Claims (6)

1. Dispositif pour tirer une pile de sacs en matière thermoplastique en dessous d'une pile en train de se former, avec une bande transporteuse (6) évacuant de façon, intermittente les piles formées, avec un chariot (34) se déplaçant sur des guidages parallèles au sens de transport de la bande transporteuse dans lequel sont montés pour être soulevés et abaissés des organes presseurs (25) qui sont commandés de sorte que, pour tirer la pile formée pendant son arrêt, ils se posent sur le bord avant de la pile formée, puis ils se déplacent dans le sens du transport conjointement avec le mouvement intermittent de la bande transporteuse, et, après qu'a pris fin le mouvement de tirage, ils se soulèvent de la pile, avec une commande d'entraînement (7-12) déplaçant le chariot dans le sens opposé au sens de transport, et avec des moyens (26-29) pour serrer le chariot contre la bande transporteuse, caractérisé en ce que la commande d'entraînement (8-12) du chariot (34) déplace celui-ci également dans le sens du transport et que l'avance intermittente de la bande transporteuse (6) s'effectue grâce au fait que cette même bande est serrée contre le chariot (34).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les organes presseurs (25) sont disposés aux extrémités libres de leviers (24) élastiques dont les autres extrémités sont fixées sur un arbre (20) pourvu d'une commande rotative (21-23) et que, de ce même arbre (20) sont dérivés les mouvements d'ouverture et de fermeture de pièces de serrage (29) au moyen desquelles le chariot (34) est serré contre les bords de la bande transporteuse (6) pendant qu'il effectue son mouvement de tirage.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les guidages sont pourvus de crémaillères (7-8) avec lesquelles engrènent des pignons (9-10) montés dans le chariot (34) et pourvus d'une commande d'entraînement (11-12).

Dispositif selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la commande rotative de l'arbre (20) est constituée par un levier (21) lié à l'arbre (20) à l'une des extrémités duquel est articulé un vérin à fluide de pression (23) et dont l'autre extrémité est montée dans le chariot (34).
5. Dispositif selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le chariot (34) est pourvu sous le brin supérieur de la bande convoyeuse de butées d'appui (30) pour les membres de pression (25) et pièces de serrage (29).
6. Dispositif selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de serrage (29) sont constituées par des pilons (27) qui sont sollicités par des ressorts de pression en direction de leur position d'ouverture et que, pour exercer leur action, les pilons (24) s'appuient sur des disques (26) excentriques calés sur l'arbre (20).
