Claims (8)
- Dispositif pour fabriquer des paquets (11), en particulier des boîtes pliantes pour cigarettes, à partir de pièces découpées (10) qui présentent des volets pliants assemblés les uns aux autres avec de la colle, les pièces découpées imprimées sur leur côté extérieur pouvant être prélevées les unes après les autres par des dispositifs de retenue (19) réalisés sous forme d'organes aspirants d'une tourelle (13) d'un magasin à pièces découpées (12), et pouvant être acheminées par la tourelle (13) à une unité d'encollage fixe (22) pour le transfert de la colle sur des surfaces non imprimées orientées vers l'extérieur des pièces découpées (10), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) la tourelle pour le transport des pièces découpées (10), à savoir la tourelle de transfert (13), est entraînée en rotation continue,b) les pièces découpées (10) peuvent être transportées par la tourelle de transfert (13) après leur prélèvement hors du magasin à pièces découpées le long d'une bande de déplacement supérieure en forme de demi-cercle,c) l'unité d'encollage (22) est disposée au-dessus de la tourelle de transfert (13), approximativement au point le plus haut de la bande de déplacement des pièces découpées (10), de telle sorte que des portions de colle délivrées par des buses d'encollage (23) de l'unité d'encollage (22) orientées vers le bas puissent être transférées vers le bas sur le côté interne tourné vers elles des pièces découpées (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de retenue (19) sont disposés sur des bras de support (20) déplaçables radialement et dans la direction périphérique de la tourelle de transfert (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'à la tourelle de transfert (13), est rattachée une autre tourelle provoquant une inversion des pièces découpées (10), à savoir une tourelle de pré-pliage (14), qui saisit les pièces découpées (10) par le côté interne encollé au moyen d'organes de retenue (27).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les organes de retenue (27) de la tourelle de pré-pliage (14) présentent des éléments de retenue aspirants (28) pour saisir une pièce découpée (10), en particulier plusieurs éléments de retenue aspirants (28a, 28b, 28c) qui s'appliquent à chaque fois dans les régions exemptes de colle de la pièce découpée (10) et les saisissent.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les pièces découpées (10), pendant le transport à travers la tourelle de pré-pliage (14), peuvent être partiellement pliées, et dans le cas d'une pièce découpée (10) pour des boîtes pliantes, il s'agit des volets pliants intérieurs, à savoir les volets latéraux (33) et les volets latéraux du couvercle (34), ainsi que les volets pliants connectés à ceux-ci, à savoir les volets de coin du fond (35) et les volets de coin du couvercle (36), les volets pliants pouvant être pliés ou orientés dans une position transversale à la pièce découpée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou l'une quelconque des revendications suivantes, caractérisé en ce que chaque organe de retenue (27) de la tourelle de pré-pliage (14) présente des organes de pliage, notamment plusieurs doigts de pliage (37) disposés à distance les uns des autres dans la direction longitudinale de la pièce découpée (10), lesquels plient les volets pliants (33, 34) par mouvement radial, notamment de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les doigts de pliage (37) sont réalisés approximativement en forme de crochets, avec des extrémités pliées (40) pour saisir les volets pliants.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou l'une quelconque des revendications suivantes, caractérisé en ce que les pièces découpées (10) peuvent être acheminées à travers la tourelle de pré-pliage (14) le long d'une trajectoire de déplacement correspondant approximativement à la périphérie de la tourelle de pré-pliage (14), jusqu'à une tourelle principale (15,) et peuvent être transférées à des cavités (32) de la tourelle principale (15), de telle sorte que dans la région des cavités (32), les côtés (internes) encollés des pièces découpées (10) soient orientés vers l'extérieur.
