    d) dans la région d'un organe d'assemblage suivant la tourelle de pliage (59), notamment d'une tourelle d'assemblage (73), les emballages partiels (10, 11) peuvent être rapprochés l'un de l'autre par coulissement transversal dans une position relative appropriée pour l'emballage,
    e) une unité d'emballage constituée des emballages partiels (10, 11) peut être éjectée de l'organe d'assemblage et acheminée à une tourelle de pliage supplémentaire (91) pour appliquer la pièce découpée externe (12) sur les emballages partiels (10, 11) en applique l'un contre l'autre.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on dispose au-dessus de chaque voie de fabrication (48, 49), un ensemble de pièces découpées (53, 54) pour acheminer des pièces découpées internes (16, 17) à chaque bloc de cigarettes (18, 19) et pour envelopper celui-ci.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que pour terminer les emballages partiels (10, 11), une pièce découpée supplémentaire, à savoir la pièce découpée partielle (22, 23), peut être repliée autour de chaque bloc de cigarettes (18, 19) constitué du groupe de cigarettes (14, 15) et de la pièce découpée interne (16, 17), dans la région de la tourelle de pliage (59).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que les deux emballages partiels (10, 11) peuvent être simultanément évacués par un transporteur intermédiaire (68) avec deux transporteurs sans fin parallèles, notamment des courroies dentées, hors des cavités (60, 61) de la tourelle de pliage (59) et acheminés à la tourelle d'assemblage (73).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que les emballages sont avancés pendant le transport à travers le transporteur intermédiaire (68) devant un organe de collage (71) pour le transfert de colle, en particulier du type thermofusible, sur le côté inférieur de volets de pliage orientés latéralement, à savoir des volets latéraux, des emballages partiels.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que les emballages partiels finis (10, 11) peuvent être introduits par un transporteur de transfert constitué de deux courroies de transport (74, 75) disposées à distance l'une de l'autre, dans des cavités d'emballage (84, 85) de la tourelle d'assemblage (73), les emballages partiels (10, 11) pouvant être soulevés par des organes de levage depuis le transporteur intermédiaire (68) et pouvant être acheminés au transporteur de transfert (74, 75) par déplacement vers le haut.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la tourelle d'assemblage (73) présente plusieurs cavités d'emballage (84, 85) disposées à distance les unes des autres dans la direction périphérique, à chaque fois deux cavités d'emballage (84, 85) associées à l'un et l'autre des emballages partiels (10, 11) étant disposées dans la direction axiale à distance l'une de l'autre pour recevoir à chaque fois un emballage partiel (10, 11) et au moins un emballage partiel pouvant être poussé par coulissement transversal, à savoir coulissement dans la direction axiale, dans une position adjacente à l'autre emballage partiel, de telle sorte que des unités d'emballage constituées de deux emballages partiels (10, 11) associés l'un à l'autre puissent être éjectées de la tourelle d'assemblage (73).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que les cavités d'emballage associées l'une à l'autre (84, 85) pour les emballages partiels (10, 11) formant l'unité d'emballage sont disposées de manière décalée l'une par rapport à l'autre dans la direction périphérique de telle sorte qu'après le coulissement transversal d'un emballage partiel, celui-ci soit positionné dans la direction périphérique de la tourelle d'assemblage (73) à côté de l'autre emballage partiel, de préférence en séparant les emballages partiels (10, 11) l'un de l'autre par une paroi de séparation (89).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la cavité d'emballage (85) pour l'un des emballages partiels s'étend en continu dans la direction axiale de la tourelle d'assemblage (73) jusqu'à la cavité d'emballage adjacente (84) pour l'autre emballage partiel, et un coulisseau (90) disposé latéralement peut être inséré dans la cavité d'emballage (85) pour faire coulisser axialement l'un des emballages partiels.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que les emballages partiels (10, 11) assemblés pour former une unité d'emballage peuvent être éjectés de la tourelle d'assemblage (73) et introduits dans la tourelle de pliage immédiatement adjacente (91) pour l'application de la pièce découpée externe (12).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que des organes de retenue sont disposés sur les cavités (60, 61) de la tourelle de pliage (59), latéralement, notamment sur les parois latérales des cavités (60, 61), en vue de fixer des plis frontaux des blocs de cigarettes (18, 19) introduits dans les cavités (60, 61), notamment des leviers coudés (105, 106) montés de manière pivotante, qui fixent le pli frontal à chaque fois sur deux côtés opposés de la surface frontale avec une branche de retenue.
