Claims (10)

1. Dispositif de réglage et de serrage pour des dispositifs de lissages (5) sur un tambour d'accumulation d'une machine imprimante offset à feuilles pour l'impression, au choix, au recto ou à rétiration, dans lequel les dispositifs de lissage (5) sont montés pivotants sur l'arbre (4) du tambour d'accumulation, par l'intermédiaire d'éléments de support (6), et, par rapport à l'enveloppe (1) du tambour d'accumulation, peuvent être desserrés, réglés à l'aide de moyens de réglage agencés de façon centrale, et serrés par des éléments de serrage (15), et, dans l'arbre creux (4) du tambour d'accumulation, étant monté, de façon rotative, au moins un second arbre creux (11), qui est muni, à une extrémité, d'un élément de manoeuvre (21) et, à la périphérie, de cames de serrage (14), de sorte que les éléments de serrage (15) s'appuient entre les cames de serrage (14) et les éléments de support (6) et, à l'intérieur du second arbre (11), étant monté, de façon rotative, un troisième arbre en tant qu'arbre de réglage (16), qui, à une extrémité, porte un élément de manoeuvre (23) et, à l'autre extrémité est muni d'une roue dentée (18), qui fait partie d'un engrenage planétaire (18, 19, 20), lequel sert au pivotement des dispositifs de lissage (5), caractérisé en ce que le second arbre creux (11) est en une pièce, en ce que les cames de serrage (14) se déplacent, en direction périphérique, en tant que cames de commande et sont munies d'une encoche, en ce que les éléments de manoeuvre sur le second arbre creux (11) et l'arbre de réglage (16) sont des six pans creux (21, 23), en ce que le six pans creux (21) pour tourner le second arbre creux (11) est coaxial au six pans creux (23) pour tourner l'arbre de réglage (16) et est situé devant, par rapport au côté de manoeuvre, et en ce que les éléments de manoeuvre sont munis d'une sécurité (25, 27).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de serrage (15) sont constitués d'une pièce de pression (46) en forme de champignon, dont le dessus présente un rayon correspondant à celui de l'arbre creux (4) et dans la partie inférieure de laquelle est prévu un perçage, d'un paquet de ressorts à disques (45), d'un élément de palier (44) et d'un boulon (40) portant un galet d'appui (42), le boulon (40) avec le galet d'appui (42) étant prévu dans l'élément de palier (44), et l'élément de palier (44), en même temps que le paquet de ressorts à disques (45), étant prévu dans le perçage de la pièce de pression (46), de sorte que le galet d'appui (42) et le dessus de la pièce de pression (46) forment des surfaces d'action de la force créée par le paquet de ressorts à disques (45).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, en tant que galets d'appui (42), sont utilisés des organes de roulement.
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, entre l'arbre creux (4) et les éléments de support (6) du dispositif de lissage (5), sont agencées des bagues intermédiaires.
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les bagues intermédiaires sont réalisées sous forme de douilles à expansion (35), celles-ci étant munies, d'un côté, d'une attache (36) et, à la partie amincie, de fentes (38) orientées axialement.

Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'engrenage planétaire est constitué de la roue dentée (18) sur l'arbre de réglage (16), en tant que roue centrale, d'une roue dentée intermédiaire (19), en tant que roue planétaire, et d'un segment de couronne dentée (20) en tant que roue à denture intérieure, l'arbre creux (4) formant l'âme de l'engrenage planétaire, qui, lors du processus de réglage, est fixe.
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la roue dentée (18) est fixée à l'extrémité de l'arbre de réglage et est montée, de façon rotative, à l'intérieur de l'arbre creux (4), par l'intermédiaire de l'arbre de réglage (16), en ce que la roue dentée intermédiaire (19) est agencée dans une ouverture (41) de l'arbre creux (4), le boulon (40) de la roue dentée intermédiaire (19) est fixé à l'arbre creux (4) et le segment de couronne dentée (20) est fixé à un élément de support (6) du dispositif de lissage (5).
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre de réglage (16), du côté de manoeuvre, est monté, de façon rotative, dans le second arbre creux (11), avec une bague de palier, en ce que, sur la bague de palier (22), est fixé un indicateur (24), et en ce qu'un cadran (41) est relié à l'arbre creux (4) coaxialement à la bague de palier de l'arbre de réglage (16), la graduation présentant une longueur élargie.
9. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 8, caractérisé en ce que le six pans creux (23) pour tourner l'arbre de réglage (16) est relié à la bague de palier (22), et le six pans creux (21) pour tourner le second arbre creux (11) est agencé dans un organe de liaison, en tant que prolongement coudé (13) du second arbre creux (11).
10. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 9, caractérisé en ce que, en tant, que sécurité, dans l'arbre de réglage (16), une broche d'éjection (25) est prévue, de sorte qu'un même outil pour les deux six pans creux (21, 23) ne peut être introduit que contre la force du ressort (27) maintenant la broche (25).
