Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de rectification de profils, comportant au moins deux porte-outils (7, 8 ; 7a, 7b) fixés sur un cadre sur chacun desquels est fixé un outil de rectification (2, 3 ; 2′, 3′) en vue de l'usinage de pièces (1) pouvant être transportées le long dudit dispositif de rectification dans un plan d'usinage (4), lesdits porte-outils (7, 8 ; 7a, 7b) étant disposés dans des positions angulaires différentes et leurs outils (2, 3 ; 2′, 3′) étant complémentaires pour réaliser la forme souhaitée du profil, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits porte-outils (7, 8 ; 7a, 8a) sont disposés, dans la direction du transport, à un niveau sensiblement égal et que les outils (2, 3 ; 2′, 3′) de deux porte-outils avoisinants (7, 8 ; 7a, 8a) forment le profil souhaité grâce à une configuration à dentures complémentaires des bords orientés les uns vers les autres et venant mutuellement en prise.
  2. Dispositif de rectification de profils selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les porte-outils (7, 8 ; 7a, 8a) peuvent être fixés à l'intérieur du cadre dans des positions angulaires différentes.
  3. Dispositif de rectification de profils selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les porte-outils (7, 8 ; 7a, 8a) sont fixés sur un support (10, 10′) comportant une face d'appui (11, 11′) disposée perpendiculairement au plan et à la direction du transport.
  4. Dispositif de rectification de profils selon les revendications 1 et 3, caractérisé en ce que le support (10, 10′) et/ou le porte-outils (7, 8 ; 7a, 7b) présentent une pluralité de trous (12, 15, 16, 16′), lesquels sont alignés avec au moins deux trous du porte-outils (7, 8 ; 7a, 7b) ou du support (10, 10′) afin de permettre la fixation du porte-outils respectif (7, 8 ; 7a, 7b) en différentes positions angulaires.
  5. Dispositif de rectification de profils selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs trous (12) sont situés sur un arc de cercle du support (10).
  6. Dispositif de rectification de profils selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que sur les deux trous au moins (16, 16′) du porte-outils (7a) ou du support, au moins l'un d'entre eux est un trou allongé (16′).
  7. Dispositif de rectification de profils selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, aussi bien le porte-outils (7b) que le support (10′) présentent une multitude de trous (12, 15) en forme de trame de trous.
  8. Dispositif de rectification de profils selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'outil (2, 3 ; 2′, 3′) est fixé sur le porte-outils (7, 8) au moyen d'une pièce d'assemblage (5, 6) pivotante par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du porte-outils (7, 8).
  9. Dispositif de rectification de profils selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'assemblage (5, 6) peut en outre subir une translation perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal du porte-outils (7, 8).
  10. Dispositif de rectification de profils selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une tourelle revolver rotative à outils présente une multitude de jeux de porte-outils, et en ce que dans chaque jeu de porte-outils lesdits porte-outils (7, 8 ; 7a, 7b) sont disposés dans des positions angulaires différentes, de telle sorte que leurs outils (2, 3 ; 2′, 3′) sont complémentaires pour former le profil souhaité.
