Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Spulenhalter, bestehend aus einem lose und herausnehmbar in einen Spulenträger einzusetzenden, rohrförmigen Aufnahmekörper, dessen unteres Ende mit einer radial vorstehenden Stütze für eine Spulenhülse versehen ist.
- Ein in der DE-PS 15 60 257 beschriebener Spulenhalter dieser Art besteht aus einem eine vorgegebene Länge aufweisenden, hohlzylindrischen Aufnahmekörper, der an seinem unteren Ende mit einem radial nach außen gerichteten Stützflansch für eine Spulenhülse versehen ist.
- In der Praxis sind oftmals Höhenverstellungen des Spulenhalters bzw. bestimmte Höhenstellungen der von dem Spulenhalter getragenen Spulen erforderlich, weil die Spulenhalterlänge bzw. die Höhenstellung der einzelnen Spulen in direktem Zusammenhang mit den Ablaufverhältnissen der Garne von den Spulen steht.
- Derartige Höhenverstellungen bzw. unterschiedliche Höhenstellungen sind bei dem Spulenhalter gemäß der DE-PS 15 60 257 nicht möglich.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen in der Konstruktion und in der Handhabung einfachen Spulenhalter insbesondere für die Doppel-oder Mehrfachaufsteckung von Spulen zu schaffen, der unterschiedliche Höhenverstellungen bzw. unterschiedliche Höhenstellungen von Spulen und in einfacher Weise eine Anpassung an unterschiedliche Spulenlängen ermöglicht.
- Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist der erfindungsgemäße Spulenhalter dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekörper ein in der Länge veränderliches Rohrsystem ist. Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthält der Aufnahmekörper mindestens ein mit einem flachen Gewinde versehenes Gewinderohr. Ein solches Rohr läßt sich vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff nach dem Extrudierverfahren herstellen, wobei die gewünschte Spulenhalter- bzw. Adapterhöhe vom laufenden Meter abgelängt werden kann.
- Der Aufnahmekörper kann mit einem Zwischenstück gearbeitet werden, das mit einem Gewinde versehen und zwischen je zwei Gewinderohrstücke eingeschraubt werden kann, wodurch Höhenverstellungen des Spulenhalters (Adapters) möglich sind.
- Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist der Aufnahmekörper ein in unterschiedlichen Längen arretierbares Teleskoprohr.
- Der entscheidende Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Spulenhalters besteht darin, daß Spulenhalter bzw. der Adapter den auf einfachste Weise unterschiedlichsten Anforderungen der aufzusteckenden Spulen - Durchmesser und Höhe der Spulen - angepaßt werden kann.
- Dem Spulenhalter können für den Einsatz an Doppeldraht-Zwimspindeln die verschiedensten Fadenablauf- oder aber auch Fadeneinlaufhilfen hinzugefügt werden.
- In das Gewinderohr kann als Fuß des Spulenhalters eine mit einem äußeren Stützflansch versehene Gewindehülse eingeschraubt werden. Der Spulenhalterfuß kann auch gleichzeitig die Basiszentrierung für eine auf den Spulenhalter aufgesetzte Spule darstellen.
- Auf den Spulenhalter bzw. den Aufnahmekörper können gemäß weiterer Erfindung in bliebiger Höhe Zentrierringe aufgeschraubt werden.
- Ein in das obere Ende des Aufnahmekörpers eingeschraubtes mit einer Hohlachse versehenes Kopfstück ist vorzugsweise an seinem unteren Ende mit einem in Axialrichtung teleskopartig verschiebbaren hohlen Ansatzkörper versehen, der bei Verwendung des Spulenhalters in Verbindung mit einer Doppeldraht-Zwirnspindel gegen das obere Einlaufende des Fadeneinlaufrohres der Spindel zur Anlage kommt, so daß ein Kontakt zu einer in der Höhenlage veränderlichen (Hohlachse) innerhalb des Adapters bzw. Spulenhalters gewährleistet ist.
- Der erfindungsgemäße Spulenhalter wird im folgenden anhand der Zeichnung näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:
- Fig. 1 einen Axialschnitt einer Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Spulenhalters;
- Fig. 2 eine Detailansicht des verwendeten Gewinderohrs,
- Fig. 3 eine perspektivische Ansicht des Spulenhalters mit zwei darauf aufgesteckten Spulen während des Aufsteckens auf einen Spulenträger einer Doppeldraht-Zwimspindel;
- Fig. 4 einen Axialschnitt einer zweiten Ausführungsform eines Spulenhalters, und
- Fig. 5 einen gegenüber der Darstellung von Fig. 4 um 90° versetzten Axialschnitt des Spulenhalters.
- Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte Spulenhalter besteht aus zwei mittels einer Gewindehülse 3 verbundenen Gewinderohren 1 und 1', die innen und außen ein flaches Rundgewinde haben.
- In das untere Ende des Gewinderohres 1' ist eine mit Außengewinde versehene Hülse 2' eingeschraubt, die als Hülsenstütze einen nach außen gerichteten Stützflansch 2 für eine Spulenhülse hat. In geeigneter Höhe ist auf das obere Gewinderohr 1 ein Zentrier- bzw. Zwischenring 10 aufgeschraubt.
- In das obere Ende des oberen Gewinderohres 1 ist ein mit Außengewinde versehenes Kopfstück 4 eingeschraubt, das mit einer Hohlachse 5 versehen ist. Das Kopfstück weist an seinem in das Gewinderohr 1 eingeschraubten unteren Ende einen in Axialrichtung teleskopartig verschiebbaren hohlen Ansatzkörper 8 auf, der gegen die Kraft einer Feder 9 verschiebbar ist und die Form eines nach unten divergierenden Trichters hat. Dieser Trichter hat, wenn der erfindungsgemäße Spulenhalter in Verbindung mit einer Doppeldraht-Zwirnspindel benutzt wird, Kontakt zum oberen Einlaufende des Fadeneinlaufrohres 13 der Doppeldraht-Zwirnspindel. Ein mit dem teleskopartig verschiebbaren Ansatzkörper 8 versehener Spulenhalter ist für den Einsatz auf einer Doppeldraht-Zwirnspindel vorteilhaft, um beim Abziehen der Fäden von den Spulen die Fäden im Scheitelpunkt des Spulenhalterkopfes in diesen einlaufen zu lassen und den Faden weiterhin durch die Hohlachse des Kopfstückes dem Rotor der Doppeldraht-Zwirnspindel zuzuleiten.
- Das Kopfstück 4 ist an seinem oberen Ende mit einer Rasteinrichtung zum lösbaren Einsetzen eines Einsatzrohres versehen. Die Rasteinrichtung ist mit einer gegen die Kraft einer Feder 6' in Radialrichtung verschiebbaren Rastlinke 6 versehen, die in eine Ringnut 7' am Außenumfang eines Einsatzrohrs 7 einzurasten vermag. Mittels dieses Einsatzrohrs 7 wird gemäß Fig. 3 die Handhabung des Spulenhalter mit darauf aufgesteckten Spulen 11 und 12 erleichtert. Das Einsatzrohr kann gleichzeitig eine Einlaufhilfe sein. Fig. 3 zeigt in schematischer Darstellung den Spulenträgerschutztopf 14 und das Fadeneinlaufrohr 13 einer Doppeldraht-Zwimspindei.
- Die Figuren 4 und 5 zeigen einen Aufnahmekörper in Form eines in unterschiedlichen Längen arretierbaren Teleskoprohres 15, das einen oberen Rohrteil 16 umfaßt, das in ein unteres Rohrteil 17 eingeschoben ist. Das untere Rohrteil 17 ist mit mehreren im Abstand voneinander liegenden Öffnungen 18 zum Einrasten von mindestens einem vorzugsweise halbkugelförmigen Rastkörper 19 versehen, der an einer am unteren Ende des oberen Rohrteils 16 befindlichen elastischen Zunge 20 angebracht ist. Die einzelne Zunge 20 ist durch vom unteren Rand des Rohrteils 16 ausgehende Axialschnitte 21 gebildet bzw. seitlich begrenzt. Das obere Rohrteil 16 ist zumindest über einen Teil seiner Länge mit Aussengewinde 16 zum Aufschrauben eines Zentrier- oder Zwischenringes 10 versehen. In das Rohrteil 16 ist in Übereinstimmung mit der Ausführungsform gemäß Fig. 1 vereinfacht dargestellt ein Kopfstück 4 eingesetzt bzw. eingeschraubt, das auch entsprechend dem Kopfstück 4 gemäß Fig. 1 gestaltet sein kann.
- In das untere Rohrteil 18 ist mittels Gewinde 2 ein Stützflansch 2 eingeschraubt.
- In Abwandlung von der dargestellten Ausführungsform kann das Gewinderohr in Abhängigkeit davon, wie die Zusatzelemente geformt sind, mit Innen und Außengewinde oder nur mit Innen oder nur mit Außengewinde versehen sein.
