Claims (21)
- Dispositif de stabilisation de la forme et de séchage de paquets parallélépipédiques présentant des pattes rabattues collées ensemble, en particulier de boîtes à couvercle basculant pour cigarettes, comportant un revolver de séchage (14) qui présente sur son pourtour une série de poches (15, 16), une couronne de poches (17, 18), destinées à recevoir chacune un paquet, caractérisé par le fait que le revolver de séchage (14) présente au moins deux couronnes concentriques de poches (17, 18) constituées chacune de poches dirigées radialement (15, 16), et qu'à l'extérieur de la couronne de poches extérieure (17) est placée une paroi extérieure (31), à l'intérieur de la couronne de poches intérieures (18) est placée une paroi intérieure (32) et, entre les deux couronnes de poches (17, 18), est placée une paroi intermédiaire (46).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les poches (15, 16) des couronnes de poches (17, 18) sont alignées deux à deux dans des plans radiaux communs.

- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait qu'à un poste d'expulsion (24) et à un poste d'introduction (35) du revolver de séchage (14), les parois de poche élastique (28, 29), pourvues de moyens de manoeuvre, en particulier de tiges de traction dirigées vers l'extérieur (33), peuvent être déplacées par des organes de manoeuvre fixes avec agrandissement des poches (15, 16).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que le poste d'expulsion (24) et le poste d'introduction (35) du revolver de séchage (14) sont placés à proximité l'un de l'autre, en particulier à une distance l'un de l'autre correspondant à deux poches (15 ou 16), sur le côté extérieur et sur le côté intérieur étant placés à poste fixe des leviers élévateurs basculants (47, 48 ; 49, 50) pour la manoeuvre de tiges de traction (33, 34) à tête de retenue jointes aux parois de poche (28, 29), deux leviers élévateurs extérieurs (47, 48) ainsi que deux leviers élévateurs intérieurs (49,50) étant accouplés et manoeuvrables ensemble.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que, dans la zone du poste d'expulsion (24), deux doubles poussoirs (25, 26) réunis en un bloc sont, pour l'expulsion des paquets (10, 11), introductibles dans les poches (15, 16) par des ouvertures de passage (22, 23) faites dans une paroi arrière (21) du revolver de séchage (14).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que les paquets (10, 11) expulsés des poches (15, 16) du revolver de séchage (14) dans la direction axiale au poste d'expulsion (24) sont transférables à un transporteur d'évacuation horizontal (57) et évacuables un par un par celui-ci en position verticale, avec leurs petites parois latérales (12, 13) dirigées vers le bas et le haut.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que les paquets (10, 11) expulsés des poches (15, 16) du revolver de séchage (14) sont conductibles au transporteur d'évacuation (57) par un transporteur intermédiaire (60).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que deux paquets (10, 11) sont expulsables simultanément des poches (15, 16) situées l'une à côté de l'autre dans un plan radial et conductibles l'un après l'autre au transporteur intermédiaire (60).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que le transporteur intermédiaire (60) est constitué d'une roue transporteuse (61) tournant en particulier de façon continue et à bras d'entraînement saillants (62), les paquets (10, 11) étant l'un après l'autre saisissables par ces bras d'entraînement (62) et conductibles au transporteur d'évacuation (57) le long d'une trajectoire en arc de cercle.

- Dispositf selon la revendication 14, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de poussée (65) est mobile au-dessous de la plate-forme (63), des entraîneurs, en particulier des doigts d'entraînement verticaux (67, 68) s'étendant de part et d'autre de la plate-forme (63), saisissant le paquet (11) et l'entraînant sur la plate-forme (63) jusqu'à sa position de réception par le transporteur intermédiaire (60), et que les doigts d'entraînement (67, 68) sont ramenables en position initiale en dehors de la trajectoire du paquet (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait qu'à la plate-forme (63) sont associés des organes de guidage et de conduite des paquets (10, 11), en particulier du paquet (11) éloigné après expulsion du transporteur intermédiaire (60) en particulier un guidage inférieur (75) et des guidages latéraux (76).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait qu'au paquet (11) éloigné après expulsion du transporteur intermédiaire (60) est affecté sur la plate-forme (63) un guidage supérieur mobile (77), en particulier basculant le long d'un axe radial, qui repose essentiellement par son propre poids sur ce paquet (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que l'expulsion des paquets (10, 11) du revolver de séchage (14) se fait contre un organe d'appui qui suit le mouvement dans la direction d'expulsion, en particulier contre un dispositif d'enlèvement à mouvement alternatif (81) contre le bras du dispositif d'enlèvement (82), qui suit les paquets (10, 11) lors du mouvement d'expulsion, sur lequel s'appuient les paquets.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que les paquets (10, 11), pendant leur transport par le transporteur intermédiaire (60), sont guidés sur le côté extérieur radial de celui-ci, en particulier par un guidage extérieur (85) à bord de guidage en arc de cercle faisant partie d'un bras basculant (79) mobile contre l'action d'une charge élastique, en particulier d'un ressort de traction (89).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 19, caractérisé par le fait que sur le guidage extérieur (85), ou sur le bras basculant (79) de celui-ci, est monté un guidage latéral (86) pour le guidage des paquets (10, 11) dans la zone de leurs faces frontales pendant leur transport par le transporteur intermédiaire (60).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 17 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que le guidage supérieur (77) est monté sur le bras basculant (79).
