Abstract

Claims (9)

  1. Agrafe en feuillard et en forme de U pour fermer des sachets et des bandes tubulaires, constituée d'un fond d'agrafe (7) et de deux branches (4) dont les extrémités (6) sont coudées vers l'extérieur, les extrémités des branches formant une réglette de liaison (2) séparable dans une bande (1) non séparée d'agrafes voisines et ayant une largeur de feuillard moindre des deux côtés,
       caractérisée en ce que la diminution de la largeur du feuillard s'étend également respectivement sur un tronçon (3) de la branche (4) qui se raccorde aux extrémités (6) et, dans la région de la largeur de feuillard moindre, les faces latérales (6a, 3a) des extrémités (6) et des tronçons (3) des branches (4) sont approximativement parallèles.
  2. Agrafe de fermeture suivant la revendication 1,
       caractérisée en ce que la largeur du feuillard est diminuée de 5 à 40 % et, de préférence, de 10 à 30 %.
  3. Agrafe de fermeture suivant la revendication 1 ou 2,
       caractérisée en ce que, sur la face inférieure du feuillard, des incisions (11) en forme de U sont ménagées respectivement aux transitions des branches d'agrafes (4) au pontet de liaison (2).
  4. Agrafe de fermeture suivant la revendication 3,
       caractérisée en ce que le pontet de liaison (12) comporte, entre les incisions (11) en forme de U dans la direction longitudinale, une voussure (14 ; 16) concave au milieu de laquelle l'épaisseur du feuillard (section transversale 15) est plus petite que dans la région de l'incision (11) en forme de U.
  5. Agrafe de fermeture suivant la revendication 4,
       caractérisée en ce que la voussure (14) concave est ménagée sur le côté inférieur de le pontet de liaison (2).
  6. Agrafe de fermeture suivant la revendication 4,
       caractérisée en ce que la voussure (16) concave est ménagée sur le côté supérieur de le pontet de liaison.
  7. Dispositif de fermeture de sachets et de bandes tubulaires, au moyen d'agrafes de fermeture en forme de U et en feuillards suivant l'une des revendications précédentes,
       comprenant un poinçon de fermeture (9) et une matrice (8) vers laquelle le poinçon de fermeture est déplacé de façon à recourber l'une vers l'autre les branches (4) d'une agrafe s'appuyant sur la matrice, et à les repousser vers le fond (7) de l'agrafe, la face active du poinçon de fermeture comportant une gorge (10) qui s'étend dans des directions du pourtour de l'agrafe et qui coopère, pendant la fermeture, par complémentarité de formes avec l'agrafe de fermeture,
       caractérisé en ce que la largeur de la gorge (10) correspond à la largeur moindre des extrémités des branches de l'agrafe et sa profondeur est inférieure à l'épaisseur des extrémités des branches (6) coudées vers l'extérieur.
  8. Dispositif suivant la revendication 7,
       caractérisé en ce que la gorge (10) a, dans sa direction longitudinale, une profondeur qui diminue du milieu (31) vers les extrémités.
  9. Dispositif suivant la revendication 7 ou 8,
       caractérisé en ce que les sommets (32) de la section transversale de la gorge sont arrondis.
