Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif pour la mise en marche et hors service et le réglage de rouleaux toucheurs dans des unités d'encrage et de mouillage, sur des cylindres porte-clichés, en particulier dans des imprimantes offset, comportant des cames de commande montées sur un collet central d'un palier excentrique du cylindre porte-clichés et des éléments pour l'appui des rouleaux toucheurs sur les cames de commande, les cames de commande pouvant être déplacées sur la périphérie du collet central au moyen d'un organe de positionnement,
    caractérisé en ce que les cames de commande (10,11,12,13) sont agencées, axialement au cylindre porte-clichés (1), parallèlement les unes par rapport aux autres, dans une fixation commune (16), et peuvent être réglées réciproquement, les cames de commande reposant ensemble contre un élément de guidage (25), en ce que l'élément de guidage (25) est relié, de façon à pouvoir être réglé, à la fixation (16), et en ce que l'organe de positionnement (18) est relié à la fixation (16).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que la fixation, en tant que boîtier (16) en forme d'arc de cercle, et les cames de commande, en tant que disques à came (10,11,12,13) en forme d'arc de cercle, sont agencées parallèlement les unes par rapport aux autres, à l'intérieur du boîtier, en ce que, parallèlement aux disques à came (10,11,12,13), un segment de guidage (25) en forme d'arc de cercle est prévu et est également agencé à l'intérieur du boîtier (16), en ce que les disques à came (10,11,12,13) sont reliés au segment de guidage (25), de façon à pouvoir être individuellement réglés, et en ce que le segment de guidage (25) est relié, de façon à pouvoir être réglé, au boîtier (16).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que les disques à came (10,11,12,13) sont articulés par l'intermédiaire de broches de réglage (20,21, 22,23) à un élément de couplage (26) qui est relié, de façon rigide, à un segment de guidage (25).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que le segment de guidage (25) est relié à une broche de réglage (24) qui est articulée sur le boîtier (16).
  5. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2,
    caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux toucheurs (2,3,4,5) s'appuient sur les disques à came (10,11,12,13) par des galets (6,7,8,9), et en ce que, dans la partie supérieure du boîtier (16), des évidements (34,35,36,37) décalés, à cet effet, dans les directions périphérique et axiale sont prévus, évidements qui libèrent, à chaque fois, au moins la partie du disque à came (10,11,12,13) associée à un galet (6,7,8,9).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que les disques à came (10,11,12,13) présentent des surfaces de guidage (27,28) sur les faces internes et externes, en ce que les cames de commande sont constituées, à chaque fois, d'une came d'arrêt (30) et d'une came de réglage (29) s'étendant linéairement, et en ce que les disques à came (10,11,12,13) sont munis, en direction axiale, au moins d'un côté, de surfaces de guidage.
  7. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2,
    caractérisé en ce que l'organe de positionnement (18) est réalisé en tant que commande à manivelle avec une languette (19), la languette (19) reliant la manivelle au boîtier (16) du côté opposé au côté de service.
  8. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2,
    caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (16) est protégé sur le collet central (17) uniquement par des bagues axiales (38) de sécurité.
