Claims (21)

  1. Dispositif pour envelopper des objets, en particulier des paquets (12) ou des groupes de paquets (19), avec au moins une découpe (10) d'une enveloppe (externe), dans lequel l'objet peut être inséré, en entraînant la découpe (10), dans un logement d'un dispositif de pliage, en particulier dans une poche (23) d'un revolver de pliage rotatif (21) et la découpe (10) peut être repliée en forme de U autour de l'objet lors du mouvement d'insertion, caractérisé en ce que, dans la zone des délimitations de la poche ou des parois de la poche s'étendant parallèlement à la direction d'insertion, correspondant de préférence à la face supérieure et à la face inférieure de la poche (21) en position d'insertion, la poche (23) présente des organes de transport, qui peuvent se déplacer dans la direction d'insertion pendant le mouvement d'insertion de l'objet et/ou de la découpe (10) à une vitesse correspondant approximativement à la vitesse d'insertion.

Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la butée (37) peut être entraînée directement d'une position d'extrémité à une autre, de préférence par un mécanisme denté comportant un pignon (54) et une crémaillère ou une denture (55), dans lequel la butée (37) est conçue de préférence sous la forme de corps creux et le pignon (54) ainsi que la denture (55) sont aménagés à l'intérieur de la butée creuse (37).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le pignon (54) aménagé dans un axe de rotation du revolver de pliage (21) peut être soumis à une rotation par un arbre d'entraînement (53), qui s'étend à l'intérieur d'un arbre d'entraînement central (51) conformé en arbre creux pour le revolver de pliage (21).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la découpe (10) peut être séparée d'une bande de matériau (24), dans lequel la bande de matériau (24) peut être acheminée à une surface périphérique du revolver de pliage (21) et séparée de la bande de matériau (24) dans une position relative adaptée au paquet par rapport à une ouverture d'entrée de la poche (23), une zone de bord ou d'extrémité de la découpe (10) pouvant être sollicitée par un organe de tension fixe, en particulier par un cylindre aspirant, à rotation contraire (63), adjacent à la périphérie du revolver de pliage (21).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre aspirant (63) sert à évacuer des découpes (10), en particulier des découpes défectueuses, dans un récipient collecteur.
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la poche (23) est délimitée latéralement par des pièces latérales (61), qui présentent une surface de pliage (62) affectée respectivement à une face d'entrée de la poche (23), par laquelle surface de pliage une patte latérale verticale (15) située à l'avant, peut être repliée, lors de l'insertion d'un objet, avec la découpe (10) dans la poche (23).
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce qu'un embout (58) aligné sur la poche (23) avec une paroi supérieure (59) et une paroi inférieure (60) est aménagé dans la zone d'un poste de sortie (36) pour recevoir le paquet (11) après son éjection de la poche (23), une patte de pliage, en l'occurrence un recouvrement longitudinal (13), de la découpe repliée (10) pouvant être scellée dans la zone de l'embout (58) par un organe de scellage (64).
  16. Dispositif selon la revendication 15 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que l'embout (58), sous la forme d'un convoyeur intermédiaire, peut se déplacer en va-et-vient dans la direction de transport pour le transfert des paquets (11) à un convoyeur de sortie ou à un convoyeur de paquets (65), dans lequel les paquets (11) peuvent être introduits dans l'embout (58) en position de réception tournée vers le revolver de pliage (21) ou la poche (23) et celui-ci peut être transporté dans la direction de transport jusque dans la zone du convoyeur de paquets (65) de manière à pouvoir introduire dans l'embout (58), en position tournée vers le convoyeur de paquets (65), des éléments d'entraînement (66) du convoyeur de paquets pour évacuer le paquet (11) de l'embout (58).
  17. Dispositif selon la revendication 16 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que des pattes de pliage du paquet (11) ou de la découpe (10), en particulier un recouvrement longitudinal (13) dirigé de préférence vers le bas, sont scellables dans la zone de l'embout (58), un organe de scellage ménagé à l'extérieur de l'embout (58), en particulier un mors de scellage (64), pouvant être déplacé à travers une ouverture (82) dans l'embout (58), en particulier dans la paroi inférieure (60), jusqu'à prendre appui sur le paquet (11).
  18. Dispositif selon la revendication 17 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que le mors de scellage (64) peut être déplacé, au moins en position de scellage, avec l'embout (58) dans la direction de transport, puis être ramené en position de départ à l'extérieur de l'embout (58).
  19. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que les organes formant la poche (23), en particulier les courroies (30, 31) et/ou les pièces latérales (61'), sont raccordés à une attache latérale rotative, de préférence à des disques porteurs rotatifs (49, 50), les organes formant la poche (23) étant aménagés de manière amovible sur les disques porteurs (49, 50).
  20. Dispositif selon la revendication 19 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que des pièces porteuses (69) sont aménagées de manière amovible sur les organes porteurs ou sur les disques porteurs (49, 50), dans lequel les organes de la poche (23) sont aménagés sur les pièces porteuses (69) présentes des deux côtés et ceux-ci peuvent être déplacés dans la direction axiale transversale par rapport aux disques porteurs (49, 50).
  21. Dispositif selon la revendication 19 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que l'on place un organe de fixation, en particulier un étrier porteur (71), sur les disques porteurs (49, 50) ou sur les pièces porteuses (69), les pièces latérales (61) étant reliées à une barrette (72) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale et les barres porteuses (44, 45) pour le chariot (43), à des branches (74) orientées transversalement de l'étrier porteur (61).
