Definitions
- the innovation relates to a support device for installations in shelves, in particular for flow frames in flow racks, consisting of hanging brackets, which are provided on the back with a group of latching hooks, and shelf posts with hanging openings for the releasable reception of the latching hooks of the hanging brackets, with the hanging brackets attached their back each carry a support pad for the internals near the ends facing away from each other, and all snap hooks are designed as approximately T-shaped double snap hooks, so that each of the support pads can be brought relative to the shelf posts either in upward operative position.
- each suspension bracket consists of a component which is approximately U-shaped in cross section and which is designed symmetrically overall to a transverse center plane, although on the back on the one U- Leg only one T-shaped double latch hook sits, while the other U-leg is provided with two T-shaped double latch hooks.
- This configuration of the mounting brackets is used because the shelf posts are provided with two parallel rows of mounting openings, which have a longitudinal offset position corresponding to one another half the pitch between two mounting openings, with which each mounting bracket can be brought into releasable holding engagement simultaneously via all of its double latching hooks.
- the support supports for the internals formed on both sides of the plane of symmetry of a suspension bracket on the rear side of its U-leg have a corresponding distance from the transverse symmetry plane, so that it is possible to turn the suspension bracket in its plane of action by 180 o relative to the shelf posts to offset the height of the suspension brackets make the shelf posts, where the effective height of their support pad differs only by half a pitch of the hanging openings.
- a disadvantage of this known carrier device is that the mounting brackets require a large amount of material because of their U-shaped cross-sectional shape and are therefore also relatively expensive to manufacture.
- the innovation aims on the one hand to further develop a generic carrier device in such a way that a height-offset installation position of the support support located on the hanging brackets can already be achieved for the internals in that the hanging bracket is relative to one and the same hanging openings on the shelf posts with the aid of their approximately T- shaped double latching hooks are only locked in two installation positions turned by 180 o to each other.
- the innovation solves this problem simply in that the double latch hook group is arranged asymmetrically offset on the hanging brackets relative to the two support pads.
- the height offset of the support on the suspension brackets can only be determined by the extent of the asymmetry, without having to be implemented in other suspension holes of the shelf posts.
- the distances between the two support supports on the mounting brackets from the plane of symmetry of the double latching hook group are in a ratio of about 1: 1.5, so that the extent of the possible height offset is not solely dependent on the spacing between successive ones Hanging openings in the shelf post is dependent.
- the longitudinal offset between the hanging openings of the two rows can be provided in such a way that it corresponds to only a fraction of a pitch between two hanging openings located in the same row.
- This offset position should preferably not correspond to half a pitch, but rather to an even smaller fraction thereof, for example a quarter of a pitch.
- a further development of the carrier device that is essential for innovation is also seen in the fact that there is a cross connection between adjacent hanging openings of the two rows parallel to one another, in such a way that the neighboring hanging openings merge into one another.
- two adjacent hanging openings with their cross connection can have an approximately r-shaped outline shape, in such a way that the length of the long r leg is adapted to the cross-sectional dimensions of a double locking hook in the region of its head piece, that the cross connection in its passage height exceeds the cross-sectional height of a double hook in the area of its shaft, and that the short r-leg in turn has dimensions which are below the cross-sectional height of a double hook in the area of its head piece, but are larger than its dimensions in the area of the double hook shaft.
- This new design has the advantage that the individual hanging brackets can be implemented after their coupling with the hanging openings of the shelf posts in two different heights without the need to completely disengage from the hanging openings used.
- each double hook group of a hanging bracket consists of only two double hooks.
- the hanging brackets can be formed from a flat sheet metal stamped part. To achieve increased stability, however, provision can also be made after the innovation for the hanging brackets to have a zigzag-shaped offset in the distance between the two double latching hooks transversely to their plane, which then leads to a greater support width on the shelf posts.
- a shelf post 1 to 3 of the drawing show a shelf post 1, for example designed as a sheet metal profile, which has a longitudinal gap 3 on one longitudinal side with a longitudinal gap 3 delimited, for example, by outward directed end flanges 2.
- control post 1 In the wall 4 facing away from the longitudinal gap 3, the control post 1 is provided with two parallel rows of suspension openings 5, which can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 3 of the drawing.
- each of the two further walls 6 of the shelf post 1 there are hanging openings 7 in a row, the arrangement and design of these hanging openings 7 being shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 of the drawing.
- each individual suspension opening 7 has an approximately R-shaped outline.
- Each individual suspension opening 7 thus has, as it were, a left, long r-leg 8, a right, short r-leg 9 and an upper cross connection 10 between the two r-legs 8 and 9.
- the r-leg 8 has an opening width 11
- the r-leg 9 has an opening width 12
- these opening widths 11 and 12 being adjacent to one another at a distance 13 which is broken through at the top by the transverse connection 10.
- the r-leg 8 is provided with a cross-sectional height 14, while the r-leg 9 has a lower cross-sectional height 15.
- the passage height 16 of the cross connection 10 between the two r-legs 8 and 9 again falls below the cross-sectional height 15 of the r-leg 9, so that an upwardly directed nose 17 remains between this and the r-leg 8.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 of the drawing An essential component of a carrier device for internals in shelves are also hanging brackets 18, the simplest design of which can be seen in FIGS. 4 and 5 of the drawing.
- the hanging brackets 18 can consist of a flat sheet-metal stamped part which on the back bears a group of double latching hooks 19, for example two double latching hooks, each of which has an approximately T-shaped outline shape.
- the T shape is determined in each case by a head piece 20 and by a shaft 21, as can be clearly seen in FIG. 5.
- each suspension bracket 18 is also equipped on the back with two support supports 22 and 23, which can be used as supports for the internals to be introduced into the shelves.
- Each support pad 22 or 23 is still overlapped finger-like by an extension 24 or 25.
- the essential design criterion of the hanging brackets 18 is that the group of double latching hooks has an asymmetrically offset arrangement relative to the two support supports 22 and 23, as can be clearly seen in FIG. 5 of the drawing.
- the two double latch hooks 19 of the double latch hook group have a pitch 25 from each other which is dimensioned much smaller than the distance 26 between the two support pads 22 and 23.
- the plane of symmetry to the group of double latching hooks 19 lies on line 27, while the plane of symmetry between the two support supports 22 and 23 coincides with line 28.
- the distance 29 between the two lines 27 and 28 determines the asymmetry between the group of double latching hooks 19 and the two support pads 22 and 23.
- a design of the hanging brackets 18 is preferred, in which the distances 30 and 31 of the two support supports 22 and 23 from the plane of symmetry 27 of the double hook group are in a ratio of, for example, 1: 1.5.
- the one row of hanging openings is in each case determined by the long r-leg 8 and the other row of hanging openings is determined by the short r-leg 9 of each hanging opening 7.
- the opening width 11 and cross-sectional height 14 of the long r-leg 8 are dimensioned somewhat larger than the cross-sectional shape of the head pieces 20 of a double latching hook 19 on the hanging brackets 18.
- the opening width 12 of the short r-leg 9 is also dimensioned larger than the cross-sectional thickness of a double latching hook 19 in the area of its head piece 20 and its shaft 21.
- the cross-sectional height 15 of the short r-leg 9 falls below the cross-sectional height of a double locking hook 19 in the area of its head piece 20, it is larger than the cross-sectional height of such a double locking hook 19 in the area of its shaft 21.
- passage height 16 of the cross connection in the suspension openings 7 is dimensioned somewhat larger than the cross-sectional height of a double latching hook 19 in the region of its shaft 21.
- the coupling of the hanging brackets 18 with their double latching hooks 19 into the hanging openings 7 of the shelf posts 1 takes place in the area of the long r-leg 8 of the latter, because only there is enough passage space for the head pieces 20 of the double latching hooks 19.
- the hooking of the hanging brackets 18 with the shelf posts 1 can either in Area of the long r-legs 8 or in the area of the short r-legs 9 can be effected, as can be seen in the left representation of FIG. 8.
- the anchoring of the hanging brackets 18 on the shelf post 1 is thus possible via the double latching hooks 19 at two different heights without having to change the hanging openings 7 used in each case. Between the two different hanging positions of the hanging bracket 18 in one and the same hanging openings 7 there is the height difference 33, which is indicated several times in FIG. 8.
- the hanging brackets 18 With one and the same installation position of the hanging brackets 18, they can be brought into two different heights with their support support 22 turned upwards relative to the shelf post 1.
- 180 o-turned mounting position of the hanging bracket 18 can be, instead of the support bracket 22, if required, the bearing support to bring 23 in operative position, with the result that by 23 possible two additional settings for the height position of the support pads, as apparent from Fig 8 of the drawing is recognizable.
- mounting brackets 18 While in most cases it is sufficient to use mounting brackets 18 as supports for the installations 34 on the shelf posts 1, which are made of a flat sheet-metal stamped part, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 , it may prove expedient - in particular for reasons of stability - to use mounting brackets 18 of the type shown in FIGS. 6 and 7.
- the hanging bracket 18 according to FIGS. 6 and 7 is equipped in the distance region between the two double latching hooks 19 with zigzag-shaped cranks 35 directed transversely to their plane, each of which is in turn stabilized by a molded-in bead 36.
- the support base for the hanging bracket 18 against the wall 6 of the shelf post 1 is considerably widened in a simple manner and thus counteracts an undesired tilting of the mounting position for the hanging bracket relative to the shelf post 1.
- the roughly r-shaped suspension openings 7 extend in an even distribution over the entire length of the shelf posts 1, it is possible to couple the suspension brackets 18 over the entire length of the posts with a finely varied height by the double latching hooks 19 and thereby their support supports 22 and 23 into a number of active layers that is three times larger than the number of hook-in openings 7.
