Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif pour fabriquer des emballages avec des languettes à plis, reliées par collage, en particulier des paquets de cigarettes (10) en carton mince, susceptibles d'être amenés, une fois en position terminée, à un revolver de séchage (18), qui présente, le long de la périphérie, une pluralité de poches (22) réalisées sous forme d'ouvertures continues, parallèles à l'axe, les paquets de cigarettes (10) étant insérables dans un poste de chargement (31), dans les poches (22), et éjectables, du côté opposé, dans un poste d'éjection (32), décalé dans le sens de la rotation du revolver de séchage (18), par rapport au poste de chargement (31), caractérisé par les propriétés suivantes :
    a) les poches (22) sont chacune réalisées pour recevoir un groupe de paquets (23) composé de plusieurs paquets de cigarettes (10), placés les uns à côté des autres,
    b) une butée de poche (35), montée localement fixe, est associée aux poches (22), côté sortie, dans la zone du poste de chargement (31),
    c) la butée de poche (35) présente une saillie de butée (36), pénétrant dans la position de butée, dans la poche à charger (22) et contre laquelle les paquets de cigarettes (10), entrant dans la poche (22) dans le poste de chargement (31), du groupe de paquets (23) sont transportables,
    d) la butée de poche (35) est montée mobile à l'extérieur du revolver de séchage (18), de telle façon que, pour assurer la continuation du déplacement du revolver de séchage (18), la butée de poche (35) soit déplaçable hors de la position de butée, à l'intérieur de la poche (22), en une position extérieure à la zone du revolver de séchage (18) en rotation,
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la butée de poche (35) est réalisée sous forme de levier pivotant à deux bras, à une extrémité duquel est disposée la saillie de butée (36) qui pénètre dans la poche (22), et dont l'autre extrémité prend appui, par l'intermédiaire d'un galet de roulement (40) sur un disque came (41) tournant avec le revolver de séchage (18).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les paquets de cigarettes (10), amenés par un transporteur d'alimentation (17) au revolver de séchage (18) et empilés devant le revolver de séchage (18) sont susceptibles d'être immobilisés temporairement, après remplissage d'une poche (22), par un blocage par serrage, une pluralité de paquets de cigarettes (10) étant susceptible d'être pressée au moyen d'une plaque de serrage (46) montée mobile latéralement à côté du transporteur d'alimentation (17), contre un guidage latéral (49) fixe, à côté du transporteur d'alimentation (17).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le groupe de paquets (23) est logé dans la poche (22) située entre deux parois latérales (24 et 25), placées l'une en face de l'autre dans la direction du transport du revolver de séchage (18) et dont l'une (25) est mobile et fait partie d'un levier formant paroi (26) à deux bras, pivotant, sollicité par un ressort, dont la position est susceptible d'être commandée au moyen d'un disque came, par l'intermédiaire d'un galet de palpage (28), que la paroi latérale (25) est susceptible d'être pressée élastiquement contre le groupe de paquets (23), hors de la zone du poste de chargement (31) et du poste d'éjection (32).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le groupe de paquets (23) qui est expulsé hors d'une poche (22) dans le poste d'éjection (32) est susceptible d'être amené à un transporteur d'évacuation (52) formé de bandes transporteuses, par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce intermédiaire torse (51).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les poches (22) sont ouvertes latéralement, au moins dans la zone du poste d'éjection (32), de façon qu'une branche (53) de l'éjecteur (50), montée mobile latéralement à côté du revolver de séchage (18), soit déplaçable en direction longitudinale à travers la poche (22).
