (23) am Streuorgan (7) errechnet und zur Anzeige gebracht werden.
- Winterdienst-Streugerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streubildanzeige in einer Zeile eines Bildschirms (28) in der Weise erfolgt, daß auf beiden Seiten einer die Längsmittelachse (9) des Streufahrzeugs (1) symbolisierenden Mittellinie die Breiten er beiden rechts und links der Längsmittelachse (9) liegenden Streubildabschnitte (15/1, 15/2) in Metern angegeben werden.
- Winterdienst-Streugerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bedienungsaggregat (25) mehrere von einem einzigen Bedienungsorgan (33) wahlweise betätigbare Verstellschalter, einen Menuewählschalter (34) und einen Eingabeschalter (35) aufweist.
- Winterdienst-Streugerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerungsprozessor (26) das jeweils angewählte Programmierungs-Menue auf dem Bildschirm (26) zur Anzeige bringt.
