Claims (9)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de paquets dans lesquels un objet est enveloppé par une découpe (20) en papier ou matière semblable de façon qu'une patte intérieure (113) et une patte extérieure ou patte de couverture (114) soient jointes par collage dans la zone d'un recouvrement, caractérisé par le fait que pour l'encollage de la patte extérieure ou patte de couverture (114), celle-ci est écartée de sa position rabattue et déformée de façon telle qu'une face intérieure à encoller de la patte extérieure ou patte de couverture (114) soit dirigée vers l'extérieur et en particulier vers un dispositif d'encollage (112) placé au-dessus d'une trajectoire des paquets.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) la découpe (20) est pliée autour de l'objet,
    b) dans la zone d'un poste d'encollage (111), la patte extérieure ou patte de couverture (114) est saisie et déformée par un organe de maintien, en particulier par un rouleau aspirant (115), de façon telle qu'une partie dirigée vers la patte intérieure (113) de la patte extérieure ou patte de couverture (114) soit dirigée vers le haut,
    c) la patte extérieure ou patte de couverture (114) est alors maintenue de façon que sa face intérieure soit dirigée vers l'extérieur ou le haut, et ce à proximité immédiate du dispositif d'encollage (112),
    d) après transfert de colle à la face intérieure de la patte extérieure ou patte de couverture (114), celle-ci est ramenée dans sa position correspondant au paquet.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la patte extérieure ou patte de couverture (114) est saisie par le rouleau aspirant (115) en raison de dépression et, par rotation du rouleau aspirant (115), enroulée sur le pourtour de celui-ci, et qu'après l'apport de colle, la patte extérieure ou patte de couverture (114) est ramenée en position rabattue par mouvement de rotation en sens contraire.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé par le fait que la patte extérieure ou patte de couverture (114) est saisie par le rouleau aspirant et, par rotation de celui-ci et enroulement de la patte de couverture (144), est déformée de façon qu'une face intérieure de la patte de couverture (114) soit dirigée vers l'extérieur et le haut, et que de la colle est appliquée sur la face intérieure dirigée vers l'extérieur et le haut de la patte de couverture (114).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que la patte extérieure ou patte de couverture (114) est, pendant le transport du paquet (10) ou de l'objet, avec la découpe (20) enveloppant celui-ci, le long d'un chemin de transport rectiligne horizontal, saisie, soulevée et enroulée par l'organe de maintien pouvant aller et venir, en particulier par le rouleau aspirant (115) et, après l'encollage, ramenée en position rabattue.
  6. Dispositif de fabrication de paquets dans lesquels un objet est enveloppé par une découpe (20) en papier ou matière semblable et des pattes intérieures (113) et des pattes extérieures ou pattes de couverture (114) se recouvrant sont jointes par collage, ayant les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) un transporteur de paquets (58) fait passer l'objet enveloppé par la découpe (20), dans un plan horizontal de transport, par un poste d'encollage (111),
    b) un dispositif d'encollage (112) placé dans la zone du poste d'encollage (111) en particulier au-dessus de la trajectoire des paquets (10) et pourvu de buses d'encollage transmet de la. colle à la découpe (20), plus précisément à la face intérieure de la patte extérieure ou patte de couverture (114),
    caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    au poste d'encollage (111), un organe de maintien, en particulier un rouleau aspirant (115), peut saisir la patte extérieure ou patte de couverture (114) et la déformer de façon qu'une face intérieure à encoller de la patte extérieure ou patte de couverture (114) soit dirigée vers l'extérieur.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que la patte extérieure ou patte de couverture (114) peut, par dépression dans la zone du pourtour du rouleau aspirant (115), être saisie par celui-ci et, par suite de rotation du rouleau aspirant (115), être enroulée sur le pourtour de celui-ci, de façon telle qu'une zone de la face intérieure de la patte de couverture (114) soit dirigée vers le haut à proximité du dispositif d'encollage (112), de façon telle que de la colle puisse être transférée à la face intérieure dirigée vers le haut de la patte de couverture (114).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé par le fait que le rouleau aspirant peut, pendant sa rotation autour de son propre axe dans la direction de transport des paquets (10), aller et venir perpendiculaire à l'axe pour prendre la patte de couverture (114) dans un sens de mouvement et ramener celle-ci dans l'autre sens de mouvement.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que le rouleau aspirant (115) peut, par engrènement d'une roue dentée (119) avec un segment denté (118) placé dans la zone de la trajectoire du rouleau aspirant (115), tourner par suite du mouvement de va-et-vient.
