Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for conveying tubular bag body, which bag body preferably comprise a fabric made of stretched plastic tapes or a plastic film or a composite of the fabric and the film, with a transport device on which the bag body transportable with adjacent hose walls with a transport speed in a transport direction are, and with at least one arranged in the transport direction along the transport guide rail.
  • Chest bags also called cross-bottom bags, are bags of cuboidal shape which are made in bag making machines by providing tubular bag bodies whose end portions are opened and folded into cross bottoms. The bag bodies are guided lying flat when folding through the clothing plant, so that the tube walls of each tubular bag body abut each other, especially at the end portions of the tubular bag body.
  • the two tube walls of each hose body are separated at its end and separated from each other by 180 °, wherein usually one of the two tube walls is folded with the help of a spreading as a side flap on itself, creating an open bottom, in which the another hose wall forms a second side flap.
  • valve sheets can be inserted for the production of box valve bags, which are formed by further folding operations to a valve through which the bags can be filled by means of a filler neck.
  • the final bottom configuration is made by overlapping the bottom side flaps.
  • the overlapping bottom side flaps are glued or welded depending on the material.
  • bottom cover sheets can be placed on the overlapping bottom side flaps and adhesively bonded or welded thereto.
  • the bottom opening device with the aid of which the two tube walls are separated from each other at the end region of the tubular bag body, is designed according to this document as a pneumatic bottom opening device, in which opposite suction devices are provided with respect to the material layers to be separated, which engage the tube walls of the bag body and in the Sequence be moved apart, whereby the tube walls are separated from each other, so that a spreading tool can intervene therebetween.
  • the quality of a box bag depends essentially on the geometrically exact design of the floors. That is, the triangular corner envelopes approximate as closely as possible the shape of an isosceles triangle and the bottom side flaps must be formed so that their side edges are in the state of the open bottom parallel to a bottom center line and thus parallel to each other. Only when the bottom side flaps have these parallel to the bottom center line extending side edges, it is again possible to strike them overlapping each other parallel to the bottom center line. And only if the turning of the Bodenrawklappen done geometrically accurate, the finished sack bottom has a rectangular shape, which makes the bag well processed and stackable. Defaced floors are often leaky and lack the necessary strength.
  • the present invention is therefore based on the object to overcome the above-described disadvantages of the prior art.
  • the production of box sacks with geometrically correctly folded cross bottoms of excellent geometric quality and high machine speed is to be made possible with the invention.
  • the present invention solves this problem by further development of the device described above for conveying tubular bag body by the guide bar is equipped with a compressed air channel and the compressed air channel fed air nozzles, wherein the air nozzles are oriented so that they are substantially transversely to the transport direction of the tubular bag body generate directed airflow.
  • the compressed air duct is connected to a compressed air source.
  • the generated air flow can be between the guided over the guide rail portions of the bag body and the transport device or located between the transport device and the bag body sections pads create a negative pressure that presses the blown portions of the bag body against the transport device or against the support.
  • This fixation of the sections of the bag body transversely to the transport direction nevertheless allows the bag body to slide and take place in the transport direction over the guide strip and optionally the supports, while the tube body is transported in the transport direction.
  • the measures according to the invention make it possible to keep portions of the tubular bag bodies, in particular the exploded tube walls, at the end regions of the bag body in a defined position during the transport of the bag body and to prevent them from slipping. As a result, the further steps of soil formation can take place under defined geometrical conditions.
  • a mechanically robust embodiment of the guide strip according to the invention comprises a tube, preferably with a round cross-section, in which the compressed air duct extends, wherein the air nozzles extend from the compressed air duct through the pipe wall.
  • the air nozzles In order to achieve as uniform a flow of air as possible over the length of the guide rail, it is provided to design the air nozzles as a multiplicity of air passage holes or as longitudinal slot nozzles.
  • the guide strip has a support which extends over its length and which is essentially parallel to the bag The air streams generated air nozzles is aligned.
  • the outer surfaces of the guide bar should be smooth. This applies to all parts of the guide rail, in particular the pipe and the support.
  • the generation of the air flow can lead to disturbing whistling noises.
  • whistling noises can be prevented or at least alleviated if the guide rail is equipped with an air swirling element disposed on the outside of the guide rail adjacent to the air nozzles. It is achieved a particularly good suppression of whistling when the Luftverwirbelungselement is arranged on the support.
  • the inventors have further found that whistling noises are particularly well suppressed when the air swirling element is configured as a strip of textile material, in particular a woven or nonwoven fabric, or a brush with a plurality of hairs.
  • the present invention is particularly well suited for use with tubular bag bodies of stretched plastic tape or plastic film or composites of said materials, wherein the plastic materials are selected from polyethylene, polypropylene or PET and optionally have a coating of plastic.

  • How to get out Fig. 7 can recognize, at this time, the formation of the two bottom side flaps 10u, 10t completed.
  • the fixing of the open bottom side flaps 10u, 10t and the center line M facilitates the formation of geometrically exact corner envelopes 10j, 10p by the spreading tool 21. Since the guide rails 30 extend to the pressing device 28, the bottom side flaps 10u, 10t remain fixed during the entire bottom forming process. This ensures a correct geometric design of the sack bottoms. Whistling sounds generated during the generation of the airflow L are minimized by the air swirling elements 33 and thus the noise pollution for the personnel is considerably reduced.
