Claims (6)

  1. Mischvorrichtung für das Mischen von Partikeln und Flüssigkeiten, umfassend
    - einen festen Partikelzufuhrtrichter (1),
    - eine drehbare Mittelwelle (7), welche den Trichter durchquert, eine sich drehende Platte trägt und durchquert ist von einer Flüssigkeitszufuhrleitung (6), welche in einer Pulverisierungsdüse (8) endet,
    - eine Pulverisierungskammer (5), in welcher die Pulverisierungsdüse (8) mündet, und
    - eine drehbare Anordnung, welche unterhalb der Pulverisierungskammer angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    - daß die sich drehende Platte (3) perforiert ist und unter dem Trichter angeordnet ist,
    - daß die drehbare Anordnung gebildet ist aus einem Rührer (9) und einer konischen Platte (10), welche unter dem Rührer angeordnet ist, und
    - daß sie desweiteren eine Mischkammer (12) umfaßt, welche unter der drehbaren Anordnung angeordnet ist, und in welcher die konische Platte (10) angeordnet ist.
  2. Mischvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die drehbare Anordnung, gebildet aus dem Rührer (9) und der konischen Platte (10) mittels Aufhängungsarmen (11) mit der sich drehenden perforierten Platte (3) verbunden ist, um sich mit dieser Platte zu drehen.
  3. Mischvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mischkammer (12) an der inneren Wandung mit zumindest einem Gegenblatt (13) vorgesehen ist, und in dem der drehbaren Anordnung (9, 10) entgegengesetzten Sinn gedreht wird.
  4. Mischvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Arme (11) bis zur Nähe des Bodens (16) der Mischkammer (12) durch Finger (14) erstrecken, welche in der Lage sind die mit Flüssigkeit ummantelten Partikel, welche an dem Boden (16) abgelagert sind hin zu einer Öffnung (15) des Bodens (16), exzentrisch bezüglich der drehbaren Welle, zu evakuieren.
  5. Mischvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aufweist, unterhalb der sich drehenden perforierten Platte (3) einen Trichter (4), dessen Öffnungsdurchmesser am Eingang (19) jenem des Abschnittes der perforierten Platte (3) entspricht, welcher mit Perforationen (18) versehen ist, und dessen kleinerer Öffnungsdurchmesser am Ausgang (20), unmittelbar oberhalb der Pulverisierungskammer (5) angeordnet, praktisch dem Durchmesser dieser Kammer entspricht.
  6. Mischvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trichter (1) an seinem unteren Abschnitt zumindest einen Flügel (2) aufweist, welcher in eine Verteilerkammer (21) tritt, welche oberhalb der Perforationen (18) der sich drehenden perforierten Platte (3) durch eine in sich geschlossene Wandung (22) abgegrenzt ist, vorspringend oberhalb der perforierten Platte, so daß die Partikel veranlaßt werden, die Perforationen zu durchqueren.
