Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for producing a connector for filter bags or the like used in vacuuming devices for dust absorption cardboard-like material and a locking slide arranged on the base body between two base body layers and projecting laterally beyond the base body with a handle, which can be moved from an open position leaving the passage opening to the side into a closed position closing the passage opening.
  • Both in household vacuum cleaners and in larger, commercially used vacuum cleaners, filter bags or the like are used to collect the dust that accumulates. used.
  • a suction stream is generated by means of a vacuum cleaner blower, or the like, the dust into a suction channel, suction hose. pulls and from there through the dust inlet opening into the filter bag in question.
  • the dust contained in the sucked-in air is held back by the filter bag wall, while the dust-free air flow penetrates the filter bag wall and is then blown out into the environment. If the filter bag is full, it is removed and can be thrown away.
  • the filter bag is attached to the vacuum cleaner device by means of the connector attached to the filter bag in the region of its inlet opening, in particular by gluing.
  • this connecting piece is suitable for attaching a locking slide. With the help of this slide valve, the inlet opening of the filter bag or the through opening of the connecting piece can be closed when the filter bag is removed from the vacuum cleaner device, so that no dust can escape from the filter bag into the environment again.
  • DE-OS 24 o7 478 also describes a connector of the type mentioned, this connector being formed in two layers with a flexible slide slide band arranged between the two layers.
  • this connector being formed in two layers with a flexible slide slide band arranged between the two layers.
  • the two layers are cut out and glued to one another, the closure slide band being interposed and glued with its one end region, which runs in a folded manner.
  • the present invention is therefore based on the object of providing a method for producing such a connecting piece, with which the connecting piece can be manufactured in a particularly simple and inexpensive manner.
  • the base body is folded from a one-piece folding blank along molded-in predetermined bending lines and the base body layers lying on top of one another after folding are glued to one another and in that the closure slide is at least partially part of the folding blank and is connected to the rest of the folding blank via predetermined tear points, so that the slide gate can be torn off to the side after folding and gluing.
  • the manufacturing effort is significantly reduced.
  • the band-shaped cardboard or cardboard material serves as a means of transport for the folded blanks and the resulting intermediate products and connecting pieces. Furthermore, after folding, the various components lie on one another exactly in the desired position.
  • the locking slide is correctly positioned because it is firmly connected to the base body on the finished connector via the predetermined tear points.
  • the connector can then be attached to the filter bag with the slide valve still stuck.
  • the slide gate only needs to be torn off when you want to remove the filter bag.
  • the closure slide connected to the base body via the predetermined tear points has the further advantage, in particular in the case of sliders containing a flexible closure slide band, that the closure slide is not inadvertently pulled into its closed position before use of the filter bag, from which it hardly moves back in due to its flexible closure slide band would have the open position pushed back.
  • a connection piece 4 is fastened to the outside of the sack wall 2, the connection piece 4 being simply glued onto the sack wall 2 at regular intervals.
  • the vacuuming device for which the filter bag 1 is intended has a suitable holding device for the connector 4, so that the filter bag is held in place on the connector 4 in the vacuuming device.
  • connection piece 4 there is a passage opening 5 corresponding to the dust inlet opening 3 of the filter bag wall 2, so that when the connection piece is fastened to the filter bag there is a passage formed by the passage opening 5 of the connection piece and the inlet opening 3 behind it, through which the inside of the bag is accessible.
  • the connector 4 of the filter bag plug its through opening 5 a short distance onto a device-side connector.
  • the air stream containing the dust which is generated by means of a blower and is supplied via a suction channel or suction hose connected to the device-side connecting piece or other connecting means, inflates the filter bag 1 and passes through the bag wall made of air-permeable material, the dust in the Sack is held back.
  • a closure slide 6 is provided on the connecting piece 4, which can be moved from an open position that leaves the passage opening 5 to the side into a closed position that closes the passage opening 5.
  • the passage opening 5 is located on a base body 7 of the connector 4, which is glued to the filter bag wall 2.
  • the base body 7 consists of cardboard or cardboard-like material and has a flat shape with a multilayer structure.
  • the locking slide 6 is arranged between two base body layers 8, 9 and projects laterally beyond the base body 7 with a handle 10.
  • the closure slide 6 When using the filter bag, the closure slide 6 is in its open position, in which it does not hinder the passage of dust into the filter bag.
  • a passage opening 11 corresponding to the passage opening 5, which is aligned with the passage opening 5 in the open position, can be present on the closure slide 6 when it extends over the main body region of the passage opening 5 in the open position.
  • the closure slide 6 moves in the connector plane running at right angles to the axis line of the holes 3, 5, 11 and thereby pushes with a closed closure part over the passage opening 5 the displacement of the locking slide is guided between the two base body layers 8, 9 in the base body 7.
  • the base body is folded from a one-piece folding blank along molded-in predetermined bending lines and the base body layers lying one on top of the other after the folding are glued to one another and that the closure slide is at least partially part of the folding blank and is connected to the rest of the folding blank via predetermined tear points, so that the slide can be torn away to the side after folding and gluing.
  • predetermined bending lines and predetermined tear points it means that the cutting material here is still partially connected in one piece, but that it can be bent or separated from one another by tearing to the side. This can be achieved by means of appropriate incisions or punchings in the folding blank material.
  • the connecting piece shown in FIGS. 2 to 10 it is a folding blank 12 which can be folded into a two-layer structure, so that the two layers 8, 9 already mentioned are formed.
  • the folding blank 12 has two blanking areas 14, 15, which are separated from one another by the predetermined bending line 16.
  • the basic body layer 8 results from the cutting region 14 and the basic body layer 9 results from the cutting region 15.
  • the folding blank 12 has an elongated shape with a rectangular shape, the predetermined bending line 16 extending across the folding blank in the central region, so that a with reference to the predetermined bending line 16 results in an essentially symmetrical appearance of the two cutting regions 14, 15.
  • a partial passage opening 5 ′ or 5 ′′ is contained, which together result in the passage opening 5.
  • Each of the two cutting regions 14, 15 separated from one another by the predetermined bending line 16 has at its end opposite the predetermined bending line 16, that is to say at the longitudinal end of the folding blank 12, a handle section 1o 'or 1o''which is attached via a predetermined tear line.
  • the two handle sections 1o ', 10'' form the handle 1o when the connector 4 is finished of the slide gate.
  • the slide 6 is formed by the handle 10 and a firmly connected to this slide slide band 19, which contains the through opening 11 and is arranged between the two base body layers 8, 9, while the handle 10 is located laterally next to it.
  • the closure slide band 19 consists of flexible material, in particular of relatively tear-resistant paper or the like. or a tissue.
  • the procedure is such that the closing slide band 19 is folded with one end 19 'to one of the two handle parts, in the exemplary embodiment to the handle part 10', and with its other end 19 '' beyond the predetermined bending line before the folding blank is folded 16 sticks to the inside of the folded blank when folded.
  • the partial passage opening 5 ′′ in the cut area 15 remains free from the closure slide band 19, i.e. the tape end 19 ′′ is glued between this partial opening 5 ′′ and the predetermined bending line 16. If the closure slide band 19 is fastened in this way, the folding blank is folded and the two cut regions 14, 15 are glued to each other on both sides of the closure slide band, with the other handle section simultaneously 1o '' to the tape end 19 'already glued to the handle section 1o'.
  • the folding blank according to FIG. 5 is cut out or punched out. Then you glue the closure slide tape 19 as shown in FIG. 6.
  • the entire cutting area 14, apart from the handle section 10 ′ arranged on the end of it is not glued to the tape 19. Beyond the predetermined bending line 16, the tape 19 remains unglued with the cutting area 15 up to the tape end 19 ′′. If the closure slide band 19 is fastened in this way, the two cut areas 14, 15 are folded together in the manner shown in FIG.
  • the two layers 8, 9 are drawn from each other at a greater distance than the reality, since otherwise the closure slide band could only have been shown more indistinctly.
  • the folding blank 12 has the two matching handle sections 1o 'and 1o' '. In principle, however, only one of these handle sections would suffice, namely the one to which the closure slide band 19 is glued before the folding blank is folded.
  • the folding blank 12 has in the region of the predetermined bending line 16 a window 2o in the form of a rectangular (corresponding to the dimension running in the direction of the predetermined bending line) that corresponds at least to the closure slide band 19 Detail, wherein the two cutting areas 14, 15 are connected to each other on both sides of the window 2o via a connecting web 21, 22.
  • the predetermined bending line 16 is located only on these connecting webs 21, 22. It goes without saying that the end 19 ′′ of the closure slide band is glued to the cutting region 15 between the partial passage opening 5 ′′ and the facing window end.
  • the slide slide band 19 extends in the longitudinal direction of the folded blank over the window 20.
  • the two handle parts 1o ', 10' 'of the two can be gripped by gripping the handle 10 and exerting a pulling force directed to the side in the direction of the arrow 23 the cut-away regions 14, 15 forming the base body layers 8, 9 tear along the predetermined tear lines 17, 18, as a result of which the handle 10 is separated from the base body 7.
  • the closure slide band 19 glued to it is taken along, so that the through opening 11 moves away from the passage opening 5 and the closure slide band is pulled over the passage opening and closes it (FIG. 4).
  • This band movement is made possible by the double layer of the band at the end of the connector opposite the handle.
  • the dimension of the double-layer band area measured in the longitudinal direction of the band is shortened when the band is transferred into the closed position, as can be seen from a comparison of FIGS. 9 and 10.
  • the connector 4 is attached to the filter bag 1 with a handle 10 that has not yet been torn off. Only when the filter bag is filled and removed from the vacuum cleaner, do you tear off the handle 1o and pull the slider band into the closed position.
  • the connector 4 can be plugged onto a device-side connector which then projects into the passage opening 5 or through it.
  • the connection piece to the inside of the sack can be slightly above the connection piece protrude.
  • a one-piece folding blank 12a (FIG. 14) is assumed, which can be folded into a three-layer structure.
  • the cut area 24 which results in the middle layer and from which the cut areas forming the two other layers 8a, 9a, the outer layers, are bent towards opposite sides, seen in the area between two opposite guide parts 25, 26 of a strip-like shape with these connected slide slide section 29 via predetermined tear points 27, 28.
  • This closure slide section 29 corresponds to the closure slide band 19 of the embodiment already described with regard to closing the passage opening 5a of the finished connecting piece 4a.
  • FIGS. 11 to 15 it is a closure slide 6a, including the handle 1oa, which is part of the exit folding blank 12a made of cardboard or cardboard-like material.
  • the slide 6a forms, together with the two guide parts 25, 26 running next to it, the middle position between the two outer layers 8a, 9a.
  • the slide gate section is in the folded state 29 overlapped by the two outer layers 8a, 9a at least on their longitudinal edge regions facing the guide parts 25, 26, that is to say at least in the vicinity of the predetermined tear points 27, 28. If the two outer layers 8a, 9a are glued to the guide parts 25, 26, the three-layer base body 7a is obtained. During this gluing, the slide gate section 29 is released.
  • the slide slide part 29 can be torn away from the guide parts 25, 26 by pulling the handle 10a, after which the slide slide part forms the slide slide 6a, which is guided by the outer layers 8a, 9a and the guide parts 25, 26 12, in which its passage opening 11a is no longer aligned with the passage opening 5a of the base body but is arranged apart from it, so that the passage opening 5a is covered by the closure slide.
  • the laterally protruding handle section 1oa of the locking slide can, as shown, be provided with gripping openings 3o for the fingers for easier gripping by hand.
  • the cutting area 24 which results in the middle position has a rectangular shape, apart from the handle 10a. At the edges of this rectangular cutting area 24, the cutting areas resulting in the two outer layers 8a, 9a are attached, so that the cutting area 31 resulting in the outer layer 8a is bent to one side and the cutting area 32, 33 forming the other outer layer 9a to the opposite side can.
  • One of the two outer layer cutting areas, in the illustrated case the cutting area 31 is attached to the edge of the cutting area 24 forming the middle layer opposite the handle 10a, these two cutting areas 24 and 31 being separated from one another by the predetermined bending line 34.
  • the folding blank 12a is completely slotted along the predetermined bending line 34 across the width of the slide slide, so that the slide slide portion 29 is not connected to the cut area 31, which facilitates the tearing of the slide slide.
  • the cutting area 31 is only connected to the guide parts 25, 26 by left-over material points.
  • Said cutting area 31 has the same outer dimensions as the cutting area 24 forming the middle layer without the handle 10a, so that it completely covers it in the folded state.
  • the passage opening 5a is formed on this cutting area 31.
  • the passage opening 11a is arranged symmetrically with respect to the passage opening 5a with respect to the predetermined bending line 34, so that the passage opening 5a and the passage opening 11a overlap after the two cutting regions 24, 31 have been bent and laid on top of one another.
  • the outer layer 8a formed by the cutting area 31 represents the underside of the finished connecting piece 4a, with which the connecting piece is glued to the filter bag 1.
  • the cutting area 32, 33 forming the other outer layer 9a is parallel to the practical embodiment
  • the direction of displacement of the closure slide 6a is attached to the edge of the cutting area 24 forming the middle layer.
  • this outer layer cutting area is divided into two partial areas 32 and 33 of strip-shaped form attached to one of the two guide parts 25, 26.
  • the sub-area 32 thus adjoins the longitudinal edge of the guide section 25 and the sub-area 33 adjoins the longitudinal edge of the opposite guide section 26, a predetermined bending line 35 and 36 running between each, so that the strip-shaped sub-areas 32, 33 can be bent.
  • Said sub-areas 32, 33 are wider than the guide sections 25, 26, so that in the finished connecting piece 4a they overlap the locking slide 6a to the side to hold it in place. It goes without saying that the partial areas 32, 33 need not be wider than the guide sections 25, 26 over their entire length.
  • the folding blank 12a is used, after which the blanking area 31 is bent to one side and the two partial areas 32, 33 to the other side of the blanking area 24.
  • the folding blank was coated with adhesive at the desired locations, so that only the guide parts 25, 26 are glued to the cutting area 31 on the one hand and to the two partial areas 32, 33 on the other hand, and the slide gate section 29 remains free. After the locking slide 6a has been torn away, it is guided along the edge of the guide parts 25, 26.
