Description

The present invention relates to a fine-framed door which is designed to be displaceable and / or pivotable.

Feered-in glass doors are characterized in particular in that they have at least on their two vertical sides a very fine frame profile, which serves in particular as glass protection. As a result, the framed glass doors give the viewer in particular the impression of a door leaf formed entirely of glass.

Sliding doors are known in various designs. This sliding doors on guide rails such. As a ceiling rail or a bottom rail or be performed both on a ceiling rail and on a floor rail. Here, usually, a slider is guided in the respective rail, so that the sliding door in the direction of the ceiling / floor rail is displaceable. The shape of the slider is adapted to the profile of the guide rail, so that the slider can be safely guided in the guide rail. The slider is partially encompassed by the guide rail, so that it can not be removed perpendicular to the direction of displacement upwards from the guide rail.

When using sliding doors can cause the problem that the floor and / or the ceiling are slightly inclined. An inclination of the ground, for example, is often given in old buildings. Due to such inclinations of the ceiling or the floor sliding the sliding door is difficult or made impossible in extreme cases, since the Slider of the sliding door in the inclined ceiling rail / bottom rail can jam. This may result in the sliding door being unable to be fully opened or closed. In addition, by such inclinations, the friction between the slider and the rail increases, resulting in an increased force when moving the sliding door.

In sliding doors, in which the guide rail is arranged in the ground, there is also the problem, in particular in winter, that small stones or debris get into the floor rail. In this case, these small stones can be positioned between the slider and the guide rail such that the slider is jammed in the guide rail. This leads to a blocking of the sliding door so that it can no longer be moved. The jammed pebbles must then be laboriously removed by hand to restore the function of the sliding door.

Furthermore, sliding doors are known, which have complicated mechanical cleaning devices in the floor area in front of the sliding door, consisting of several mutually oppositely moved brushes to clean the shoes of pebbles or other small objects, so that they can not get into the bottom rail of the sliding door and the slider can jam the sliding door. However, such cleaning is often incomplete.

From the US 4,183,179 A1 is a sliding door for a compartment of a sleeping car known whose door has a window. In a lower corner of the sliding door, a device for transversely positioning the door leaf and for self-cleaning a door sill plate is arranged. The device consists of a vertically arranged slider, which means a spring is biased in the direction of a groove of the door sill plate and engages in the groove.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a fine-framed door, which should be designed to be displaceable and / or pivotable with a simple structure and simple, cost-effective manufacturability. This inclinations of a arranged in the ceiling or the floor guide rail should be compensated, jamming of Gleitstükkes prevented with the guide rail and an increased effort when moving the sliding door are avoided as much as possible.

This object is achieved by a fine-framed door with the features of claim 1. The dependent claims give preferred embodiments of the door according to the invention again.

Under finely framed door leaves such door leaves are to be understood, which at least on their vertical sides only a very fine glass closure, d. H. an edge protection with a small thickness. This fine edge protection serves primarily for glass protection of the door leaf.

The door according to the invention comprises in an embodiment as a sliding door a compensation device to inclinations of a guide rail such. B. a ceiling rail and / or a bottom rail. It should be noted that the term ceiling rail also means a guide rail arranged in an upper door frame. The sliding door is guided by means of one or more sliders in the guide rail. The inclination of the guide rail is present relative to a horizontal edge of the sliding door. The compensating device comprises a hollow profile and a compensating element, which is arranged in the hollow profile. The compensating element is connected to the slider and in the hollow profile in the vertical direction (ie, perpendicular to the horizontal edge of the sliding door) movable to compensate for any displacement when moving the sliding door. The compensating device according to the invention compensates for existing inclinations in the floor or the ceiling by a vertical relative movement between the hollow profile and the compensation element arranged therein. This prevents that caused by the inclination of the guide rail voltages are transmitted to the sliding door. By means of the compensation device according to the invention can thus be ensured safe operation of the sliding door, even if an inclination of the ceiling or the floor after installation of the sliding door should occur or exists from the outset. The compensating device according to the invention ensures that the slider is always free to move in the respective guide rail.

Preferably, the hollow profile of the compensating device is simultaneously formed as a frame profile of the sliding door. In other words, the hollow profile is integrated in the frame profile of the sliding door. As a result, the frame profile of the sliding door can be used for the compensation device, so that a particularly small number of components is obtained. As a result, the manufacturing and assembly costs can be reduced.

In order to enable a simple assembly of the compensation device, the compensation element is preferably releasably connected to the slider. As a result, a simple interchangeability of the slider, for example, in a conditional by use wear of the Gleitstükkes possible. A releasable connection can be made, for example, by means of a sleeve arranged on the slider, in which one end of the Compensation element is arranged, wherein the end of the compensation element z. B. is clamped by a grub screw in the socket.

Advantageously, passage openings are formed in the hollow profile. By means of these passage openings, a simple mounting of the hollow profile on the sliding door can be made possible.

In order to enable a good mobility of the compensating element in the hollow profile, a clearance fit is preferably provided between the hollow profile and the compensating element. Particularly preferably, the two elements sliding into one another have a finely machined surface in order to minimize the friction between the hollow profile and the compensation element.

Particularly preferably, the hollow profile on a cylindrical hollow portion, and the compensation element is formed according to the hollow portion as a round piece (shaft). In this case, for example, a tube o. Ä. be used. Thus, the compensation device according to the invention can be provided particularly cost.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the hollow profile has a quadrangular hollow region, and the compensation element is provided as a suitably trained square.

It should be noted that the hollow profile and the compensating element can take a wide variety of forms, it being only necessary to ensure that the compensating element is movably arranged in the hollow profile in order to allow a compensation movement when the sliding door is displaced.

The slide according to the invention for a sliding door is arranged in a guide rail to guide the sliding door along the guide rail. The guide rail is arranged in the ground. The slider has at least one end in its direction of movement on a wedge-like area. Through this wedge-like region of the slider is able to be located on a ground plane of the guide rail objects such. As small stones or chippings, easily raised from the edge of the guide rail or from the ground plane of the guide rail, so that these objects can not come between the slider and the guide rail. Thus, with the slider according to the invention for the first time prevents effective jamming between the slider and the guide rail due to objects positioned between these two parts. The wedge-like portion of the slider, as the slider moves, ensures that the items in the guide rail are removed from the guide portions of the rail in which they could jam.

According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the present invention, the wedge-like region of the slider is arranged perpendicular to a horizontal ground plane of the guide rail. Thereby it can be ensured that objects located in the guide rail can be removed from the wall of the guide rail, so that it can be prevented that small stones can come between the wall region of the guide rail and the slider. By means of the wedges arranged perpendicular to the base plane, pebbles which are located near the wall region of the guide rail are spaced therefrom, so that jamming of the slide and guide rail can be reliably prevented.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the wedge-like region of the slider is formed such that it is formed rising from the horizontal ground plane of the guide rail. In other words, a ramp-shaped area is formed on the slider so that pebbles lying on the ground plane of the guide rail are easily lifted by the ramp-like area. This prevents that stones can get between the slider and the ground plane of the guide rail and thus can lead to jamming of the slider in the guide rail. In order to prevent jamming of the slider in both directions of movement of the slider, at least one wedge-like region is preferably arranged in each case at both ends of the slider.

Particularly preferably, the slider at each end in its direction of movement on two perpendicular to the horizontal ground plane of the guide rail arranged wedge-like areas. This ensures that no stones can come between the slider and the guide rail on both wall portions of the guide rail. Thus, such a slider has a total of four wedge-like areas which can prevent jamming on both sides of the slider in both directions of movement.

According to a further advantageous embodiment of the present invention, the slider in addition to a recess which is disposed immediately adjacent to a wedge-like region. This recess serves to receive objects which are guided by the movement of the slider over the wedge-like area. Characterized the objects located in the guide rail are practically swept by the movement of the slider from the guide rail and received in the recess in which they are then collected. The collected items can then easily z. B. be sucked by means of a vacuum cleaner from the recess.

In a sliding door according to the invention, which uses the slider according to the invention, it is thus ensured that jamming of the slider in the guide rail due to small stones o. Ä. effectively prevented. The slider according to the invention is particularly simple in construction and can reliably prevent jamming of the slider.

Hereinafter, a first embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to Figs.

Weiter umfasst die erfindungsgemäße Schiebetür 1 eine Ausgleichsvorrichtung 2.As shown in Figures 1 and 4, a door is formed as a sliding door 1 and includes a fine frame and a glass insert 10. In Figures 1 and 4, a horizontal lower frame 9 is shown. Furthermore, the sliding door 1 according to the invention comprises a compensating device 2.

The compensating device 2 comprises a hollow profile 3 and a cylindrical compensating element 4. The compensating element 4 is arranged in the hollow profile 3. Between the hollow profile 3 and the compensating element 4 a clearance fit is provided, so that the compensating element 4 can move freely in the hollow profile 3 in the vertical direction A-A (see FIG. At the same time, the hollow profile 3 serves as a vertical frame of the sliding door.

The sliding door 1 is guided via a slider 5 in a bottom rail 6. In this case, the slider 5 is connected to the compensating element 4. For this purpose, a bush-shaped projection 11 is provided on the slider 5, which a mounting portion 31 of the compensating element 4 receives. The attachment portion 31 is fixed in the bush-shaped projection 11 by means of a grub screw 29. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the diameter of the attachment area 29 is smaller than the diameter of the compensation element 4.

As can be seen from FIG. 3, the compensating element 4 is designed as a round piece, which is arranged in a correspondingly cylindrically formed hollow region of the hollow profile 3.

The hollow profile 3 has a plurality of mounting holes 7 and is secured to the lower frame 9 of the sliding door 1 by means of several screws 8. The screws 8 can be screwed through the mounting holes 7.

The operation of the balancing device 2 according to the invention will be described below.

As shown in particular in Figure 4, a bottom 30 is inclined to a lower edge of the sliding door 1 by an angle α. As a result, the floor rail 30 anchored bottom rail 6 is also inclined by the angle α to the horizontal lower edge of the sliding door 1. Now, if the sliding door 1 is moved in the direction S, the slider 5 is moved in the bottom rail 6. The further the slider 5 is moved in the inclined bottom rail 6 in the direction S, the farther the compensation element 4 is pulled out of the hollow profile 3 in the direction of the bottom 30. As a result, the inclination can be compensated by a vertical relative movement between the hollow profile 3 and the compensating element 4.

When you reset the sliding door 1, the compensation element 4 is pushed back into the hollow section 3, so that again the initial position shown in Figure 4 is taken. According to the invention thus the inclination α between the bottom 30 and the horizontal lower edge of the sliding door 1 is made possible by a vertical compensating movement in the direction A-A of the compensating element 4 in the hollow section 3. This can be prevented according to the invention that the sliding door jammed when moving due to a slope on the floor or on a ceiling or that there is an increased friction between the slider 5 and the bottom rail 6. The sliding door according to the invention with compensating device further simplifies the assembly of the sliding door, as can be dispensed with complex compensation work when laying the guide rail in the floor or the ceiling. If there is no inclination between the floor or the ceiling and the sliding door, the sliding door 1 can be displaced without being adversely affected by the integrated balancing device 2.

Thus, the present invention relates to a sliding door 1, which is guided in particular in a guide rail 6 by means of a slider 5. The sliding door 1 has a compensating device 2 in order to compensate inclinations of the guide rail 6 relative to a horizontal edge of the sliding door 1. The compensating device 2 comprises a hollow profile 3, in which a compensating element 4 is slidably disposed, wherein the compensating element 4 is connected to the slider 5 and in the hollow profile in the vertical direction AA is movable to the sliding door 1 existing inclinations between the sliding door 1 and to compensate for the guide rail 6.

In Figure 7, the bottom rail 6 is shown in more detail. The bottom rail 6 consists of a horizontal ground plane 25 and two side walls 17 and 18. Thus, the bottom rail 6 has a substantially U-shaped in shape. In order to prevent that guided in the bottom rail 6 slider 5 can be removed perpendicular to the sliding direction, projections 27 and 28 are formed on the side walls 17 and 18.

Figur 1).In the figures 5 and 6, the slider 5 according to the invention is shown in more detail. As can be seen from these figures, the slider 5 has four wedge-shaped regions 12, 13, 14 and 15, which are arranged perpendicular to the ground plane 25 of the bottom rail 6. The wedge-shaped regions 12, 13, 14 and 15 are arranged on the slider 5 such that their oblique surface is inclined to a central axis of the slider 5. Furthermore, the slider 5 has a bush-shaped projection 11 which serves to receive the compensating element 4. The compensating element 4 is releasably connected to the slider 5 by means of a grub screw 20, which is screwed into a threaded bore 16 of the bush-shaped projection 11 (see FIG.

As shown in Figure 6, the slider 5 is guided between the two side walls 17 and 18 on the ground plane 25 of the bottom rail 6. In this case, the slider 5 can move in two directions S and R. If, for example, small pebbles 19 are located on the ground plane 25 of the bottom rail 6, they are pushed away by the lying in the direction of movement of the slider wedge-like areas 12 and 13 or 14 and 15 of the side walls 17 and 18. This reliably prevents the stones 19 between the slider 5 and the side wall 17 or 18 of the bottom rail can be arranged and thereby jam the slider 5 in the bottom rail 6. at a sliding the sliding door stones 19 are thus guided to a central portion of the slider 5 and pushed in front of the slider 5. Since the slider 5 always rests tightly against the ground plane 25 by the compensating device 2, it is also ensured that the pebbles 19 are not arranged between the ground plane 25 and the slider 5.

Here, the bottom rail 6 comprises a separate insert 26, which is shaped accordingly to receive the slider 5. The insert 26 also has a ground plane 25, side walls 17 and 18 and projections 27 and 28. The advantage of the bottom rail with insert 26 is that, for example, in a wear of the insert 26 by constant contact with the slider 5, the insert 26 can be easily replaced, the basic element of the bottom rail 6 may remain anchored in the ground.

Gleiche bzw. funktional gleiche Teile sind mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen wie im ersten Ausführungsbeispiel bezeichnet.FIGS. 9 and 10 show a slider according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Identical or functionally identical parts are denoted by the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment.

As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the second embodiment substantially corresponds to the first embodiment. In contrast to the first embodiment, however, a wedge-like region 21 and a wedge-like region 22 are additionally formed in the slider 5 according to the second embodiment. The wedge-like regions 21 and 22 are formed such that they are formed rising from the horizontal ground plane 25 of the bottom rail 6, ie, the wedge-like regions 21 and 22 each form a ramp in the directions of movement S The two wedge-like regions 21 and 22 (ramps) allow pebbles 19, which are pushed by the wedge-like regions 12, 13, 14 and 15 during the movement of the slider 5 in the direction of the central axis of the slider over which wedge-like regions 21 and 22 (ramps) can be guided.

Furthermore, a recess 23 is formed immediately adjacent to the wedge-like region 21 (ramp). In the recess 23, the pebbles 19 guided over the wedge-like region 21 can be collected, so that they are removed from the bottom rail 6. As shown in Figure 10, a recess 24 is formed immediately adjacent to the wedge-like region 22 in the same way. The stones 19 collected in the recesses 23 and 24 can then be sucked off, for example, simply by means of a vacuum cleaner. Otherwise, the slider 5 according to the second embodiment corresponds to the first embodiment, so that reference may be made to the description given there.

Thus, the present invention relates to a slider 5 for a sliding door 1. The slider 5 is disposed in a lower guide rail 6 and guides the sliding door 1 in the guide rail. The slider 5 has at least one end in its direction of movement S, R a wedge-like region, thereby preventing the slider due to small objects such. B. pebbles 19, jammed in the guide rail 6.
