Claims (11)
- Groupe d'impression (1) d'une presse à imprimer,- qui comporte au moins un cylindre presseur (7), qui possède une enveloppe (22) qui, en cours de service du cylindre presseur (7), est fixée sur un arbre (20) de celui-ci au moyen de deux tourillons (26) du côté extrémité,- dans lequel (1), en vue de remplacer l'enveloppe (22) du cylindre presseur, au moins l'un des deux tourillons (26) de l'arbre (20) du cylindre presseur peut être dégagé, et- lequel (1) comporte des moyens de retenue (25, 27, 28) destinés à maintenir ledit au moins un cylindre presseur (7) dans au moins une position de remplacement de l'enveloppe (22) du cylindre presseur,
caractérisé- en ce que les moyens de retenue (25, 27, 28), destinés à maintenir le cylindre presseur (7) dans une position de remplacement, sont conçus de telle sorte qu'ils maintiennent le cylindre presseur (7) dans une position dans laquelle l'arbre (20) du cylindre presseur est incliné dans le sens opposé à la force de gravité, et- en ce que les moyens de retenue (25, 27, 28), destinés à maintenir le cylindre presseur (7) dans une position de remplacement, comportent une butée (27), qui limite l'angle d'inclinaison de l'arbre (20) du cylindre presseur. - Groupe d'impression selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de retenue (25, 27, 28), destinés à maintenir le cylindre presseur (7) dans une position de remplacement, sont aptes à maintenir le cylindre presseur (7) dans au moins deux positions différentes, dans lesquelles l'arbre (22) du cylindre presseur est incliné dans le sens opposé à la force de gravité.
- Groupe d'impression selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé- en ce que les moyens de retenue (25, 27, 28), destinés à maintenir le cylindre presseur (7) dans une position de remplacement, sont aptes à maintenir le cylindre presseur (7) dans au moins deux positions différentes, dans lesquelles l'arbre (20) du cylindre presseur est incliné dans le sens opposé à la force de gravité,- sachant que l'angle d'inclinaison dans le sens opposé à la force de gravité possède dans la première position un signe différent de celui dans la deuxième position.
- Groupe d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de retenue (25, 27, 28) destinés à maintenir le cylindre presseur (7) dans une position de remplacement,- comportent un palier (25),- sur lequel (25) l'arbre (20) du cylindre presseur est articulé ou monté avec son deuxième tourillon (26), et- avec lequel (25), l'inclinaison de l'arbre (20) peut être effectuée- de telle sorte que la position verticale du premier tourillon de l'arbre (20) du cylindre presseur peut être modifiée.
- Groupe d'impression (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de retenue (25, 27, 28), destinés à maintenir le cylindre presseur (7) dans une position de remplacement, entrent en contact avec l'arbre (20) du cylindre presseur.
- Groupe d'impression (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de retenue (25, 27, 28), destinés à maintenir le cylindre presseur (7) dans une position de remplacement, entrent en contact avec l'arbre (20) du cylindre presseur entre le deuxième tourillon (26) et la position de travail de l'enveloppe (22) du cylindre presseur.
- Groupe d'impression (1) d'une presse à imprimer selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre (20) du cylindre presseur peut être sollicité par un dispositif de levage et d'abaissement (14) avec une force qui induit l'inclinaison de l'arbre (20) du cylindre presseur.
- Groupe d'impression (1) d'une presse à imprimer selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre (20) du cylindre presseur et le dispositif de levage et d'abaissement (14) sont disposés l'un par rapport à l'autre dans le groupe d'impression (1), de telle sorte que la force qui induit l'inclinaison de l'arbre (20) du cylindre presseur, entre en contact dans la zone d'extrémité de l'arbre (20), dans laquelle se situe le premier tourillon.
- Groupe d'impression (1) d'une presse à imprimer selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de levage et d'abaissement (14) est un mécanisme à levier (16, 17, 18, 19) actionné par voie pneumatique.
- Groupe d'impression (1) d'une presse à imprimer selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de retenue (28), par lequel est maintenu le deuxième tourillon (26) de l'arbre (20) du cylindre presseur, et le dispositif de levage et d'abaissement (14), par lequel le premier tourillon (26) peut être relevé et abaissé, sont reliés chacun à au moins une plaque de support (9), lesquelles peuvent être déplacées en translation par rapport aux bâtis latéraux (2) du cadre du groupe d'impression.
- Procédé de remplacement d'une enveloppe (22) d'un cylindre presseur (7), emmanchée sur un arbre (20) du cylindre presseur, dans un groupe d'impression (1) d'une presse à imprimer, le premier tourillon de l'arbre (20) du cylindre presseur étant dégagé pendant que le deuxième tourillon (26) de l'arbre (20) du cylindre presseur est maintenu par des moyens de retenue (25, 27, 28),
caractérisé- en ce que le premier tourillon est abaissé au moyen d'un dispositif de levage et d'abaissement (14),- en ce que le dispositif de levage et d'abaissement (14) peut être séparé du premier tourillon en vue du remplacement de l'enveloppe (22) du cylindre presseur, et- en ce que, pendant le remplacement de l'enveloppe du cylindre presseur, l'arbre (20) du cylindre presseur dans le sens opposé à la force de gravité, et- en ce que l'angle d'inclinaison de l'arbre (20) du cylindre presseur est limité par une butée lorsque le cylindre presseur (7) est situé dans une position de remplacement.
