Claims (4)

1. Couvercle de fermeture (1) pour une bouteille (12) munie d'une ouverture en forme de rebord (14) et d'un goulot de bouteille contigu (15), comportant un joint d'étanchéité (6) élastique en caoutchouc et un porte-couvercle (7) destiné à venir en prise, par en-dessous, avec le goulot (15) de la bouteille et venant en prise, par en-dessous, avec la surface de rebord proche du goulot de la bouteille, caractérisé en ce que le porte-couvercle est logé dans deux fentes (10) du couvercle disposées en vis-à-vis et s'étendant en biais par rapport au joint d'étanchéité (6) du couvercle pour assurer une fermeture hermétique du couvercle (1) sans rotation de celui-ci.
2. Couvercle de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les fentes (10) sont symétriques et inclinées suivant un angle compris entre 20° et 50°, de préférence égal à 30° environ, par rapport à la surface du joint d'étanchéité.
3. Couvercle de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le porte-couvercle (7) est conçu comme un ressort courbé en forme d'épingle à cheveux comportant éventuellement des extrémités de préhension (17) croisées permettant d'enlever le couvercle de fermeture (1) d'une seule main.
4. Couvercle de fermeture selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la base (8) du ressort présente la courbure de bord de couvercle et entoure partiellement le couvercle.
