Bei der bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung sitzt ein bewegliches permanent magnetisches Dichtungsglied 1 in einer U-förmigen Führung 12. Die U-förmige Führung 12 wiederum sitzt in der U-Schiene 7, die im Boden 8 eingebettet ist. An ihren Enden schließen die U-förmige Führung 12 und das Dichtungsglied 1 mit der nicht näher gezeigten Laibung der Türe 4 ab. Die U-förmige Führung 12 besteht vorzugsweise aus Aluminium und muß so ausgelegt sein, daß das bewegliche Dichtungsglied 1 auch in angehobenem Zustand von ihr gehalten wird. Das bewegliche Dichtungsglied 1 besteht aus einem verformbaren Material und enthält im oberen Bereich einen streifenförmigen Permanentmagneten. Als Permanentmagnet eignet sich insbesondere ein streifenförmiges, nachgiebiges Material. In abgesenktem Zustand schließt die obere Wirkfläche 11 bündig mit der Oberfläche 18 des Bodens 8 ab.
