Claims (10)

  1. Emballage pour des articles différents et fonctionnellement associés pour fumeurs, à savoir pour au moins une blague à tabac (14) avec du tabac coupé, pour un groupe (19) de segments de filtre (15) disposés en lignes ainsi que pour un emballage de papier à cigarettes, à savoir un paquet de feuillets (16), pour la confection de cigarettes à filtre, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes:
    a) le groupe (19) se compose de plusieurs groupes partiels (17, 18) formant respectivement une ligne des segments de filtre,
    b) les segments de filtre (15) d'un groupe partiel (17, 18) agencé en ligne sont assemblés l'un à l'autre chaque fois par au moins une bandelette de liaison séparée, à savoir par une étiquette de maintien (20, 21),
    c) l'étiquette de maintien (20, 21) de préférence en forme de bandelette pour chaque ligne des segments de filtre (15) présente des lignes de faible résistance respectivement dans une région située entre des segments de filtre voisins (15), en particulier des lignes de perforations (22), de telle manière qu'un segment de filtre isolé (15) puisse être détaché avec un fragment de l'étiquette de maintien (20, 21).
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le groupe (19) se composant de deux groupes partiels (17, 18) avec chaque fois une ligne des segments de filtre (15) est positionné à côté du paquet de feuillets (16), de préférence dans la région arrière ou tournée vers un côté arrière de l'emballage avec des étiquettes de maintien (20, 21) orientées vers le côté avant, dans lequel la blague à tabac (14) avec une quantité de tabac d'au moins 30 g est disposée sur le côté avant, en remplissant ainsi la moitié de l'espace intérieur de l'emballage.
  3. Procédé de fabrication de groupes (19) de segments de filtre (15) comme contenu d'un emballage, à savoir d'un emballage extérieur (10), avec d'autres produits ou articles comme contenu de l'emballage pour la confection de cigarettes à filtre, dans lequel on transporte en lignes composées de segments de filtre juxtaposés (15) au moyen d'un transporteur de remplissage (24), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes:
    a) on transporte en continu le long d'un transporteur d'étiquetage (32) des segments de filtre (15) composés d'une multiplicité de pièces de filtre réunies de façon séparable et de préférence avec une enveloppe de feuille extérieure en forme de tuyau flexible sous forme de groupe partiel (17, 18) respectivement composé de plusieurs segments de filtre (15) positionnés en ligne l'un à côté de l'autre,
    b) on dépose sur le côté supérieur de chaque groupe partiel (17, 18), pendant le transport continu, des étiquettes de maintien (20, 21), de préférence en forme de bandelettes, de telle manière que les étiquettes de maintien (20, 21) revêtues de colle ou d'un adhésif sur une face soient appliquées avec leur face latérale sur le côté supérieur des segments de filtre juxtaposés (15) en formant un groupe partiel (17, 18) de segments de filtre juxtaposés en ligne (15),
    c) après la pose des étiquettes de maintien (20, 21) chaque fois sur un groupe partiel (17, 18) des segments de filtre (15), on positionne plusieurs, en particulier deux groupes partiels (17, 18) l'un au-dessus de l'autre en formant un groupe (19) par un mouvement d'élévation d'au moins un groupe partiel (17, 18) et un déplacement horizontal de celui-ci.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on glisse les segments de filtre (15) en formant un groupe partiel (17, 18) composé d'une ligne de segments de filtre juxtaposés (15) hors de groupes de puits (28, 29) d'un magasin de filtres (27) et on les transporte ensuite au moyen du transporteur d'étiquetage (32), dans lequel un appareil d'étiquetage (31) est disposé au-dessus de la voie de transport des segments de filtre (15) pour la pose des étiquettes de maintien (20, 21) sur chaque groupe partiel (17, 18).
  5. Dispositif de fabrication de groupes (19) composés de groupes partiels (17, 18) de segments de filtre (15), dans lequel les groupes partiels (17, 18) composés de segments de filtre (15) disposés en une couche les uns à côté des autres sont assemblés l'un à l'autre par une étiquette de maintien (20, 21) l'un à l'autre en un groupe partiel (17, 18), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes:
    a) un appareil d'étiquetage (31) avec un transporteur d'étiquetage (32) pour les groupes partiels (17, 18) des segments de filtre (15) présente des étiqueteuses (41, 42) pour la pose des étiquettes de maintien (20, 21) pendant le transport des groupes partiels (17, 18) sur le côté supérieur de ceux-ci, de telle manière que les segments de filtre d'un groupe partiel (17, 18) soient reliés l'un à l'autre par une étiquette de maintien commune (20, 21),
    b) la ou chaque étiqueteuse (41, 42) présente un moyen d'étiquetage (45) orienté de préférence en oblique vers le bas avec une arête de déviation tranchante (46) pour la séparation ou le décollement d'une étiquette de maintien (20, 21) d'une bande de support en défilement (43) et pour le dépôt sur un groupe partiel (17, 18) des segments de filtre (15) transporté en dessous du moyen d'étiquetage (45).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs, en particulier deux étiqueteuses (41, 42) sont positionnées l'une à la suite de l'autre au-dessus de la voie de déplacement des groupes (17, 18), parmi lesquelles au moins une étiqueteuse (41, 42) est disposée en position de travail pour le transfert des étiquettes de maintien (20, 21) sur les groupes partiels (17, 18) et au moins une autre étiqueteuse (41, 42) est disposée dans une position d'attente en retrait, en particulier pour le rechargement de matériel.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé par un magasin de filtres (27) avec de préférence deux groupes de puits (28, 29) pour l'expulsion de groupes partiels (17, 18) composés d'une couche de segments de filtre (15), dans lequel chaque groupe partiel (17, 18) peut être introduit dans une poche (38) d'un carrousel de groupes (37) présentant plusieurs poches (38) en tant que transporteur intermédiaire pour le transfert ultérieur au transporteur d'étiquetage (32) en vue du transport des groupes partiels successifs (17, 18).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un appareil de groupage (49) à la suite du transporteur d'étiquetage (32) destiné à agencer deux groupes partiels (17, 18) l'un au-dessus de l'autre, dans lequel un premier groupe partiel (17) peut être déposé et un deuxième groupe partiel (18) peut être élevé dans un plan décalé en hauteur et transporté par une poussée sur le groupe partiel (17) déposé en premier lieu.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les groupes partiels (18, 19) munis d'une étiquette de maintien (20, 21) peuvent être envoyés à un transporteur de groupes (23) avec des nervures de courroie (56) pour le transport des groupes partiels (17, 18), dans lequel les groupes partiels (17, 18) peuvent, à la suite de l'appareil d'étiquetage (31), être déposés sur une plate-forme (52) et être transportés sur celle-ci par le transporteur de groupes (23) transversalement à la direction de transport du transporteur d'étiquetage (32) par un brin inférieur.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le transporteur de groupes (23) débouche avec une plate-forme continue (52) au-dessus du transporteur de remplissage (24), de telle manière que les groupes (19) des segments de filtre (15) puissent être déposés de façon apte à l'emballage sur le transporteur de remplissage (24) après avoir quitté la plate-forme (52) du transporteur de groupes (23).
