Claims (9)

  1. Stichtiefdruckmaschine für den Bogen- oder Rollendruck von Wertpapieren, insbesondere Banknoten, mit einem mit mehreren Druckplatten versehenen Plattenzylinder (4), einem Druckzylinder (3), einer Wischvorrichtung (10) und einem Einfärbesystem, das aus einem Farbsammelzylinder (5), welcher eine elastische Oberfläche aufweist und mit den Druckplatten zusammenwirkt, aus Farbselektionswalzen (7), welche den in verschiedenen Farben zu druckenden Farbbereichen entsprechende Reliefs aufweisen und in Berührung mit dem Umfang des Farbsammelzylinders (5) stehen, und aus jedem der Farbselektionswalzen (7) zugeordneten Farbwerken (8) besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser des Farbsammelzylinders (5) gleich dem N-fachen des Durchmessers des Plattenzylinders (4) ist, wobei N eine ganze Zahl zwischen 1 und 3 ist.
  2. Stichtiefdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Farbsammelzylinder (5) ein mit Gummitüchern bespannter Gummizylinder ist und dass das Verhältnis der Anzahl der Gummitücher zur Anzahl der Druckplatten gleich dem Verhältnis der erwähnten Durchmesser ist.
  3. Stichtiefdruckmaschine nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser des Farbsammelzylinders (5) gleich dem Durchmesser des Plattenzylinders (4) ist.
  4. Stichtiefdruckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Plattenzylinder (4) wenigstens zwei, vorzugsweise drei oder vier Druckplatten trägt.
  5. Stichtiefdruckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens drei, vorzugsweise vier Farbselektionswalzen (7) aufweist.
  6. Stichtiefdruckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckplatten mit ein Hauptmuster darstellenden Stichgruben und mit weniger tiefen und feineren, einen Sicherheitsuntergrund darstellenden Stichgruben versehen sind, dass wenigstens einige der das Hauptmuster darstellenden Stichgruben eine Tiefe bis zu 250 bis 300 µ haben und dass wenigstens eine Farbselektionswalze die Farbe auf den Farbsammelzylinder (5) zum Einfärben der das Hauptmuster darstellenden Stichgruben überträgt, während die übrigen Farbselektionswalzen die Farbe auf den Farbsammelzylinder (5) zum Einfärben der den mehrfarbigen Sicherheitsuntergrund darstellenden Stichgruben übertragen.
  7. Stichtiefdruckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Achsen des Druckzylinders (3) und des Plattenzylinders (4) verbindende Linie senkrecht auf der die Achsen des Plattenzylinders (4) und des Farbsammelzylinders (5) verbindenden Linie steht und dass der Druckzylinder (3) wenigstens näherungsweise vertikal oberhalb des Plattenzylinders (4) angeordnet ist.
  8. Stichtiefdruckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Plattenzylinder (4) und der Druckzylinder (3) in einem Hauptgestell (6) installiert sind, dass der Farbsammelzylinder (5) und die Farbselektionswalzen (7) in einem ersten abfahrbaren Gestell installiert sind und dass die Farbwerke (8) in einem zweiten abfahrbaren Gestell installiert sind.
  9. Stichtiefdruckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Umfang des Farbsammelzylinders (5) eine automatische Waschvorrichtung (11) für die Gummitücher bzw. für die kontinuierliche, nachgiebige Oberfläche dieses Farbsammelzylinders (5) vorgesehen ist, wobei diese Waschvorrichtung (11) beim Druckbetrieb diesen Zylinder nicht berührt.
