Claims (15)

  1. Procédé pour l'introduction d'au moins deux objets (16, 19, 20) ou groupes d'objets dans un emballage commun (10), en particulier dans un emballage parallélépipédique (10) du type boîte pliante/couvercle articulé, de préférence pour l'introduction d'un sachet en film (16) pour du tabac, d'un petit paquet (19) avec du papier à cigarette et de préférence d'une pluralité de filtres (22) ou de bouts-filtres (20) pour rouler soi-même des cigarettes filtres, les objets (16, 19, 20) formant le contenu de l'emballage étant transportés le long d'une bande de remplissage commune (27) jusqu'à l'emballage (10) ouvert ou partiellement plié, le procédé comprenant les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) des objets (16, 19, 20) sont acheminés individuellement à la bande de remplissage (27) et sont déposés dans celle-ci,
    b) les objets (16, 19, 20) sont transportés avec une affectation spatiale correspondant à l'agencement à l'intérieur de l'emballage (10) et avec une orientation réciproque en commun le long de la bande de remplissage (27),
    c) les objets (16, 19, 20) associés à un emballage (10) sont transportés les uns à côté des autres dans des canaux de transport séparés, délimités les uns par rapport aux autres (31, 32, 33), à une distance réciproque les uns des autres, vu dans la direction transversale, le long de la bande de remplissage (27) ;
    le procédé étant caractérisé en ce que les objets (16, 19, 20) se distinguent de par leur forme et/ou leur taille et en ce que les objets différents (16, 19, 20) formant le contenu d'un emballage (10) sont acheminés les uns après les autres dans la direction de transport à la bande de remplissage (27) et sont déposés dans celle-ci.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les objets (16, 19, 20) associés à un emballage (10) sont acheminés par la bande de remplissage (27) ou à la suite de celle-ci à une plate-forme déplaçable séparément (67), et sont transportés par celle-ci jusqu'au transfert à l'emballage (10) en partie plié ou en vue de l'insertion dans l'emballage en partie plié.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux objets, en particulier un groupe de bouts filtres (20) et un petit paquet (19) avec du papier à cigarettes, sont transportés dans un plan inférieur, de préférence commun, de la bande de remplissage (27) les uns à côté des autres et un troisième objet plus gros, en particulier un sachet (16), est transporté dans un plan séparé situé au-dessus.

Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que tout d'abord un groupe de bouts-filtres (20) est introduit de préférence dans la direction longitudinale dans la bande de remplissage (27) et de préférence au début de la bande de remplissage (27), puis un petit paquet (19) est acheminé à la bande de remplissage (27), de préférence par introduction latérale orientée transversalement dans une position à côté des bouts-filtres (20) et en ce qu'ensuite, dans un poste de sachets ultérieur subséquent (30), un sachet (16) est introduit dans la bande de remplissage (27), de préférence par alimentation au niveau du côté supérieur de la bande de remplissage (27) en le déposant dans un plan de transport supérieur.
  5. Dispositif pour le transport et le transfert à un emballage commun (10) d'objets, à savoir d'un sachet en film (16) pour du tabac, d'un petit paquet (19) avec du papier à cigarette et de préférence d'un groupe de filtres ou de bouts-filtres (20) pour rouler soi-même des cigarettes filtres, les objets (16, 19, 20) formant le contenu de l'emballage pouvant être acheminés en commun à l'emballage (10) ouvert ou partiellement plié par des dispositifs de transport et de coulissement,
    a) une bande de remplissage commune, de préférence rectiligne (27), pour le transport des objets (16, 19, 20) correspondant à un contenu d'un emballage, servant d'unité de transport,
    b) les objets (16, 19, 20) formant le contenu de l'emballage étant disposés dans la région de la bande de remplissage (27) dans une affectation spatiale correspondant à l'agencement à l'intérieur de l'emballage (10) avec une orientation réciproque,
    c) la bande de remplissage (27) présentant au moins une paroi transversale horizontale (34) et une paroi de séparation verticale (89) pour délimiter des canaux (31, 32, 33) pour chaque objet (16, 19, 20),
    d) à chaque fois l'un des objets (16, 19, 20) dans un canal de transport associé pouvant être saisi par une tête d'entraînement associée (42, 43, 44) d'un dispositif de transport commun (37) et pouvant être transporté le long des canaux de transport, le dispositif étant caractérisé en ce que les canaux sont de tailles différentes, et en ce que
    e) pour le transfert successif des objets à la bande de remplissage (27), des postes de transfert (28, 29, 30) successifs dans la direction de transport sont associés à la bande de remplissages (27).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) la bande de remplissage (27) est divisée de préférence en trois canaux de transport (31, 32, 33),
    b) un canal de sachets supérieur plus large (33) forme la paroi transversale inférieure (34) en tant que support pour les sachets (16) et pour réaliser une délimitation par rapport aux canaux de transport situés en dessous, en particulier un canal pour des bouts-filtres (31) et un canal pour des petits paquets (32),
    c) les canaux de transport inférieurs, en particulier le canal pour les bouts-filtres (31) et le canal pour des petits paquets (32), sont séparés les uns des autres par une paroi de séparation verticale (89) et sont limités par le bas par une plaque de bande continue (35).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les canaux de transport (31, 32, 33) sont fermés de tous les côtés en coupe transversale, dans la région supérieure et latérale, de préférence par un recouvrement de section transversale en forme de U (36).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les objets (16, 19, 20) peuvent être transportés le long de la bande de remplissage (27) par un transporteur à courroie (37) qui présente des éléments d'entraînement espacés qui rentrent avec des têtes d'entraînement (42, 43, 44) dans les canaux de transport respectivement associés (31, 32, 33), les têtes d'entraînement (42, 43, 44) étant montées sur des nervures (40, 41) qui sont connectées au transporteur à courroie (37) et qui entrent à travers des fentes (45, 46, 47) dans des parois des canaux de transport (31, 32, 33).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un groupe de bouts-filtres (20) peut être formé dans une position dans la région d'un revolver à filtres (49) présentant des poches (50) réalisées de manière correspondante et, par un dispositif d'entraînement ou une tête d'entraînement (43) associé(e), peut être ressorti à travers le transporteur à courroie (37) hors des poches (50) du revolver à filtres (49) s'étendant dans la direction de transport et être introduit dans la bande de remplissage (27) ou dans le canal de bouts-filtres associé (31).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les poches (50) du revolver à filtres (49) sont disposées sur la périphérie de celui-ci en formant un évidement ouvert d'un côté (53) pour le passage d'une tête d'entraînement (42) du transporteur à courroie (37).
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 10, caractérisé en ce que des objets pour le contenu de l'emballage, en particulier les petits paquets (19) pour le papier à cigarettes, sont acheminés, transversalement à la direction de transport des objets dans la région de la bande de remplissage (27), jusqu'à cette dernière, et de préférence peuvent être déposés à côté des bouts-filtres (20), un canal de transfert (55) pour les petits paquets (19) avec une ouverture pour le passage se raccordant latéralement à la bande de remplissage (27) dans la région du canal pour les petits paquets (32), de telle sorte que les petits paquets (19) puissent être introduits par le biais du canal de transfert (55) dans la bande de remplissage (27), de préférence avec une étendue longitudinale dans la direction de transport.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) le transporteur à courroie (37) se termine à distance d'un poste de remplissage (28) et à côté d'un revolver de pliage (26),
    b) un transporteur intermédiaire, à savoir une plate-forme (67), sert au transport des objets (16, 19, 20) de manière correspondant au contenu de l'emballage à la suite du transporteur à courroie (37),
    c) la plate-forme (67) présente des deux côtés des évidements ou des chambres (68, 69, 70) ouverts, s'étendant dans la direction de transport, qui sont adaptés à la position et aux dimensions des canaux de transport (31, 32, 33) de la bande de remplissage (27) de telle sorte que les objets (16, 19, 20) puissent être introduits à travers le dispositif d'entraînement du transporteur à courroie (37) à la suite de la bande de remplissage (27) dans les chambres (68, 69, 70) de la plate-forme (67) positionnée de manière correspondante.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les objets (16 19, 20) dans la plate-forme (67) ou dans les chambres (68, 69, 70) sont fixés pour empêcher une modification de la position, de préférence au moyen d'air comprimé ou d'air aspiré, une paroi supérieure (75) de la chambre (68) présentant de préférence des organes de pression déformables du côté intérieur (77), qui peuvent être pressés avec de l'air sous pression contre un côté supérieur du sachet (16), et en outre de préférence une plaque de fond (72) limitant les chambres (inférieures) (69, 70) présentant des trous d'aspiration (79, 82) débouchant dans les chambres (69, 70), pour la fixation des petits paquets (19) d'une part et des bouts-filtres (20) d'autre part.
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que les objets (16, 19, 20) associés à un emballage (10) peuvent être ressortis des chambres (68, 69, 70) et enfoncés dans l'emballage partiellement ouvert (10) par le biais d'un dispositif d'insertion (86) dans une position de transfert associée à l'emballage (10), des distances transversales entre les objets (16, 19, 20) pouvant être supprimées pendant le mouvement d'insertion.
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'insertion (86) peut être introduit par le haut dans les chambres (68, 69, 70) par le biais d'un évidement (76) dans la paroi supérieure (75) de la plate-forme (67), à chaque chambre (68, 69, 70) étant associée une saillie au niveau d'une tête d'insertion (87) pour saisir à chaque fois un objet (16, 19, 20).
