Außerdem ist eine Bohrung 31 vorgesehen, in der die Stellspindel 20 gelagert wird.
Zur Funktionsverbesserung ist seitlich jeweils eine Schmiertasche und am äußeren Umfang eine Ausnehmung vorhanden. Letztere soll verhindern, daß beim Anstellen die Achse eine benachbarten Kurvenrolle auf der nicht beteiligten Kurvenscheibe aufsetzt. Dies ist auch in Figur 2 erkennbar. Die Kurvenscheiben 10, 11, 12, 13 werden von Sicherungsringen 38 in axialer Richtung direkt von dem zentrischen Bund 17 aus gemeinsam mit dem Gehäuse 16 gesichert.
In Figure 3, a cam 10 is shown in detail. The cam disc 10 contains on the inside and outside guide surfaces 27, 28 with which it is guided inside the housing 16. On the outside there are also curves 29, 30 which serve for starting and stopping as well as adjusting the application rollers. All cams 10, 11, 12, 13 have the same slope of this pitch curve, so at common employment changes a same change is generated for all application rollers 2, 3, 4, 5. In addition, a bore 31 is provided in which the adjusting spindle 20 is mounted.
To improve functionality, there is a lubrication pocket on each side and a recess on the outer circumference. The latter is intended to prevent the axis from placing an adjacent cam roller on the cam disc not involved when it is turned on. This can also be seen in FIG. 2. The cams 10, 11, 12, 13 are secured by retaining rings 38 in the axial direction directly from the central collar 17 together with the housing 16.

In Figur 4 ist die Koppelung der Kurvenscheiben 10, 11, 12, 13 dargestellt, wobei hier nocheinmal das Koppelelement 26 zu sehen ist, das auf dem Führungssegment 25 angeordnet wird. Das Koppelelement 26 ist dort fest verstiftet und weist Ausnehmungen auf, in die die Stellspindeln 20, 21, 22, 23 eingehängt werden. Diese sind wiederum an den Kurvenscheiben 10, 11, 12, 13 angelenkt. Die Anlenkung soll möglichst spielfrei sein und kann über drehbeweglich in der Bohrung 31 gelagerte Koppelscheiben 39 erfolgen. An dem Führungssegment 25 ist eine weitere schwenkbar gelagerte Koppelscheibe 40 vorgesehen, mit der die Stellspindel 24 verbunden wird. Diese ist wiederum an einem Zapfen 33 am Fortsatz 16.1 des Gehäuses 16 angelenkt. Damit können Koppelelement 26, Führungssegment 25 und alle Kurvenscheiben 10, 11, 12, 13 gemeinsam mittels der Stellspindel 24 gegenüber dem Fortsatz 16.1 und damit auch gegenüber dem Gehäuse 16 verschoben werden.The coupling of the cam disks 10, 11, 12, 13 is shown in FIG. 4, the coupling element 26, which is arranged on the guide segment 25, being shown again here. Dazu ist hier eine Draufsicht auf das Gehäuse 16 dargestellt. Es wird deutlich, daß in Umfangsrichtung zum Formzylinder 1 und axial nebeneinanderliegend die Einstellzonen der verschiedenen Auftragwalzen 10, 11, 12, 13 angeordnet sind. Das zeigt sich in Ausnehmungen 34, 35, 36, 37, die stufenartig in der Oberseite des Gehäuses 16 angebracht sind. Durch diese Ausnehmungen greifen die Kurvenrollen 6, 7, 8, 9 der Auftragwalzenlager zur Abstützung auf den Kurvenscheiben 10, 11, 12, 13. Die Ausnehmungen 34, 35, 36, 37 sind jeweils breiter als nur eine Scheibenbreite. Damit können die Kurvenrollen 6, 7, 8, 9, die strichliert dargestellt sind, mit ihren Achsen ungehindert in in die Ausnehmungen 34, 35, 36, 37 eintauchen, wenn die Auftragwalzen 2, 3, 4, 5 an- oder eingestellt werden.The arrangement of the cam rollers 6, 7, 8, 9 assigned to the application rollers 2, 3, 4, 5 with respect to the cam disks 10, 11, 12, 13 is shown again in FIG. Claims (8)

  1. Device for throwing on and off and adjusting applicator rollers in inking and damping units relative to forme cylinders, particularly in offset printing presses, with control cams seated on a central collar of an eccentric bearing of the forme cylinder and means for supporting the applicator rollers on the control cams, wherein the control cams can be displaced around the periphery of the central collar by means of an adjustment drive, characterised in that the control cams (10, 11, 12, 13) are arranged axially relative to the forme cylinder (1) parallel to one another in a common mounting (16) and are connected adjustably one with another, wherein they are supported together on a guide element (25), that the guide element (25) is adjustably connected with the mounting (16) and that the adjusting drive (18) is connected with the mounting (16).
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the mounting is arranged as a circularly arcuately shaped housing (16) and the control cams as circular arc shaped cam discs (10, 11, 12, 13) parallel to one another within the housing, that parallel to the cam discs (10, 11, 12, 13) there is provided a circular arcuately shaped guide segment (25) and likewise arranged within the housing, that the cam discs (10, 11, 12, 13) are individually adjustably connected with the guide segment (25) and that the guide segment (25) is adjustably connected with the housing (16).
  3. Device according to Claim 2, characterised in that the cam discs (10, 11, 12 13) are linked with adjusting spindles (20, 21, 22, 23) to a coupling element (26) which is connected rigidly with the guide segment (25).
  4. Device according to Claim 2, characterised in that the guide segment (25) is connected with an adjusting spindle (24) which is pivoted to the housing (16).
  5. Device according to Claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the applicator rolls (2, 3, 4, 5) are supported by cam rolls (6, 7, 8, 9) on the cam discs (10, 11, 12, 13) and that in the upper side of the housing (16) for this purpose offset in the peripheral and axial directions cutouts (34, 35, 36, 37) are provided which, in each case, free at least the part of the cam discs (10, 11, 12, 13) belonging to a cam roll (6, 7, 8, 9).
  6. Device according to Claim 2, characterised in that the cam discs (10, 11, 12, 13) have on the inner and outer sides guide surfaces (27, 28), that the control cams consist in each case of a throw-off cam (30) and a linearly running throw-on cam (29) and that the cam discs (10, 11, 12, 13) are provided on at least one side in the axial direction with guide surfaces.
  7. Device according to Claim 1 and 2, characterised in that the adjusting drive (18) is constructed as a crank drive with a link (19) wherein the link (19) connects the crank with the housing (16) on the side turned away from the operative.
  8. Device according to Claim 1 and 2, characterised in that the housing (16) is secured on the central collar (17) only by axial safety rings (38).
