Claims (5)

1. - Joint de porte, notamment pour portes sans seuil, pour l'étanchement de la fente entre le sol (8) et le bord inférieur (2) de la porte, dans la position de fermeture de la porte (4), un élément d'étanchéité (1) pouvant être déplacé dans une rainure de section rectangulaire dans le sol et l'élément d'étanchéité étant monté dans la position d'étanchéité haute par des éléments à aimantation permanente placés dans ledit élément d'étanchéité et coopérant avec des éléments magnétiques conjugués (3) sur le bord inférieur de la porte, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un élément d'étanchéité (1) à aimantation permanente qui est réalisé dans un matériau souple et déformable et s'étend en une seule pièce sur toute la largeur de la porte, l'élément d'étanchéité (1) étant guidé et maintenu dans une rainure d'un rail (12) même en position haute, et que l'élément conjugué (3) magnétique qui s'étend sur toute la largeur de la porte le long du bord inférieur de la porte coopère dans le sens de l'étanchement avec ledit élément d'étanchéité (1).
2. - Joint de porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces coopérantes (11, 10) de l'élément d'étanchéité (1) et de l'élément conjugué (3) sont adaptées l'une à l'autre et que la surface active (11) de l'élément d'étanchéité (1) présente une courbure légèrement convexe.
3. - Joint de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le rail (12) avec la rainure de section rectangulaire est encastré dans le sol (8).
4. - Joint de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le rail (12) avec la rainure de section rectangulaire est conformé en seuil plat (9) posé sur le sol.
5. - Joint de porte selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications -précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une barrette- de guidage (13) dans la rainure de section rectangulaire.
