Abstract
Description
- Eine Antidekubitus-Matratze dient dazu, einen Patienten, insbesondere einen ältern Patienten, so zu lagern, dass keine Dekubital-Geschwüre entstehen oder dass bereits vorhandene Dekubital-Geschwüre verheilen können. Bekannte Matratzen dieser Art zeichnen sich durch eine grosse Weichheit aus. Es gibt auch bereits sogenannte Wechseldruck-Matratzen, also ca. 20 cm hohe Matratzen, die aus zwei im Querschnitt keilförmigen übereinander angeordneten Teilen, die einzeln aufblasbar und entleerbar sind, zusammengesetzt sind. Auf eine solche Matratze wird dann eine ca. 12 - 15 cm dicke, sehr weiche Matratze gelegt. Diese Wechseldruck-Matratzen haben sich nicht nur deshalb nicht bewährt, weil sie zusammen mit der zusätzlich benötigten Matratze zu hoch sind, sondern auch darum, weil sie sich nicht richtig denjenigen Bettgestellen anpassen, welche zwei sich quer zur Bettlängsrichtung erstreckende Scharniere zur Bildung eines Kopfkeils und eines Fusskeiles aufweisen, und weil beim Entleeren des einen Matratzenteils die Gefahr besteht, dass der Patient aus dem Bett rollt oder an das allenfalls vorhandene Sicherungsgitter.
- Die erfindungsgemässe Antidekubitus-Matratze weist nun all für die Vorbeugung und die Behandlung nötigen Vorteile, die ein ständiges Umbetten des Patienten überflüssig machen, auf, ohne dass sie die eingangs geschilderten Nachteile besitzt. Sie ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einer elastischen aber festen Schaumstoff-Grundschicht, einer im Verhältnis zur Grundschicht weichen Deckschicht, einer dazwischen angeordneten elastischen Rahmenschicht und einem zwischen all diesen Bestandteilen befindlichen Kern besteht, der zwei Gruppen von auf der Grundschicht eben aufliegenden Luftkissen aufweist, die spiegelbildlich zueinander in bezug auf die in der Matratzenlängsrichtung aber senkrecht zur Matratzen-Ebene verlaufende Mittelebene angeordnet sind, wobei jede Gruppe aus drei Kissen besteht, die im luftgefüllten Zustand gegeneinander um mindestens 90° verschwenkbar sind, sich gegen die Mittelebene hin verjüngen und derart mit einer Pumpstation verbunden sind, dass sich die Kissen der einen Gruppe unabhängig von den Kissen der andern Gruppe aufblasen und entleeren lassen. Eine derartige Matratze lässt sich so ausgestalten, dass sie im vollständig mit Luft gefüllten Zustand nur eine Höhe von maximal 26 cm aufweist. Die Pumpstation ist zweckmässigerweise mit einem Steuergerät versehen, mit welchem sich je nach dem sich stellenden Bedürfnis ein ziemlich breit wählbarer Pumpzyklus programmieren lässt.
- Nachfolgend wird anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung beschrieben. In der Zeichnung zeigt
- die Figur 1 einen Querschnitt durch eine erfindungsgemässe Antidekubitus-Matratze nach der Linie I-I
- der Figur 2, die eine Draufsicht auf die Matratze zeigt, allerdings bei teilweise weggebrochenem Einsatz und weggebrochener Deckschicht und
- die Figur 3 zeigt eine perspektivische Darstellung der Antidekubitus-Matratze.
- Auch diese Matratze wird zweckmässigerweise, wie das bei gewöhnlichen Matratzen der Fall ist, durch eine Stoffhülle 21 geschützt, die selbstverständlich Öffnungen für die beiden zur Pumpstation 18 führenden Schläuche 14 und 15 aufweist. Bei dieser Pumpstation kann es sich um eine zur Erzeugung eines Luftdrucks dienende Pumpe mit den zum Aufblasen und Entleeren der beiden Luftkissen-Gruppen 4, 6, 8 bzw. 5, 7, 9 dienenden Ventilen handeln. Für die Verwendung in einem neuzeitlich ausgestatteten Spital oder Altersheim wird die Pumpstation jedoch keine Pumpe aufweisen, sondern nur einen Anschlussstutzen, um die Pumpstation mit dem Druckluftnetz des Patientenzimmers zu verbinden, und den Steuerventilen, die die Leitungen 14 und 15 je nach Bedarf mit den Anschlussstutzen oder der Entlastungsöffnung verbinden oder diese abschliessen.
- Das Steuergerät dient zur Wahl des gewünschten bzw. benötigten Pump- bzw. Schaltzyklus und auch dazu, zwischen den einzelnen Schritten des Zyklus Pausen wählbarer Länge von bis zu 30 Minuten einzuschalten, sowie auch dazu, die Aufblas- und Entleerungsgeschwindigkeiten frei zu wählen, wobei sich für letztere Zeiten von 1 - 3 Minuten vorzugsweise 2 - 3 Minuten als zweckmässig erwiesen haben. Zweckmässigerweise sind bei den Steuergeräten folgende Zyklen vorgesehen:

- b) Aufblasen dieser andern Luftkissengruppe

- a) Entleeren der einen Luftkissengruppe

- c) Entleeren der andern Luftkissengruppe
- d) Aufblasen dieser andern Luftkissengruppe
- Mit diesen Zyklen sind beispielsweise folgende Bewegungsprogramme möglich:
- 1. a) Sorgfältiges Neigen des Patienten von der horizontalen Lage in die linken Seitenlage, was 2 Minuten in Anspruch nimmt;
b) liegen in dieser Lage während 15 Minuten;
c) rückführen in die horizontale Rückenlage, was wieder ca. 2 Minuten in Anspruch nimmt;
d) liegen in dieser Lage während 15 Minuten;
dann wieder a - d. - 2. a) Sorgfältiges Neigen des Patienten von der horizontalen Lage in die rechte Seitenlage, was 1 1/2 Minuten in Anspruch nimmt;
b) liegen in dieser Lage während 20 Minuten;
c) rückführen in die horizontale Rückenlage, was wieder ca. 1 1/2 Minuten in Anspruch nimmt;
d) liegen in dieser Lage während 20 Minuten;
dann wieder a - d. - 3. a) Neigen des Patienten von der horizontalen Lage in die rechte Seitenlage, was 1 Minute in Anspruch nimmt;
b) liegen in dieser Lage während 25 Minuten;
c) rückführen in die horizontale Rücklage, was wieder ca. 1 Minute in Anspruch nimmt;
d) liegen in diesr Lage während 25 Minuten;
e) Neigen aus dieser horizontalen Lage in die linke Seitenlage, was 1 Minute in Anspruch nimmt;
f) liegen in dieser Lage während 25 Minuten;
g) rückführen in die horizontale Lage, was 1 Minute in Anspruch nimmt;
h) liegen in dieser Lage während 20 Minuten;
dann a - h. - 4. Programm wie 3, jedoch ohne d) und h). (d.h. die Zeiten für d) und h) betragen 0 Sekunden.)

wobei sich zwischen den einzelnen Schritten und der Wiederholung der einzelnen Zyklen frei programmierbare Pausen wählbarer Dauer von bis zu 30 Minuten einschalten lassen und die Aufblas- und Entleergeschwindigkeit so einstellbar ist, dass sich Aufblas- und Entleerzeiten von 60 - 180 Sekunden, vorzugsweise von 120 - 180 Sekunden wählen lassen.
