Claims (13)
- Dispositif pour assembler des feuilles de placage- comportant plusieurs rouleaux de transport et de pressage (11) disposés sur un arbre d'entrainement (16) et entrainés;- comportant au moins un cylindre (12) de contre-pression disposé parallèlement à ceux par lesquels les feuilles de placage sont amenées à travers un organe de pressage (24), les rouleaux de transport et de pressage (11) étant disposés de façon à appuyer sur les feuilles de placage directement et sans interposition de chaînes, bandes du analogues;- comportant un dispositif de chauffage (25, 26);- les rouleaux de transport et de pressage (11) présentant chacun une enveloppe (13),caractérisé- par le fait qu'entre chaque enveloppe (13) et l'arbre d'entraînement (16) est dispose un coupleur à friction qui relie, par serrage en pression, l'enveloppe (13) avec l'arbre d'entrainement (16),- par le fait que le coupleur à friction présente un cylindre d'appui (17) qui est disposé entre l'arbre d'entrainement intérieur (16) et une pièce intérieure (14) support de l'enveloppe (13) et qui présente des évidements (18) dans chacun desquels est disposée une plaquette de pression (19) mobile en direction radiale et maintenue sous la pression d'un fluide sous pression, etpar le fait que sur la face intérieure du cylindre d'appui (17) est fixé, pour l'étanchéité des évidements (18), un tuyau élastique (21) qui coopère avec les plaquettes de pression (19) sous l'action du fluide sous pression.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'enveloppe (13) du rouleau de transport et de pressage comporte une couche extérieure de matériau plus dur qui présente un certain coefficient de frottement et qui s'appuie sur une pièce support intérieure (14), de forme cylindrique, en métal ou analogue, qui y est fixée.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'enveloppe (13) avec la pièce support (14), est montée sur le cylindre d'appui intérieur (17) avec liberté de rotation.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que la plaquette de pression (19) est de forme incurvée vers l'extérieur.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que la plaquette de pression (19) présente une couche de frottement extérieure (20) et une couche d'appui intérieure.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que l'arbre d'entrainement (16) présente un perçage longitudinal central (15) et des perçages radiaux (22) d'amenée qui en dérivent et débouchent dans un espace intermédiaire entre la surface de l'arbre d'entrainement (16) et le tuyau élastique (21).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que les espaces intermédiaires entre les portions du tuyau (21) sont rendues étanches au fluide sous pression par rapport à la surface de l'arbre d'entraînement (16) latéralement l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que le rouleau de transport et de pressage est constitué de plusieurs rouleaux individuels qui sont disposés l'un à côté de l'autre et sont maintenus séparés l'un de l'autre au moyen de bagues d'écartement (24) qui s'appuient sur l'arbre d'entrainement (16).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que chaque portion du tuyau (21) s'étend sur la zone médiane d'une portion du rouleau.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que sur la périphérie du cylindre d'appui (17) plusieurs évidements longitudinaux parallèles (18) sont disposés à égale distance l'un de l'autre.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que les évidements longitudinaux (18) du cylindre d'appui (17) présentent des surfaces de paroi inclinées s'ouvrant vers l'extérieur.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que les plaquettes de pression (19) présentent des surfaces de paroi latérale de même inclinaison que les surfaces de paroi des évidements longitudinaux (18).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé par le fait que chaque plaquette de pression amovible (19) présente un revêtement extérieur formant couche de friction (20) constitué d'un matériau comme du caoutchouc dur à coefficient de frottement élevé.
