Claims (11)
- Dispositif pour couper des feuilles en résine qui, en tant que bande recouverte au moins unilatéralement d'une feuille ont été dévidées d'un rouleau et retirées de la feuille, muni d'une commande pneumatique (1,2) pour le matériel de fixation d'une lame de coupe (3), caractérisé en ce que la lame de coupe (3) est fixée à un chariot de piston (2) qui est mobile dans un vérin pneumatique sans tige de piston (1), en ce que le vérin pneumatique (1) peut être raccordé à son extrémité, à chaque fois par l'intermédiaire d'une soupape d'inversion (5, 6), à un réservoir d' air comprimé (7) dont la capacité est adaptée, avec intercalation d'une soupape de chargement (8), à la quantité d'énergie nécessaire pour le processus de coupe, au moyen d'une source d'air comprimé (11) rechargeable et en ce que le vérin pneumatique (1) peut être alimenté en énergie sous pression par l'intermédiaire du réservoir pneumatique (7) rechargé et déconnecté de la source d'air comprimé (11), de telle sorte que le chariot de piston (2) et la lame de coupe (3) exécutent le processus de coupe avec une accélération élevée en démarrant avec une énergie sous pression diminuante et que l'énergie sous pression est pratiquement consommée à la fin de la course de coupe.
- Dispositif de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la capacité du réservoir d' air comprimé (7) est faiblement supérieure à l'énergie de coupe.
- Dispositif de coupe selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux soupapes d'inversion (5, 6) sont reliées chacune à un réservoir d'air comprimé (7).
- Dispositif de coupe selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir d'air comprimé (7) est formé par une conduite de raccordement dimensionnée de façon correspondante entre les soupapes d'inversion (5, 6).
- Dispositif de coupe selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le volume du ou des réservoir(s) d'air comprimé (7) est de 1/3 à 1/10 du volume du vérin pneumatique (1).
- Dispositif de coupe selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le volume est de 1/8 à 1/5 du volume du vérin pneumatique (1).
- Dispositif de coupe selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le volume du ou des réservoir(s) d'air comprimé (7) est (sont) réglable(s).
- Dispositif de coupe selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un détecteur travaillant de préférence sans contact est disposé aux endroits déterminés par la fin de course de la lame de coupe (3) et est destiné au contrôle de rupture de la lame.
- Dispositif de coupe selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le détecteur se compose d'une disposition de barrage photoélectrique munie de préférence d'une diode à luminescence et d'un photo-transistor correspondant ou d'une photodiode.
- Dispositif de coupe selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les soupapes d'inversion sont des distributeurs 2/3 (5, 6).
- Dispositif de coupe selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la lame de coupe (3) peut être amenée devant des mâchoires de serrage actionnables de façon pneumatique et destinées à la bande de feuilles en résine.
