Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Verschlussdeckel nach dem ersten Teil des Anspruchs 1 (bekannt aus DE-A 2 452 766).
  • Sog. nicht eingeschliffene Flaschen werden mit Hilfe von Drehdeckeln bzw. Drehverschlüssen luftdicht verschlossen. Sogenannte Federdeckel, welche ohne Schraubbewegung am zu dichtenden Behältnis festgehalten werden, weisen den Nachteil auf, dass bei Unregelmässigkeiten im Mündungsbereich des Behältnisses, insbesondere bei Glasflaschen, ein Abdichten, beispielsweise gegen Hochvakuum nicht möglich ist.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt,diesem Uebelstand abzuhelfen.
  • Der erfindungsgemässe Verschlussdeckel zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der Deckelhalter zum Aufliegen auf der flaschenhalsnähern Flanschfläche vorgesehen ist und der Halter in mindestens einem zur Deckeldichtung schräg verlaufenden Deckelschlitz geführt ist, um ein Dichten des Deckels ohne dessen Drehen sicherzustellen.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes wird anschliessend anhand einer Zeichnung erläutert.
  • Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 eine Aufsicht auf einen auf einem Glasgefäss sitzenden, luftdicht verschliessenden Deckel,
    • Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht des Deckels nach Fig. 1, mit angedeuteter Glasflasche,
    • Fig. 3 einen Schnitt durch den Deckel nach Fig. 1, gemäss Schnittlinie 111 - 111,
    • Fig. 4 eine Seitenansicht des Deckels gemäss den Fig. 1 und 2 von links,
    • Fig. 5 den Schnitt des Deckels gemäss Fig. 3, mit Glasgefässrand und festhaltendem Deckelhalter.
  • In den Figuren ist ein, beispielsweise aus Leichtmetall hergestellter ecke 1 mit einem Handgriff 2 ersichtlich. Er weist einen oberen Abschlussboden 4 mit einem Rand 5 auf. Im Innern befindet sich eine Dichtung 6 sowie eine spreizbare Feder in Form eines Deckelhalters 7 mit einer Basis 8 und zwei federnden Schenkeln 9. Der Deckelhalter 7 greift mit den beiden federnden Schenkeln 9 in entsprechend schräg von aussen nach innen ansteigende Führungsschlitze 10 ein. Er klemmt dabei den oberen Abschlussflansch 14 einer Flasche 12, wie Fig. 5 zeigt, fest, wobei, bedingt durch die Schräglage der Führungsschlitze 10, auch bei ungenauen Oberteilen der Flasche 12 ein festes Aufliegen des Deckels 1 auf der Flasche 12 gewährleistet ist. Der Deckelhalter 7 ist mit Greifenden 17 versehen, welche ein müheloses Spreizen der beiden federnden Schenkel 9 nach aussen und damit ein Abheben des Deckels 1 über den Abschlussflansch 14 ermöglichen.
  • Beim Aufsetzen des Deckels 1 werden die federnden Schenkel 9 nach dem Absenken über den Abschlussflansch 14 losgelassen, so dass sie sich in den schrägen Führungsschlitzen 10 des Deckels 1 so lange nach innen und oben bewegen, bis sie den Abschlussflansch 14 erfassen und, bedingt durch die Schräglage der Schlitze 10 im Deckel 1, eine Komponente in Richtung auf die Dichtungsfläche des Abschlussflansches 14 hin bewirken.
  • Ein derartiger einfacher Verschluss eignet sich insbesondere dann, wenn ein Drehen des Deckels infolge von angeschlossenen Schläuchen, Leitungen u. dgl. nicht möglich ist. Er sichert trotzdem auch einen vakuumdichten Abschluss.
  • Die Schlitze 10 verlaufen in einem Winkel von 20 bis 50, vorzugsweise ungefähr 30° zur Deckeldichtungsebene. Die Federenden 17 können auch gekreuzt sein, um die Feder einhändig durch Druck zu öffnen.

Claims (4)

1. Verschlussdeckel (1) für Flasche (12) mit flanschförmigem Abschluss (14) und anschliessendem Flaschenhals (15), mit gummielastischer Dichtung (6) und zum Untergreifen des Flaschenhalses (15) bestimmter Deckelhalter (7), der die flaschenhalsnähere Flanschfläche untergreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter in zwei gegenüberliegenden, zur Deckeldichtung (6) schräg verlaufenden Deckelschlitzen (10) geführt ist, um ein Dichten des Deckels (1) ohne dessen Drehen sicherzustellen.
2. Verschlussdeckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitze (10) symetrisch sind und in einem Winkel zwischen 20 und 50°, vorzugsweise ungefährt 30° zur Dichtungsfläche geneigt sind.
3. Verschlussdeckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckelhalter (7) als haarnadelförmig gebogene Feder ausgebildet ist, gegebenenfalls mit gekreuzten Greifenden (17), um den Verschlussdeckel (1) einhändig zu entfernen.
4. Verschlussdeckel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basis (8) der Feder die Deckelrandkrümmung aufweist und den Deckel teilweise umspannt.
