Claims (14)

  1. Machine pour assembler du placage comportant
    - des moyens de transport (19, 20) pour placages (16) montés dans un bâti de machine, et
    - un poinçon de compression (11)
    qui est disposé à l'endroit des arêtes frontales à coller bout à bout de placages (16) adjacents,
    qui est pourvu de dispositifs de chauffage (14, 15), et
    dans lequel est disposé un cylindre de contre-pression (12) qui présente un arbre d'entraînement (21) ainsi qu'un tube extérieur (22), comme enveloppe, dont la surface se trouve dans le plan de la face du poinçon de compression (11) ou est quelque peu en saillie par rapport à celui-ci,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    - le tube extérieur (22) formant l'enveloppe est maintenu à une distance variable de l'arbre d'entraînement intérieur (21),
    - l'enveloppe (22) est montée avec un jeu, flottante dans la direction de la force de compression, sur l'arbre d'entraînement (21) et produit la pression de compression sur le matériau (16), et
    - il est prévu un dispositif (23, 24, 25) de transmission du couple de l'arbre d'entraînement (21) au tube (22).
  2. Machine pour assembler du placage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que du côté intérieur du tube (22) sont prévues deux rainures longitudinales (23) opposées en forme d'image-miroir et s'étendant parallèlement au côté longitudinal du tube et en ce que l'arbre d'entraînement (21) disposé dans le tube (22) présente plusieurs alésages de passage (24) espacés d'une certaine distance l'un de l'autre et s'étendant à angle droit par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de l'arbre, dans chacun desquels est inséré une cheville d'entraînement (25) dont la longueur est légèrement inférieure à la distance d'un fond de rainure longitudinale à l'autre fond de rainure longitudinale.
  3. Machine pour assembler du placage suivant l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la largeur des deux rainures longitudinales (23) opposées l'une à l'autre est supérieure au diamètre de la cheville d'entraînement (25).
  4. Machine pour assembler du placage suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de contre-pression (12) est formé de plusieurs cylindres de pression séparés disposés individuellement l'un derrière l'autre, à une distance l'un de l'autre, sur un arbre d'entraînement central (21).
  5. Machine pour assembler du placage suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'entre l'arbre d'entraînement (21) et la face intérieure du tube (22) est prévu un espace libre (26) annulaire s'étendant de manière axiale et radiale.
  6. Machine pour assembler du placage suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de contre-pression (12) est monté dans le poinçon de compression (11) rotatif dans un espace de support, de manière excentrique du côté entrée.
  7. Machine pour assembler du placage suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le poinçon de compression (11) est monté de manière déplaçable dans le bâti de machine.
  8. Machine pour assembler du placage suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le poinçon de compression (11) est pourvu de bandes de guidage latérales (30) qui sont adjacentes à un profilé transversal traversant (28) dans le bâti de machine.
  9. Machine pour assembler du placage suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les bandes de guidage (30) sont montées de manière mobile à l'aide d'un dispositif de levage (29 a).
