Abstract

On munit une machine à carder, ayant un tambour rotatif (1) ainsi q'un briseur (2) qui alimente ledit tambour en fibres, d'un dispositif permettant d'enlever les impuretés dans un matériau composite. Ledit dispositif présente une première lame de couteau (20), placée entre le briseur et un élément de cardage (21), une seconde lame de couteau (34), montée derrière ledit élément de cardage (21) et des plaques de pression (14) se trouvant devant la lame de couteau. La première lame de couteau forme avec l'élément de cardage (21) qui la suit une première unité de structure (29) qui est montée juste derrière le briseur, tandis que la seconde lame de couteau ainsi que toutes les lames suivantes (34) forme(nt) également avec un élément de cardage suivant (35) une deuxième unité de structure. Toutes les unités de structure sont recouvertes par un seul et même logement d'aspiration commun (40).
